It is a warm and friendly place. Everyone is caring and helpful. The facility is beautiful with many things for the resident to do.

My father is doing great since his move into Glenwood Alzheimer's Special Care. They understand the disease, and they also help us understand. The staff takes very good care of him. They offer a large variety of activities and do a pretty good job of getting everyone involved. They also do field trips, which is amazing. When we toured, we knew that this would be a great fit for my father.

Our family is very pleased with my father's move to this community. It is a very nice place with great people. We know he is safe, and receiving great care. I do not live in the same state, but I have gotten nothing but positive reports from our family. It is an excellent community, and I would recommend it.

Things are going well for my mother since she moved to this community. The staff is all friendly and the meals are great. We have not found anything that needs to be improved.

We are very very very happy with how great everything has been for my dad. It is just the right place for him, it's keeping his dignity and we can visit him. They're quick on their feet and on top of any concerns, I am very impressed. It is a great place, the staff treat us like family. The director and staff are great, I have nothing but good things to say. We're good and I wouldn't change this for anything.

The community is great my father really likes being here. He enjoys the food there is a wide variety to choose. He participates in the activities the staff here is wonderful. It is very well up kept and clean. I have no complaints neither my father.

This community provided me with a good experience, to process was easy going. The community is brand new that I notice is well maintained and always clean. My mom enjoys activities such as book club. The meals are perfectly portioned and Mom says its very good. The staff are very respectful, caring, and provide all that is needed for Mom. I would recommend this community to others.

After trying several facilities, Dad finally has a home! Dad is a resident of McCune Hall, the memory care section of Middleton. The administrators are professional, caring and supportive during the relocation process. The nursing staff and STNA's are attentive and respond quickly when he calls for assistance and the communication between staff and family is exceptional. The facility is new, clean, and welcoming to visitors. He is very happy, and we are relieved to have Dad living where we know he is safe and cared for.

Overall a terrific experience. The staff specializes in care for individuals with cognitively impaired. They do not see the care as a "lesser" nursing home assignment. They include all levels of impairment in every activity and every outing. The exercise, the movement, the engagement and the overall loving manner delivered to the residents is above and beyond what is normally seen in any institution here in Columbus Ohio. One downside, is the size of the community. The space is large and great for the active resident, but may be a bit overwhelming for someone with a more advanced disease process.

Amazing help for my dad at the end of his life! As a nurse, teaching and working in long-term care, I have never seen such wonderful care. The nursing staff is excellent and beyond compare; the aids are patient and caring AND able to help the most resistant residence. The food is nutritious and appropriate for the population with varied nutritional needs - and staff attends to those needs diligently. The exercise programs, the music, the outings and the overall culture of Glenwood is beyond anything seen in central Ohio. They should be very proud of the care and the services they provide. Hands down, they are the best - I've seen them all. The nurse practitioners on staff really help keep an eye, weekly, on the patients medication and medical needs. Glenwood delivers an amazing level of care to each and every resident. I am so thankful we have access to such an amazing place.

My mom lived in an assisted living facility, on the memory floor, for 3 years prior to her move to Glenwood. She has been a resident of Glenwood since the opening...almost a year now. The experience has been wonderful and everyone has been right on top of my mom's care. All who work there seem genuinely concerned for her quality of life. The facility is always clean and smells fresh. Of course, receiving the kind of care this facility (and others of its kind) provides is not cheap! We feel Glenwood is right in line with others, but feel we get "extras" not provided at other facilities for the same cost. As with any facility, you are going to have your human errors, but none that can't be corrected with a conversation/phone call. Last, but not least, are the activities! There is always something for the residents to do. Everyday has scheduled activities that can be adjusted for the individual's skill level. Can't say enough about this facility!!

We just admitted my Dad to Glenwood 2 weeks ago. The transition has been seamless and the staff is incredible. We could not be happier with our decision

I am very happy with the community. The only issue I have is that the staff could be better at proactively reaching out to the family about our loved one. They are a wonderful community. Cherry Blossom is assisting with bathing, hygiene, and medication management for my loved one. The community is providing laundry service, housekeeping, room, and three meals a day for the monthly fee. Some of the activities that are available are exercises, music therapy, aroma therapy, polishing of nails, games, karaoke, special holiday events and more for the residents to choose from. The food is very delicious.

I had a great tour with Glenwood. I was interviewing from out of town and they did a good job with the virtual tour. All of the staff were friendly and it looked to be a good facility.

The Bristol gives peace of mind and reduces the stress of living alone. Can be by yourself and have privacy but know you're safe and taken care of. Relieves the stress of bills, grocery shopping, getting sick etc.. Friendly staff and neighbors, good cleaners and nurses/aids. People around you can relate to and from relationships with.

It is easy living and wonderful. Everything is taken care of, including personal maintenance team. They keep the shrubs and lawns cleaned up. It is pretty, and I like having my own little cottage. They have a picnic every Friday at the meeting cottage, Bible study group, meal plan opportunities, and more for the residents.

She was quarantined the whole time she was here which was 2 weeks because she was here for respite and it was during covid so I think her experience would have been different if that was not the case. It is a beautiful place and I think she would have had a really nice time in non covid times . I think it would have been nice if the administrative staff could have told me that she would not be able to interact and participate in activities. The staff members were very nice and helpful whenever we would call in to check on her. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

My mom just loves this place. It is friendly, helpful and fun. The staff goes above and beyond what is asked of them, and they have been patient with me who is novice caregiver. Every day is a new learning day, and they help get through it all. Great job, keep going!

My daughter and I visited Cherry Blossom Memory Care facility when we were researching a place for my husband who has Parkinson’s disease with Parkinson’s dementia. [Name Removed] took us on our tour and she was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The care unit was nice and clean and residents seemed to be well taken care of.

What I like the most about the community is that it is convenient, well kept and the employees are nice and always wanting to help. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families it is a great place to live!
