Lovely community. Staff were polite and helpful.

Staff were kind and knowledgeable. Front desk was extremely kind, facility was clean.

My mom has been living at The Lofts by Cogir for three years and is really thriving there! There are many activities, events and outings that keep tenants socializing and interested in day to day fun. I just received a text from my mom this morning that she is taking a drumming class in addition to an exercise class. The staff is top notch and so attentive! If you’re considering living at The Lofts or having a family member live there, look no further, The Lofts by Cogir is the place!

We found Cogir after looking at 5 other places on Sonoma County. There was a vibe the minute we walked in. It felt like home. My dad had recently passed and mom needed a place. She had lived in her home 62 years so it wasn’t going to be easy. From the minute we walked through the doors we were greeted by a kind and caring staff that answered every question we had. After our tour, our decision was made. Mom now has a beautiful apartment overlooking the rose garden. She has been there 8 months. She loves the food, she has made some friends, the staff is so caring and attentive to her every whim. They include me in decisions, there is an open line of communication at all times. There is a party for every holiday, games, music and fun on a weekly basis but the best part is that I can breathe. I have cared for my mom for many years and I feel that they treat her as family, they have her best interests at heart and above all they care for her like their own and that is priceless.

My grandmother loves her community. The residents are friendly, and the staff is loving and kind. We are happy to visit and see her being active with her new friends. They have a lot of events, and our family can visit her during these events.

The Atrium has been renovated. It has a bright and energetic atmosphere. My aunt lives in the Independent side of the facility. All of her appliances are just about new. The apartment had new carpet put in and was painted before her arrival. She is served 3 full meals everyday. There are planned activities, trips, and entertainment is wonderful. My husband and I are very pleased and we feel she is in a clean, safe and secure place.

The person I dealt with initially asked me good questions, answered mine, and was extremely knowledgeable about independent and assisted care living. The whole building was clean. Dining room was being cleared as lunch had just occurred but it was done very efficiently. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful with my mom! Shout outs to [name removed] , [name removed] , and [name removed] . Although in independent living, my mom has been helped many times with small things (cell phone issues), meal choices (special requests), general needs. Mom enjoys being able to walk down to the dinner hall and have a variety of dishes to choose from. Solista has really good food. The fish is great and the ribs are great. I've had those with her. I have dined with her just to see how the food is and it's pretty good! I don't know who put this together, but there is a game called horse racing that she absolutely loves, and it gets her engaging with other people that is wonderful to see! She also enjoys playing bingo with the group. There is a activity where folks sign up to go on the bus to eat a meal somewhere in town which she hasn't tried because she has a hard time socializing so that's why I like the bingo and the horse racing because she's in her comfort zone. That was a big consideration with signing up when we did a year ago it's still a big issue. We are completely satisfied with our current cost for the room that she has (not an updated version, which was fine at the time with us and still is fine.)

I'm delighted in living here. The staff members are professional and personable. They work hard everyday. Music fills the first floor with choirs, presentations and outside performing. An intermediate school groups performed groups and solos works. Each day has several events for residents. Outings happen regularly. Shopping and medical buses happen multiple times weekly. People are friendly and pleasant. I've given 3 talks (history) since arriving with 18-20 people each time.

I'm a current resident who have lived at Cogir Sonoma for 7 years. My favorite thing about living here are the residents who are very friendly and the staff who are very attentive. I would highly recommend this community.

My mother moved into Independent Living here several months ago, and our family has found it to be a wonder experience for her. Service, staffing, Activities and support are superlative!

This (my home at Cogir) is all I could have hoped for. I enjoy all of the experiences and helpful staff, services, friendliness, activities. But I do object to the 9% raise annual cost for the past 3 years 27% increase plus the announced 7% upcoming increase.

I'm a current resident and have lived in the community for about 23 years. My favorite thing about living here is the food and the wonderful relationship I have built with other residents and staff.

I have rated all 5's because if all works well for me. Nothing is perfect but I am very happy here and I have no worries. I am heard, I am comfortable, I expect to stay here. Is home!

Solista Carson is the best place for me to be.

I think this memory care facility realize the true behaviors of patients. Unlike the last one I had mom with. I like them and would highly recommend this facility. The staff is great with all the patients whatever their behavior is.

From the time I moved in I have been content and happy here. And it's getting better annually from. [name removed] is a super director.

The apartments are small yet comfortable for independent living. They are associated with a facility offering meals, pool, gym, transportation, entertainment & other activities which the residents at the loft can take advantage of for no charge or meals for $10. The residents and staff are friendly.

Touring with [name removed] was a wonderful experience. She was very upbeat and friendly. She presented it beautifully but sadly my relative had passed away before we could move forward. [name removed] was so kind the whole time though and even reached out with sympathy for our loss afterward. Highly recommend seeing [name removed].
