They are all a 5. My dad loves it. He is doing great. He couldn't be happier right now. It is very clean, he loves all the staff and they love him. He loves the food which is major. I can't think of one thing about it that is not good. Thanks for helping us find it.

The aides at Brookdale Redwood were terrific. [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] especially. The staff was also great, but my loved one has not passed away. We cannot comment on the activities as they did not participate.

I moved in on [date removed].Therefore, I cannot give a true rating at this time.I do believe that as a transition from New York to Florida,I made the right choice regarding safety and my apartment and location. Busy unpacking so have not participated in any activities;trying various meals of which some are not satisfying.Time will tell. I will know more in two months.

Everyone has been very helpful and very cooperative. My sister isn’t an easy person to get along with and they have accommodated most of my requests. They all work with me rather than against me. I never had to deal with this type of living and they have all made it easier.

My mom and dad moved into the Forum at the end of June, and almost immediately began making friends and getting involved in the community. My mom loves it there. The people are super friendly and there are a bunch of activities that she’s really enjoying.

They were amazing with mom. They provided her comfort until the very end. She enjoyed the food and friendships she developed with staff. They went above and beyond with her care. I was there daily and saw the amazing job they did.

Every experience has been very positive. They follow up on anything we have questions about or any needs for my family member. Physical therapy department is very professional, entire staff of Brookdale are friendly &professional.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staff! They are always smiling and they are so welcoming! I've visited on several occasions and am impressed with their customer service.

Very supportive group of people. They are flexible with folks who have to work and get all the paperwork done for them. Facility is beautiful. Food is well presented. Flexible with substitutes.

The staff at Brookdale Quincy Bay has been great! I would highly recommend them to anybody looking.

Overall, it's nice. My mother is very happy, settled in, has met many people. She is happy and that is most important. Having your parent happy is the most important value a retirement community can achieve.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This facility is very nice but the stairwells could use a more frequent cleaning. Would also like to see a few more activities provided for those residents who have more mobility.

. In general, I am content with my choice of Holiday Elm Park Estates. Cleanliness is above reproach. Staff here is above and beyond! The Care here is genuine. Management looks to our well being individually, and the residents look after each other as well. Dining communally is a great way to socialize! Even though residents have other things to do, we gather and share a meal. Like family! Considering food is a challenge. My first few months here, the food was regrettable, then we changed chefs. Excellent for a while, then he left. We are in flux now, waiting for Corporate to hire a qualified chef. Activities fill our weekly calendar. I'm not one for card games, but I like games that take thinking. Trivia is the best!

We have been very pleased with the Havens and the Laurels. The staff has been great! They are caring, understanding and patient during a difficult transition. My mom is well cared for and content here.

My mother absolutely loves Heritage Place. She says the food is wonderful and she enjoys the activities. One of her favorites is the ice cream social on Tuesdays. The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Mom feels very safe and well cared for which is what we all want. Although the monthly cost is pretty pricy, it's still less than others in the area.

I was hesitant to write a review too soon, incase things should have changed but my Dad has been here for a while and the care is exceptional. My dad can be difficult, but the staff are always encouraging and he has nothing but great things to say. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I have never had a bad encounter with anyone at this community. He does wish there was a gym, but other than that it's a great safe place for my dad to call home.

I cannot say enough good about Discovery commons South Biscayne!! Mom has late stage Alzheimer's disease and she is flourishing there. The care is top notch and we are so so happy with our decision. Absolutely I would recommend recommend them and have recommended them to people I have talked to.
