Mom moved into Benton House of Douglasville in August. At 100.5 years old she could not receive better support. We have been most pleased with all aspects of her care. We highly recommend Benton House.

The care takers and nurses seemed extremely engaged and responsive with the residents. Arlington Plaza is a very friendly place. [name removed] is very helpful and went out of her way to make it work for us. Very kind staff and facilities are great. Lots of amenities for residents. This was a peace of mind for our family and our loved one!

We have been looking for sometime now for a place for my Mom. As soon as I spoke with [name removed] I knew she was truly caring. It’s a big transition and she made us feel so cared for. We felt Like family. She helped us get my Mom is and with ease on our part. The facility is great wonderful location and the people are kind! Rooms are clean! This is appreciated!

The staff at TerraBella Greenville was excellent and the housekeeping did an excellent job for the 3 weeks that we were there. The staff went above and beyond to try to get my mom to do the activities, but she would not participate. My mom loved the meals. I ate there with her and I also thought that the food was good. She only went to the dining room a few times, but I did pick up meals for her quite a few times. I would highly recommend TerraBella Greenville to others and have done so. I wish Mom would have stayed longer to give it a decent try, but I could not change her mind about wanting to move back home. Everyone was so nice and helpful and it made it easier on me.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience when visiting a family friend at The Addison of Fayetteville. The staff is always so welcoming and I love the relationship they have with the residents. The wonderful staff helped the transition to assisted-living easier for our loved one.

The nursing staff know my relative's personal care needs, treat her as an individual, and are kind and caring. Since her arrival she's had a medical & cognitive decline and they have adapted their approaches. The staff take time to acknowledge our visits and keep us updated. The nutrition staff and maintenance manager are also very caring and have helped in many positive ways. The administrator is very involved, is accessible and is present within the facility. The residents are friendly and care about each other. The physical therapy is on-site & I'd Select Rehabilitation. The therapists are very knowledgeable and skilled.

We would recommend Allara Senior Living. The staff paid attention to details, even prior to moving in, and had a favorite of hers as part of a welcome basket that had her feel seen and moved to tears as she was touched to be seen and welcomed so personally. They primarily serve a more robust meal for lunch and lighter fair at dinner, although there is always the "always available" menu as well that has some choices if she'd been hungry and wanted more-I think that escapes her thought process, but she likes the food. When we've joined her, it's been delicious! The staff are so friendly and know me when I visit and seem to have a pulse on what Mom is up to-which activities that she's participated in recently, that they "just love her." Housekeeping has been fine-they come each Monday (although maybe take trash out daily?), and that is laundry day. I believe that each person's laundry is done in their own individual loads and they asked about gentle vs regular cycles. She worked out a system of using mesh bags to indicate what doesn't go in the dryer. Sometimes there are hiccups regarding that, but overall, it seems to work. She's occasionally gotten something of someone else's, but maybe it'd just been missed in the washer/dryer in the load prior to hers? We've gotten emails on occasion to update us about their search for a director or about what upcoming activities we may want to be aware of-i.e. a vaccination day, a dental hygienist that would be in the building, covid caution/incident messages when that has been the case (hasn't impacted us at all). They are always friendly at the front desk and welcome interaction. We're glad they finally have a new director starting! Overall, we've been very happy/satisfied and the staff have been marvelous!

All of the staff at Heartlands at Ellicott City are wonderful! All of the residents that we talk to report being happy living there. My parents have made a lot of friends. The activities are abundant and their social life has exploded. They even love the food! The walking distance from their apartment to the dining room / activities is the only negative, but so far it is working out and good exercise for them.

I have lived here three years. The BEST possible place for ME! The staff and caregivers are willing to do what needs doing. Our comfort and care is their commitment. Smiles are always available- the residents, too! My family feel better about my health and safety. Attitude=gratitude!

I picked this community because it's close to my daughter. The experience has been very good. Overall, it's good. . Dinning and Food is terrible service not good in dinning room.

I had the honor and pleasure to drop by the El Dorado to see the beautiful and upgrade community and I must say it is stunning. I also had the honor and pleasure of speaking with the Management Team Jessica and Sherida and they are absolutely a wonderful team. They take care of these residents and care about them. The staff is friendly and amazing. I can tell by my interaction that the residents love their management and their community. I’m very thrilled with everything they have to offer. They are 10 stars in my eyes.

The first couple weeks at least very very difficult for me and I've got a new chef as well as the fact that people are much more talking to me and thinking about helping me get settled.I have looked into 8-10 other only wished more time to move and had to make the difference in just the main the fact that I needed more of a place that offered single living with possible to have a convenient one on the west side of town and closer to my family and when I needed not all of the assisted living.

All of the categories that are listed receives a 5. Our loved one loves it there! What our family likes the most about the Rittenhouse Village is the staff members kindness and the fact that our loved one can have a social life. It is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families, we have told several people about this place.

The staff at The Gardens of Bellaire are very friendly and attentive. The move-in process was super easy. There are planned activities for the residents to participate in. The facility is immaculately maintained. The overall friendliness, care services and staff are great! I would highly recommend Gardens of Bellaire to others!

We were moving my aunt from San Francisco to Atlanta, because there was no family left in California and we needed a place that would work with our ex -hippie, world traveler, politically active auntie! We decided to start previewing places before she got there and we were lucky enough to work with Brittany! Not only is she beautiful inside and out but she helped us navigate this difficult process. Based on her advice about availability of certain units, we ended up having our aunt put a deposit down on a unit sight unseen because we loved the location in the building. And when she got there, she was thrilled. Unfortunately, my aunt has passed on, but she loved her time at Heartis. The wonderful staff; fun, eclectic residents; all the activities and of course, the gorgeous building and her beautiful apartment with a view of the Buckhead skyline! We can't recommend them enough!

The experience has been wonderful. We picked this community because it was close to home. I would recommend to others.

I actually called two places and had phone conversations with each. The person I talked with at this place was able to answer all my questions with a very caring and knowledgeable voice. The other place was lacking somewhat in those areas - especially the knowledge part.

The care givers are helpful and kind to the residents. The facility is clean and maintained well. The activities director is great and works hard to provide suitable activity opportunities for the residents. The on site medical provider, Bloom Healthcare, is excellent and provides compassionate care to their patients. There was an emphasis on compassionate care for my mom. So far they have lived up to that commitment.
