This is a fabulous place to be. Everyone I have visited with is positive and upbeat, I have not ran into one person who is not happy living or working here. They have amazing activities for the residents. They go on outings several times a week and everyone loves it. They have everything any one could want. It starts with villas and goes all the way to a locked unit for their loved Alzheimer’s residents. Come tour the place and you will be reassured of what a nice place this is.

We had my father-in-law stay here for a few months after his hip replacement. The staff were always friendly and he liked the food. The physical therapy provided by ONR, who is the in house provider, was excellent. The housekeeping was good and his room was kept clean. It looked like there were good activities available. He went to 1 exercise class which he liked. The residents seemed welcoming too.

My wife and I did a tour of the facility. We found the staff and residents warm and friendly! The feeling we got was the facility was more like a cruise ship than a senior living establishment. We will definitely keep The Landing on our list possible places for us to live as we age,

I would recommend you look at the community for your loved one. The staff to resident ratio is good. They have transportation to doctor appointments. This is a newer community. The physical community is awesome. They have mass often including rosary. The staff are very nice. They don't have skilled nursing or a nursing home. They have an RN on site. It is a quiet community as well. The medication management, oxygen monitoring, hygiene and bathing assistance are some of the care the community is able to provide. There are two bills the rent bill and the care bill each month. The laundry, housekeeping, apartment, changing of linens, utilities, transportation, and all the meals are included in the rent fee each month.

They were great. The staff really went above and beyond to care for my mom. They were very helpful, flexible, and generous with their time. They were also very gentle. The facility was really pretty and looked very clean. They had beautiful art on the walls. It was just a very calm and peaceful atmosphere there. And it was bright and cheery in the rooms.

We appreciate our caring and supportive staff that enables us to live in a safe environment, in a comfortable apartment, in a quiet setting, with medical services available within a close distance. It's home.

We really liked this community. It was a really good tour, they were very accommodating and showed us everything it was a super tour.

Getting her moved in was not an easy task. She was angry, bitter and didn't want to go. Deep down she knew she had to, however, the thought of moving was just too overwhelming for her. She lived in the Springs, we live in Englewood. My husband and I both still work so getting down to the Springs to help her was a struggle. We made the decision to move her closer to us (less than a mile away now!). She is THRIVING! She has people who check in on her daily. Her meds are being monitored and given when it's the proper time and not when she remembers, she is bathed and dressed when we visit. This move may have given us more time with her now that she is being properly cared for.

So far we have been really happy with the services coming from Jackson Creek, and based on our experience so far we would recommend the community to others. Our loved one does not participate in the activities but from what we have seen, they seem perfect. We do know anything regarding the meals and dining since we have not visited during meal time, but our loved ones diet recently needed to be adjusted and they had no problem ordering the special food that was needed. They have been very accommodating.

Whispering Creek had an immediate availability for my loved one to be placed in a safe environment. they made moving in an easy and seamless transition. they even had someone visit our home in person to assist with completing all the paperwork. I would recommend this community to others who are in need.

It's been very convenient. They're a little slack on some things here and there, but I think that's to be expected, especially since they're remodeling right now. I feel safe here. I think it's a good place where your children don't have to worry about you. They provide your food for you. Everything has been fine for me. And the location is wonderful.

We toured Jackson Creek and it is a very nice facility and they did a great job with the tour. They had less of a selection of rooms with a view during the period that we were looking. We decided on another facility, but we would have been happy with either place.

I'm extremely happy with them. My loved one enjoys the food overall. The staff is extremely friendly. They keep the residents occupied with different activities. Overall they're very helpful and willing to do what it takes to make the residents happy.

The people we met on the tour were very friendly, but the cost was just too high.

We chose The Montclair because we liked all of the staff members. We also really like the structure of the building, it is so well built and beautiful. They have concrete floors between each level so you have more privacy and it is well insulated and cannot hear your neighbors or anyone above you walking around. My mother is loving it here, they have so much to offer so you rarely have to leave. If you do need it they provide transportation for residents which is very helpful. It is an all around great place and we would highly recommend them.

I love The Carillon. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and find answers to any questions you may have. You're always greeted with a warm smile. They treat the residents with respect and dignity and love. I really can't say enough nice things about the staff. And the people that live there are so kind and welcoming as well. In our family, all six siblings have all been very happy that we made the decision for our parents to live here.

My loved one was in the memory care unit and they made sure that she was out everyday for some time to get around. I would recommend this community for your loved one, this is a nice clean small community.Nice and compact and easy access to other medical facilities if needed.

We love it there. They're very friendly. The facility is clean, and I've never seen anything out of place. The staff has been excellent. The food is hit or miss, sometimes amazing, sometimes not so good. The cost is good, and overall it's been a good fit for my loved one.

Our loved ones there are really happy so far, and they are enjoying their stay. They like it so much that they were able to convince another family members to move in. We have heard of no issues so far, and if there is an issues it has been very minor and fixed immediately

[name removed] was wonderful. She made me feel very welcome and relaxed. The residents I met during my tour were so kind, warm and friendly. The place has a very joyful feel to it, a real caring community. The living quarters were very spacious and the amenities were amazing! I will definitely be considering Lake Barrington Woods as one of my future homes.
