The staff are very, very nice here, and very helpful. Generally the food is good, and they give you a choice if you don't like what's on the menu. Sometimes the food is cold, but I understand that they have a lot of people to take care of delivering food to the rooms during Covid times. I'm looking forward to when the dining room reopens. They have plenty of activities for you to do every day if you choose to. They have a pool here, and I enjoy water aerobics, bingo, and the live entertainment they bring in. Really overall, it's a very good place. Otherwise I wouldn't be here. I feel like the cost is reasonable and worth it, to receive meals and to have help available during emergency situations. There are probably places that are cheaper, but they might not have the same amenities and services. If you voice your concerns, they listen and help you. Nothing is perfect, but I am very happy here.

My only regret is that I didn't do it last year! It was scary to make the move, but it was the best thing I ever could have done. Not only did I change everything in my life, but I landed in a good place. I like my apartment. It's open and airy, with panoramic windows and a view of the city. What I envisioned for most retirement centers was little box rooms with one window somewhere. This is totally not like that. I have floor-to-ceiling windows, which makes it feel even more open. The people are so nice here. When I get packages, they bring them up to me. Anything I want or need, I can get it taken care of here. I'm really getting spoiled! They have a restaurant that's fabulous. It's a regular restaurant with a full menu and daily specials. I can bring guests in if I want. They serve fried green tomatoes, and the first meal I had here was lamb chops, which were fabulous. They offer a lot of activities. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. It would be nice if it was more in line with what my mortgage payment was, but they offer a lot more services and do a lot more for you. They check on you daily, and I feel safe and very well cared for here.

Very spacious hallways that form a circle on either end. 2 dining, 2 living and 2 activity areas. fidget boards on walls, hats on walls, even 2 violins they can take down and play with. The biggest drawback is the size of the closets in the rooms. The rooms are very small but typical (335 - 432 sq ft.) Prices range from $6500 - $7175. Incontinence fee is $300/ month, or we can just buy supplies ourselves. No levels of care - one price for all care. Dry cleaning is possible. Ratio is 1 to 6 daily, nights about 1 to 8. The goal is to have an RN or LPN on the floor 24/7. Rooms come with a huge bathroom with large step in shower, mini fridge, sink in room and bathroom, built in "closet

We chose Atria Westminster because of the convenient location, the upfront interaction with the staff, and the facility itself is beautiful. [name removed] was very responsive, personable and down to earth she just went above and beyond. They have a lot of activities provided for the residents, there is always something going on. One of the staff members takes him to help her garden and they are just so involved and caring with their residents. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

We chose Deer Park Village because of the location it was close to family. Everyone was very friendly and we just liked the way it looked, it is in a nice spot. The room sizes are adequate, he has a 1 bedroom with a living room. He enjoys the food and they are chef prepared meals. They are struggling a little bit with being understaffed, they got bought out by a different company recently. But everyone that works here is very nice and helpful. I would recommend to others looking.

We toured this community and it was brand new and very modern. It was located close to a hospital but there was a lot of noise and the outdoor area was just not big enough for our needs.

This is a very well kept community with friendly staff that really care about the residents. The inside and outside of the buildings are pristine, well designed for comfort and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are compassionate and always ready to assist guests and residents. Woodlands Creek is an excellent choice for seniors to call "home".

The meals were brought to the resident's rooms due to the pandemic. It is a nice place and I would recommend the community to the others. It is a big community, and you will need to be in good shape to be able to walk the long hallways. It is a beautiful community as well. It has a nice location.

The community was too pricey and not close enough to our home. I knew my loved one would need additional care and I didnt like the layout of the memory care rooms.

This is an awesome community. It is very nice here, and my mom is taken care of over the top. I would recommend the community highly to others. Some of the caregivers gave me peace of mind when I decided to move. They have a lot of social events for the residents, and trips out and about. Due to the pandemic visitation has been limited. They did recently change the name to Deer Park Village.

The care seems very good and is very attentive. The food is good and I feel this is a high-quality place. The atmosphere is very homeys, and the communication is very good. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Atria at the time because of the location. It was close to family. The apartment sizes are nice and very adequate for what we needed. The food must be chef prepared because my parents are very picky and they raved about the food that was served here. My parents came from a farm, so it is was a big adjustment going from that to the city in apartment living, but I would definitely recommend them.

The community is aware, careful, and respectful the way they treat the family and residents. It is casual, and has a home feeling. We are happy with it, along with our loved one.

We think it is a pretty good value for the cost, and we would absolutely recommend this community to others. It is small enough to really get to know people and you wont get lost, and everyone there seems to really know each other and care.

We have been very pleased with Silvercrest College View. We chose this facility at the time because I was trying to place two parents, one who needed assisted living and one who didn't. I liked that Silvercrest was smaller so my parents could still be in the same building and it was less overwhelming for them. The room sizes here are very spacious compared to some other places that we looked. Overall, they have been great to work with and seem to really care about their residents.

The care the staff gives residents is excellent. There are choices for what the residents to choose from for their meals. During the pandemic the meals are being served to the residents in their rooms. They even have ice cream socials for the residents. The activities are great, even my loved one enjoys them. The staff is bringing activities to the rooms and hallway activities for the residents. The fees are competitive with other communities in the area, and it is a nice community. The community is beautifully decorated, with beautiful views, and is cheerful. They never pressured my loved one to take the vaccine; however, the staff has offered the vaccine to all residents.

The staff is very attentive to the residence and keeps a good eye on them. The room sizes are great. I would recommend this community to others.

Everyone there, residents & all the workers are wonderful. They are welcoming, very friendly & helpful. They will go out of their way to do anything they can to work with you. It's an absolutely wonderful community & a fantastic location!

We have had no problem with Independence Village community, they are great. They have movies for the residents to watch and before COVID they would take little outings and have church services. First impression of this community was that they are very caring.
