Similar in nature to the facility in which my Mother now lives. I think she would like a kitchenette which are not in great supply. No washer/dryer in room which might annoy her. They do accommodate pets which is a requirement for us. Reasonably priced from what we hear of the local market. We were favorably impressed.

Loved this place, wonderful tour, happy residents, a good value. It needs a little carpet cleaning (said it was happening soon, snowy weather was the problem) but the dining room is attractive and the staff friendly. Would recommend it!

Sun room addition is very nice, lake w/swans makes a lovely view. Splitting members by floor makes it not overwhelming.

Compared to the previous facility that my love one was in this is a total upgrade. It was like she was in a Motel 8 and now she’s at the Hilton. It’s excellent and the staff to resident ratio is very good. I don’t have to worry at all having my love one here. They actually provide activities too like taking the residents on outings, manicures, Bingo, live entertainment, and just different things all day. They have a lot more going on.

Toured this community. Staff friendly and informative. Had a clean environment and lot's of activities. Residents appeared happy and well cared for. Lot's of construction going on right now, but I think it will be a positive for the community when it is finished.

My husband stayed here for the last year of his life. I was very pleased with his care and the facility. He was at three other assisted living places before we found Crystal Springs. I would recommend Crystal Springs. The staff is kind and willing to help in whatever you need. Thank you for taking such good care of my husband!! So grateful!!??

Having first-hand experience with many assisted living facilities I can honestly say that Golden Orchards stands out from the crowd. It is a very close-knit staff and each resident is cared for like family. The facility is well kept and set on a beautiful piece of property. Golden Orchards is by far the nicest of the group of facilities formerly owned by Meridian Senior Living.

My mother in law is doing very well since moving here. She is keeping very busy with all the activities they offer and making friends with the residents as she can. She loves the staff but we are disappointed that we learned the activities director has left the staff and she was one of the major reasons why we chose the community in the first place. Hopefully, they will get someone as dynamic as the previous one. We would recommend this community if asked.

Commonwealth Senior Living at Charlottesville was a very lovely community that we toured. It was a bigger community and the common spaces were very new and contemporary. We chose a smaller community for our loved one and that was closer to our home.

The one thing that the sales person who was nice and friendly was focusing on was that the pond has ducks in it. The community was nice very clean it has recently been renovated in the last few years. I could just tell that it wouldn't be a good fit for my mom.

I liked this community when I visited. The staff I met were friendly and knowledgeable. The food I tried was good. The community is well taken care of. The community we chose was in a better location for us.

We had a very informative tour and the staff was friendly they took their time showing us around and answering our questions. The community was nice inside not as bright and open as I would like and we felt that it was too big for what we wanted for our mother.

Very caring staff and the facility is clean and comfy. I feel safe leaving my loved one in their hands. In every facility there is always room for improvement but Golden Orchards is a good option.

I was most impressed with the Sales and Marketing Director and the tour that she provided. I liked the core values of the community which she presented and the residents I encountered seemed generally engaged and social. While the accommodations were not sufficient for my in-laws, I am considering it for my Mother when everyone else is settled!

This community was our second choice. The people we met were really nice. We do know people that live here and they have nothing but nice things to say. The community is clean and I hear the care is good. This community did offer the rehabilitation we were looking for.

Everything is working out well for my parents with their move to this community. They are safe, and in good hands overall. I'am pleased with all they have done for us. A place for mom was helpful with referring this community to us. All is well for my parents here in this facility.

On this tour I took friends with me. We thought this community was immaculate. The women was informative on the tour. I smelled a clean community but they were expensive too and had to make sure we can budget the move.

Really nice and clean community. Very friendly staff. They provided answers to all of my questions. Plenty of activities provided. We would have loved to stay there, but at the time there was no room available.

After touring a few places we decided to place my dad here. It offers him the care he needs and it provides my family the knowledge that he is safe and being cared for the way he should be. Overall we like the place it seems clean and the staff is very nice and caring. The communication between myself and them is good in fact one of the staff members had mentioned that it was one of the best transitions they have experienced and that was nice given my dads mental status. The property has 2 areas the first being the assisted living side and then the memory care where my dad is. they have actives for both sides and they keep the residents busy. The location is great because it is right next to my son's school and very close to where my wife works.

It was okay to me when I had a tour of the community. It looked pretty good for another family but they were not what I was looking for.
