I live the dining experience. I chose Winter Village for the cost and that the rooms have their own bathroom and kitchen.

Mom loves it there & the amenities & staff are all great. The proof is in my comments...She had been there for a year & my family visits weekly & has always found all amenities in order & the staff to be very friendly & accommodating...The food is also good.

Staff was very helpful and caring. Especially during difficult times. They were very supportive. If I could have afforded to keep my family member there after he took a serious fall and required more hands on care, I would have kept him there. His belongings never went missing another than a pair of reading glasses.

My mom is a resident at Copperfield Estates and most everything has been great for her. I would recommend this facility to others.

My mom and aunt like living there but sometimes complain about the food. Can't please everyone I guess. They print menus ahead of time but frequently make changes to side dishes because they don't have what's on the menu. Maybe need better planning.

I love the staff and they are so helpful. They have tolerated my family friend and try to accommodate as much as they can. It has been a difficult situation sure. The location, the staff, the amenities, are the best. It could use some updating, which I know they are working on. The rooms are very nice and useful for the residents. Maintenance is good but can be a struggle to get during peak times. Overall, I think it is a great place for independent seniors at a very reasonable cost. I would strongly recommend for family members. Reasonable cost for a budget friendly member. It truly feels like independent living.

Fantastic location, good interior space, very interesting ....residents, friendly, helpful, competent staff.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, but do not intrude when not needed. The environment supports a lot of autonomy that many seniors would appreciate. They also somehow know when more support intervention is needed and address it seamlessly. Meals are good but not overly generous, which is better for some, but a little less accommodating for others (our case). Overall, we are very pleased with the choice for our circumstances.

The community was clean and everyone was friendly. It was my mother in laws first experience in a home away from her home and she had a great experience. I'd recommend it for those who are mostly looking for a hotel type environment. Lots of activities and great communication. The food is great, but not good for those who need modified diet (like diabetic, etc). My mother in law always wanted more fresh vegetable options. Overall great and I would recommend.

They were very friendly and have it all together for the tenants. Very nice place.

Liberty Place isn't your "typical" senior living facility. With only 40 residents, it's more intimate. For the most part, staff call each resident by name and are kind in dealing with residents. First, they responded immediately. A Place For Mom had set up an appointment, but they called me to see if I'd like an earlier one. What sets it apart is the "homey" feel of it when we first walked in. The friendly staff, the cleanliness, the kindness. Everyone had time for us. My mother complains about the food most often. Additionally, there are days (after immunotherapy infusions) when she doesn't have the energy to walk to the dining room for meals. And there are staff members who complain about bringing her a tray...if she could trade places with them, she would.

Excellent experience overall. The only concern has been staff turnover, but I understand this is common for this industry. The maintenance team is beyond peer, as are the key people in dining, bookkeeping, and floor care staff.For all of the high scores noted above. The staff was #1, along with the high level of care.

Since I have been here it has been a pleasure, I did not want to be here at first and once I moved in I am so grateful for this community and all the staff that are here. My neighbors and staff have made me feel so welcome and loved. Since I have been here they have helped me mentally with my grief and pain. It has been truly a blessing. I want to personally [name removed] the sales manager and thank Lisa the office manager as well as [name removed] the General manager for helping encourage me to hang in there. I wanted to give up but they kept pushing me and now I attend all the events and thoroughly enjoy all of the activities. Food has improved 200%. I love posting all the great times I have had here on facebook. Very grateful to be apart of this community.

They've said for over a year they are to have renovation but hasn't happened yet carpet is bad. They were without an activities director for a while. They aren't providing transportation. It very and quiet facility. Residents tend to keep to themselves. Overall has a nice feel.

The facility is well laid out with the majority of rooms on the main floor. There are large windows in the rooms, skylights in the hallways, a sunroom, and a wall of windows in the dining room. The abundance of natural light attracted us. With green lawn surrounding the building, it seems more spacious. Staff is excellent - attentive and skilled. Staff turnover is low. They have events monthly that residents can invite 3 guests. Staff goes all out for this. There is always delicious food and entertainment. Overall we are delighted with Overlook Green. I feel like Mom is in capable hands and she is happy there.

My sister was here. She was only there a short time as she had to go to the hospital then rehab and hospice. I was very impressed by Ormond and the care she received. The staff was wonderful (especially[name removed]) and I would highly recommend Ormond in the Pines.

They were so nice to my mom and they took good care of her. She was making friends and I hoped she'd participate in activities, but I don't think she did that much. I really appreciated their security measures, too.

I searched in the area for a good community for my disabled sister. After visiting 7 communities, Solstice Bellingham stood out above all the other choices by a considerable margin. Not only did every staff member I met take pains to assure me that regardless of their title, they would help with any concern I or my sister had directly. The atmosphere was that of a family and residents were very welcoming and congenial. A real sense of community. I am completely confident that not only my sister will receive excellent care but that she will be happy here.

I love how much the staff loves all of their residents. But am not entirely happy with the laundry.

[name removed] is the one who runs this place. It is phenomenal. It has been wonderful for my mom. Their apartment sizes are perfect for a little old lady like my mom. As a matter of fact, they have used my mom's apartment for a model apartment. My mom is 90 and doing wonderfully there. Kitchen living room bedroom bathroom all what is needed for a little old lady to live and you can eat off the floor. Housecleaning is wonderful plus my mom is a house cleaner so it's always clean in there. No wonder their place is full all the time. Who would not want to live there
