They do have frequent activities for the residents. I would say to my friends, it seems to have been a pretty good match for my loved one and me. It has given me some relief, knowing what it would take for me to provide private care for my loved one. They are caring for my loved one well.

The community was ok. The room was clean and had ample space. The furniture could have been rented or been provided. The food looked ok. The nurses were better than average. There wasn't much communication between the family and the community. The executive director has no health care experience, his degree is in marketing, and clearly not capable

We chose Commonwealth Senior Living because of the location to other family members as well as it was reasonably priced compared to other facilities for what they offered. They have 3 different sections to the facility, memory care, independent living, and assisted living. My aunt was in independent living and she had a good sized apartment. When she moved into assisted living, it was more like a good sized hotel room. My favorite part about the facility is the friendliness of the staff members here.

We chose The Landing at Willow grove because it was a good value and the location was the key point for us. The room sizes are good, especially for the price you pay. The food is nourishing compared to other places we went to and toured. My favorite part about this community has been that they are very receptive and the staff members push my father to participate in activities. I would recommend this facility under the right conditions.

Very happy with the covid response. The staff has maintained an infection free environment. Thank you for the diligent effort to keep the residents safe.

My mother was placed here during the Covid-19 pandemic. I have hot seen the inside of the facility to give a review. However, the staff has been wonderful in answering all questions and concerns.

Our experience here has been mostly wonderful. Improvements can be made by paying the staff a better salary so they will stay longer. More can be done for the moral of staff as well - rewards, encouragement, praise. During this pandemic, more should be done for the residents to safely socialize and get exercise.

This facility is by far the best in this area. Most of the staff and associates are professional and courteous to both the residents and their families. I feel comfortable having my husband there. I know he is getting very good care. The facility is always clean and the food the residents are served is excellent.

In my opinion, this facility is totally understaffed. My mother (resident) is a fall risk and has been left on the toilet for 30+ minutes because staff is spread so thin. The good and efficient CNAS want to do better but can only do so much. Covid has presented its own problems as residents have been confined to their rooms for extended periods of time including eating 3 meals alone day after day. My mother is mentally alert and sees these deficiencies too.

The community was usually clean. The staff was also very friendly. The care giving staff was always good about communicating with us about our loved one's care. We did think The Landing was a good value for the price, given the care they had available.

We have lots of room, we have a two bedroom unit. They had plenty of activities prior to the Covid-19, they brought in entertainment. It is cost effective. The food is pretty good. They have lots of choices.

I've only taken a virtual tour due to covid but it looks nice & clean & staff are welcoming. Amy, the marketing director, have been wonderful! She is very easy to talk to & is so encouraging. She has texted me during covid just to see how we were doing since my mom lives with me. She has been very helpful.

3rd facility visited. Nice large room. 1 level. One concern, does not allow dad wear a call button in memory care, however they will allow it in assisted living. [name removed] was very nice.

Would like to set up another tour for family to see. Love the location.

Great location and floor plan. Nice facility and friendly staff. Good ratio of staff to residents. Clean. Good size rooms. Memory care was quite active.

When I first visited King's Grant I felt the feeling of caring as soon as I walked in and was greeted. The staff was upbeat and greeted me like a old friend. The first few days were just getting use to everything and everyone. They treat her with respect and also her family. She is adjusting to being there after living alone for so long. But losing her sight has alot to do with accepting things, but she is getting better at that. But over all it's a great place for her. I know she is taken care of and don't have to worry about her as much. She is my mom and I love her!

Very cordial, prettily decorated for the holidays, nice layout. They have the “age in place” of three levels of care which I am looking for.

Gloucester House is a beautiful facility with a caring staff. Just needs more social interaction in the evenings.

Beautiful inside, if you are an active person this is the place for you.
