The first visit to Cogir of Kirkland was a lovely experience. It immediately told me that it was a must to visit again. - second visit, an available room was shown, however, there were concerns - third visit a different room was shown, and it was/is perfect - Ambience - Entry and Lobby attractive, clean, calm, friendly, and inviting. There is an Activity Room, a Bistro for casual chats with coffee and cookies for residents or for friends who are visiting. An attractive and comfortable Theatre. A deluxe room for cards/games/ visits/reading and a view across Lake Washington to Seattle and the Olympic Peninsula. - Food - absolutely gourmet and can be modified to each person's taste or diet. - Activities - wide variety of music, art, exercise, 'field trips', games, meditation. At least weekly, there is a good movie in the Theatre' - Staff - Excellent - Each has a great background and is very kind and considerate. Cogir of Kirkland is an excellent Senior Residence.

Just moved my mother and husband to Solista. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. They have made many friends, love the special events, and more importantly, they think the food is wonderful! I appreciate how kind all the staff has been. Thank you, Solista.

We moved my mom to Cadence Mooresville and she is very happy and so are we. Lots of activities and outings like milkshake Mondays, cooking, painting, and family nights are a few of the activities your loved one will enjoy. The executive director, [name removed], is amazing and very involved with all aspects of daily life at Cadence. She leads by example and the employees are amazing. They treat all residents with respect and dignity. I highly recommend Cadence Mooresville. Best decision we ever made!

Living at Fountain View Village has been a great choice for us. We are getting the best of everything: facitilities, location, good food, and super great service. We have great experiences from the front desk, the dining room staff all of the way to housekeeping. [name removed] , in housekeeping has been one of the best we have ever met. We love living here. My experience has been VERY good. The staff throughout has been extremely friendly and helpful. There is a clear focus on the needs of the residents and that they are of prime importance. People are patient and caring towards the residents. I thank them all for this, and would strongly recommend the facility.

The staff at Cogir are amazing. My mother suffers from early stages of dementia. It has been very difficult navigating her care and safety. They have been helpful from the moment I first walked into their community, getting her settled, and they continue to be supportive even now. My mother is in California and I am in Florida, yet Cogir staffers are always just a phone call, text and email away. The facility is very well maintained and there is always plenty of activities offered daily. With my mother's condition there are always eyes on her as she moves about the community, which allows her to still be independent but safe at the same time. My mind is at ease that my mother is well cared for and fed properly. I get updates and they send pictures of my mother enjoying her new friends and activities. The food is excellent and there is a wide variety. I would strongly recommend Cogir Senior Living Community to anyone looking for their aging parent(s),and not just to seniors that need assistance! OUTSTANDING COMMUNITY AND STAFF!

Recently toured this facility in attempt to find a new home for my mother in law. [name removed], the Sales Director, was such a pleasure to work with! [name removed]spent time speaking with us, trying to get to know my mother in law, and explaining the community. We then took a thorough tour and were extremely pleased. The remodel looks very nice, everything was very clean and the facility hosts numerous bonuses such as a library room/ game room/ and even its own chapel space. We also met and spoke with many residents to get a “first hand view” of the community. We honestly can’t wait to move Mom in soon as we think this is the perfect place for her to have her independence while also being surrounded by many new friends. Fingers crossed! [name removed] the awesome chef, goes above and beyond what my mom expected, he makes personalized lunches for her. Thank you to all the nurses and awesome front desk team. We are very happy to have our mom live there and be very comfortable.

I recently assisted my mother in moving to Pacific Regent Bellevue, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The team was so welcoming and has gone out of their way to make us feel at ease. The staff ensured that the apartment was refreshed and spotlessly clean upon move in and provided thoughtful support throughout every step of the transition. Our family is grateful for the genuine sense of community fostered at Pacific Regent, and the steps the team takes to help residents build connections and settle in quickly. The entire experience left us feeling grateful and confident in her new living situation. The Pacific Regent team's attention to detail, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile have made this transition smoother than we could have anticipated, and we greatly appreciate knowing my mother is surrounded by people who genuinely care about her well-being.

Park Plaza provides the best Independent Living Care with wonderful food and all kinds of activities for everyone. The grounds are always beautiful . Families of clients are welcome anytime. There are church services on site and transportation to off site churches of your choice. The apartments are well cared for inside and out with light housekeeping included in rent fees. Last but not least all utilities and three meals a day are included in one monthly fee. Come and take a tour soon!

My parents enjoyed their time. My mom needed additional care they moved so she could be in full time care, closer to family in Sequim. Based on the experience we had, we would recommend this community to other families.

From the moment my brother and I walked into Avamere at Cascadia, we knew we were finished with our search. I found it to be a bright and warm facility, not too huge and seemed well organized with plenty of amenities. It has a calming, happy feeling about it, as what I also sensed from the residents and the staff members. We received such a warm welcome from [name removed]who gave us the tour and patiently discussed the facility and the environment with us. I am so grateful to have met her. My mother was able to move in sooner than we expected. She expressed her happiness and said we did a good job!

Very positive experience. All staff were and are helpful and bend over backwards to give us direction and assisted care. My mother enjoys the food and the company of other residents. She attends many of the scheduled activities and has started Zumba.

When we realized my elderly sister was no longer able to live on her own and care for herself, I set on a mission to find her the best care and best facility. Cogir fit all my requirements. She moved into a beautiful 1 bedroom unit, decorating it with her own furniture and fixtures. All the staff that looked after her were always the same ladies in her area, wonderful so she did not have to get to know new people every day. Her room was cleaned, bed changed, helped her to shower, delivered her meds to her, delivered her meals if she was unable to go to the dinning room. She made many new friends that would come visit her in her room when she was unable to get out. The nursing staff was so wonderful to her as her health declined. She was so happy that she had made a new home and made new friends and found old friends. I am so thankful to everyone at Cogir for taking care of my sister (who was like my mother) for the last couple years prior to her passing. Edie Klein

[name removed] who is the sales manager here is fantastic. She loves her staff and Ioves the people who call this facility home. We were so impressed by the interactions we saw. Since our mother has moved in that impression has only improved. The residents care about each other. Not your typical facility at all but an actual home environment!

[name removed] is the one who lives there. [name removed] doesn't care all that much for their food, says there is not enough seasoning. [name removed] doesn't attend a lot of the activities

It is a very comfortable and homey environment. Yes, I would recommend to other families.

I would rate them a 5 on each category. It was a safe, caring, kind, friendly place. I am so grateful for the kindness shown by the caregivers at Cogir of Bothell. They always kept their spirits up even when some residents were being difficult. They were quick to respond when a resident needed extra care. I can't thank them enough for all they did for my husband.
