Honestly. Cogir of Kent community hit a 5 on everything. My mom actually passed away 10 days after she arrived. So my experiences ended [date removed] . This community was a solid 5 whilst she was there.

I have been working as an outside vendor musician for Cadence Mooresville for years & what a blessing it has been to serve the seniors alongside the most attentive & caring staff! I had the absolute pleasure of working with the current Executive Director when she first served as Activity Director. Typically, an Exec Director doesn't get involved in the daily activities & they leave that to activity staff. But because she first served as AD she has carried over her skills & love for her senior residents in that area by literally stepping in during my music groups while also getting staff from various depts to come in during my music groups to engage with the residents, whether it's singing, dancing, reminiscing or hugs! The current Activity Staff are tops, too! Cadence is a place where one can walk in & instantly feel warmly welcomed with smiles, friendly & helpful staff & happy residents who tell me every week how much they enjoy living in such a loving environment!

As a retired Director of nursing for an assisted-living facility myself, I have to admit that the quality of this facility far exceeds even my own. Their state surveys are deficiency free, their staff genuinely care about not only the residents, but their families as well, there are three different dining options, and all of them have absolutely delicious food which is sadly abnormal for assisted-living. Their head chef is amazing! While, all assisted-living facilities are extremely expensive, Cogir is definitely one of the more affordable places, especially considering the quality of their amenities. The only thing that could even be considered a flaw, is that sometimes the housekeeping and laundry is not 100% but even then it is not within a range that is unacceptable. I would highly recommend the facility to absolutely everybody.

Great place to call home. I didn't know if I was ready for a retirement community, but after touring and meeting some of the residents it made me more comfortable with the idea. The lady who moved me in was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. If you are looking for somewhere to call home, this would be the place.

Administrative staff friendly and helpful. Maintenance a bit demanding: have to get work order to change lightbulbs, e.g. staff though friendly and helpful, not always easy to find when needed. Kitchen staff very good, as is housekeeping. There are studios, 1- and 2-bedroom sizes. Each have varying square footage. My 1-bedroom is very average-sized @ 515 sq feet. There is one called a studio (because no door separating living area from bedroom) that has about 600 sq feet, and us higher rent than my 1-bedroom. My space has a small alcove off to the side, not counted into sq footage because of sloping ceiling. But great storage. Could easily accommodate a twin-sized air mattress for overnight guests. So good variety of space. I would point out a fault in design. 5th floor and 6th floor have no public access toilets, though several community spaces exist on this floors, like multipurpose room, fitness center, library, etc.

The only issue we have had is that paying has been frustrating. They haven't gotten what she owes straight and we've contacted them directly and the parent company about 8 times now

I have been with Glenwood place for over 3 years. I was a caregiver for my bedridden wife and I couldn't have a better place to be!! I was able to take care of my wife and still had a great social life also. She died 3 weeks ago.

Staff in the community is cheerful, engaged, responsive, and helpful. Amenities and facility are beautiful and well maintained, feels like a city with the streets removed with everything on site.

Mom is laughing and having fun again! Goal = achieved. The facility is also getting a fresh makeover. and it looks great. Also, the staff has been very helpful with our questions. I would definitely recommend Longmont Regent to others looking for independent living.

The Park Terrace Senior Living community is Very well maintained and I like the quick responses to maintenance issues. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Everyone has been so wonderful to my father. We are satisfied with the facility. The only reason I gave her four in cleaning us is because I feel that that carpet needs to be gone. It carries a heavy order of urine when you walk into the hallways, but other than that my dad, [name removed] is very happy with his care. Of course I love the that even the new girls come in and adapt well to all the patients as a 28 year Health Care Worker and 6 year activity director I love that the staff gets down to the patients level. That impresses me more than rich facility, just a few words to let you know who I am as a person.

Sales manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ate lunch and food was delicious. Apartment very spacious and equipped. Loved the library and card room. Mom is looking forward to moving in.

We cannot evaluate the care services, our loved one is in independent living. For the meals and dining, our loved one has only eaten one meal there. There are tons of different activities for the residents to do For the value for cost, it is too early to tell, but it is expensive. Our loved one has only been living in her apartment 4 days, but based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Acoya Troon to others.

We really were not there long enough to rate some of the above categories. Al of the staff members are all very kind and helpful. I would recommend The Georgian Lakeside to others looking!

The Executive Director, [name removed], sets very high standards for the staff at Acoya Mesa. All of the staff is very personable and go the extra mile to be helpful. The housekeeping is consistent and efficient. Communication with the family is excellent. The move in process was good. Chef [name removed] and staff are exceptional, as well. He introduced himself upon check in and asked favorite foods, etc. The meals are farm to table and very good! I would absolutely recommend Acoya Mesa to others.

Love what Pinecrest offers, great feeling, happy residents.

Food so much better than what I expected. I enjoy my freedom - going outside to walk on track and see woods. Making new friends.

Everyone friendly staff, marketing, mgmt, general mgr. Enjoyed lunch then picked out apt. moved in 2 weeks ago. Making new friends.

Everything about Park Terrace Senior Living is great! My mom loves it. The chefs switched a couple times and the place is under construction so the food will probably get better. The apartment size is great for the price. Amenities seem good, but my mother doesn't use them much. I would recommend people plan ahead to get on the wait-list. It did take about 3 months.
