Connect55 Plus

Since this new management team has been in place, this has become a clean, fun, lovely place to live. Repairs are fast & satisfying.

My mom is so happy there and that makes me one happy daughter. [Name removed], the office manager, I can't rave about her enough. One thing my mom says that she really likes about her is that no matter how busy she is, she will always make time to listen to you. If it's a work order to fix something or a I wanna show you a picture of my grandkid. She will say come on in to her office and have a seat. The Activity Director, [name removed], is amazing at what he does! So many fun and different activities. I'm not sure of the maintenance guys name. Mom did have an issue with a door knob. Put in a work order and he was there within the hour to fix it. I can't recommend them enough!!! The move in was amazing. They even had new carpet put in her entire apartment and got her a new refrigerator.

I am currently a resident at Connect55 Plus Independence and everything here at this facility is great. I would highly recommend this facility to others!

The meals and dining service does not apply so we cannot comment on that, however everything else has been great! The staff members there are so friendly and caring. The Connect55 Plus is nice and clean and we would recommend them to other families.

My mother-in-law is currently a resident at Connect55 Plus La Vista. The move in process was really good and they were very accommodating. The staff is very helpful. The facility is always very clean and it's nice that some of the residents get together for coffee. There aren't meals provided, but the residents do have meals together that they all chip in on and a resident cooks. Makes it fun! This place is one of a kind where they offer activities every day for the residents. It's easy to catch the bus to go to the store. I would recommend this facility to anyone as it has get togethers, whereas a normal apartment place doesn't do that. And it's more affordable than Independent Living. We are lucky that we found this place for mother-in-law.

Family likes this community because of the calendar that comes out monthly, describing the activities each day. They look through it and decide which would be fun, or helpful, or social. I like their input. They do not have meal service, but no one seems to care. If they served meals, I would definitely eat way more than I need, and I like the freedom. They have kitchen facilities for our use if we decide to cook a meal for family. AND We love the facilities. They have space for dancing, indoor exercise programs, morning coffees, craft shows, etc. The residents that have lived here a while are quite active once they learn what is available.

You can't go wrong here. The people are great and so is the staff.

Great community. No meals, but lots of activities, utilities covered except electric. Off Rt. 240 and away from traffic. Older residence. Friendly property manager. Rating Good. Calamar Developers built and manage.

I moved out about 6 months ago and I have put my deposit down and I am moving back in. This is the best community. By far exceeds all other communities.

Colonial Square Senior Village is really nice. The two staff members who take care of everything are very friendly. They respond quickly if I ever need any help. I have a nice apartment, 2 bedrooms, bath. It is total independent living, so I do my own cooking There is a very nice large community room for all kinds of activities and social pot luck dinners. I play cards two or three times a week with a group of residents. They have gazebos and a horseshoe pit. The residents are very friendly. I have met and made some new friends. That is why I moved here to meet people and not be alone, and here I get to meet new people and socialize. There is transportation to go to the grocery store. This community is conveniently located close to nearby restaurants and shopping, which is great because I still drive. My only concern is there is only one ramp for your electric cart to come and go. I'm thinking about getting one so maybe they will add a couple more wheelchair accessible entrances on both sides of the buildings. Other than that this is a really nice place where I live.

nothing but positive to say. Depsite the manager have a difficult time with losing loved ones she still has a smile on her face daily. Its a wonderful place to live. I'm here for the long run. [Removed]

The BEST 55 Community ever....Love this place.

My mother is really enjoying her time here at this community, It is a wonderful place. Everyone has been very helpful, and polite. The community is very well maintained. They do a great job keeping everything nice, and well-kept. The owner has been very accommodating, kind. There is a lovely community room, where the residents can go to participate in some activities. Everything has worked out very well, and I would definitely recommend this community.
