We had a great experience there but my father wanted to go back to his home. It was clean and nice facility. I would recommend NewSeasons at New Britain to others.

The staff is so friendly and very responsive! I live out of state and often need to update my mom’s information or make changes to her needs. The folks at DC worked closely with me to make sure I stayed in the loop of everything happening with mom. The dining is exceptional as is the dining staff. The activities are vast and [name removed], the activities director always made sure to encourage my mom to participate. The caregivers were top notch and ultimately that is why we chose DC for our mom. We heard very sad stories of other facilities that while beautiful (and more expensive!) their staff were very rough with residents. I never worried that my mom was treated poorly and she was very happy with her stay at DC.

Everyone is helpful. The activities are varied, something for everyone. You can participate or not. The food is ok and varied. They put leftovers in a fridge and you can take anything from there. There is always fruit available. There are outings you can sign up for. There are also stores nearby if you want to walk to them. Once a week they bus people to Market Basket. You can sign up for a ride to appointments.. The best thing are the staff especially [name removed] on the front desk. Everyone makes you feel welcome. It can truly be a home.

95% of the Food was very good. The activities director is a fun , party animal, encouraging the residents to join in . She keeps the living dining room area decorated for the seasons. She always had something for the residents to do. Housekeeping was excellent, thoughtful, and caring . Week day and evening shifts were caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Fell in love with them. But the weekend shifts were lacking. They were lazy, and rude. After Mom passed, I spoke to the administrator about the weekend problems, I hope changes have been made. Great place with a couple of weekend problems.

My moving experience was very good no problem at all. The environment is very clean, the food excellent and there are people to help, and activities varied to encompass wide interest. They provide shopping transportation in a 15 mile in the neighborhood.. There seems to be good fellowship within the community apartments

After looking at several places, we knew as soon as we walked in that this was the one. Staff is attentive, friendly, helpful and caring. They offer a variety of activities & entertainment. We are impressed and very pleased with HeartFields.

My parents moved to Heartfields at Cary about 3 weeks ago. They are doing great! They have said the food is great. The staff are kind, compassionate and friendly. Everyone loves their dog. Heartfields at Cary has given me peace of mind because my parents are getting healthy meals, their medications as well as social interaction. So far so good.

When my mom had to move out of her home due to her age (89 years old) a year ago, we were thrilled to find Solstice Senior Living. WOW - great staff! [name removed]has been fantastic helping through the transition, finding caregiver options while keeping us relieved and happy with the new lifestyle. The multiple activities provide her with a "cruise like" setting on land. Mom loves her movement classes and dining room! Thanks Solstice!

Really appreciated the facility in the staff. They were super kind and patient as well as understanding when we were “shopping” around to find the right location for our mother. They knew exactly what to do under the stress of the situation, and was very helpful.

I am very new at becoming a caregiver for my elderly disabled father and the staff at Holiday Winter Village has been so amazing and helpful. From the moment I walked in to get a tour of place, I was so impressed by the compassion and kindness of the staff members with their residents. There are so many great things about the place, from the wonderful meals and great food options they serve 3 times a day, many different activities for all the residents to get involved in, the place itself is well taken care of but most of all my dad is loving his new home.

La Marea was a wonderful place to welcome, my dear friend, who was in need of assisted living. Unfortunately, he was unable to stay in assisted living and had to be moved to memory care. It was a difficult transition for him, but he became comfortable and happy with the wonderful caregivers who lovingly looked after him. He is at home and at peace at La Marea and doing as well as we could possibly hope for. Sadly dementia is a downward spiral, but we are all grateful that he is in caring and safe space where all his needs are met. I have been very impressed with the kind staff and their attentive care.

I find the staff to be very professional, conscientious, courteous and concerned about the customer or consumer’s needs, requests, as well as requirements. My family member is very satisfied with provisions offered and provided by the facility.

So far it's been a really good experience for my mother. Before she was moved in she just sat at home not doing much. Now she is exercising some, doing crafts, eats and I know she's safe. That's a blessing in itself.

My mother's overall experience has been GREAT! She participates in the karaoke on occasion. The transportation service takes her to some of her doctor appointments. She plans to start using the service when they go to the store. Everyone is friendly. She doesn't buy the food. She cooks in her apartment. The cost is wonderful when you consider what is accessible to her. She enjoys the community.

I toured with [name removed] today. She invited me to have lunch with her and the meal was fantastic. I met a lovely resident. This facility was very well maintained and has lots of light. They do not have a one bedroom available but offered a one of their other properties. Paradise Springs is close to my current home so I requested to be on a waiting list. I do not know if I can hold out until an apartment becomes available but this would be my first pick.

What can I say to let people know this is the place for your loved ones !!! Helping seniors in this building for two years has been so easy with the leadership that runs this place from the top all the way down. There are many amazing workers here that go above and beyond [name removed] has always went above and beyond for her seniors in the building and connects with them like there her family , helping the family find any needs that they are looking for she's the best!! I must add seeing [name removed] play cards and connecting is also wonderful all the way down to our wonderful cleaning lady and the amazing front desk people you just can't beat it anywhere else!!!!

Finally found the right place to spend the rest of my life. People are so friendly. They have wonderful activities. They even have walking trail for my fur baby. I like when we have life entertainment. Lots of dancing. This place keeps you laughing the staff seems eager to help with any situation you may have. Thank you very much.

As we get older and still want to have fun, this is the place to be. There is a walking trail for your animal babies Lots of activities and parties, and yes, dancing. Unfortunately, I had to move out of state. But will very soon be back at Arcadia with my friends. See you real soon.

I am very happy at Brookdale Des Plaines! The staff is informative, happy to help, and dedicated. The residents are friendly and helpful. Brookdale is also keeping me very social with all the activities and I love meeting new residents. I would recommend Brookdale!

My mom had a fall before the holidays and after her stay in rehab, she was nervous about relocating to assisted living. But from her first day at Quintessence, she felt like this was her home. She is getting healthier and stronger every day, she is much more social, and is finally putting on weight. The staff is helpful and always professional. My family is thrilled with the decision to move mom into quintessence.
