Good tour. Kind Staff.

I like that since I do live out of the state the staff at this community make sure to stay in good communication with me about the updates and progress of my loved one. The staff also have been very accommodating to my dads needs and helping him make this transition as easy as possible. He has been participating in the activities and has seemed to really be enjoying the meals they provide him.

I toured this community. I liked that staff here, They did not have the care that we needed for my mom's needs for memory care. The have activities that are wonderful. The menu seemed to have a nice variety. I would recommend this community to other families to see for themselves.

My loved one respite stay experience went pretty well here at this community. She was pleased with her stay, and everything went well. The community looks good, they do a good job with the cleanliness. She didn't have any problems with the staff. The meals were decent for the most part. This is a pleasant community, and I would recommend it.

My mom has a beautiful living room and she was able to fit all her furniture in there. She is really excited about that ans she has a little kitchen area. She has gotten involved with activities like bingo, happy hour, exercises, and a pianist comes to play. She seems to be doing fine and enjoying the community. She is happy and I am happy too. I would recommend them.

The tour I went on included an invitation to a dinning room experience meal. The dinning room looked great and had an open floor plan but the food was not my favorite. The staff was pleasant and very welcoming during my visit. I would recommend this community to anyone in need of additional care.

The community at HarborChase of Plainfield was very well kept. The staff that offered the tour were very pleasant and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and they were able to address all of our concerns.

It has been a hard transition for my parents with their move to this community, but I'am pleased with this community. I know they are being cared well, and they are safe. Everything is going well so far.

During my tour of the community I was able to see all they have for care and assistance. I felt this was not the best for memory care. Otherwise, I was able to get valuable feedback to make the best selection for my mom's needs. It is a nice and clean facility and I felt that it did not look as nice.

They had a beautiful outdoor courtyard. The community was impeccably clean and updated. They had many amenities to offer for the residents. The staff were pleasant and were able to answer all of my questions. This would be a great choice for someone who is able to take advantage of all the extras.

They have small apartments and you do not really get a kitchen area. It is a nice community but it did look a little tired. There is an area that surrounds the pool in the courtyard. You can open your front door and you feel like you are outside.

Everything is going fine with my grandma at this community. The staff are very friendly and they have done a great job of helping her feel welcomed. They are encouraging her to participate in some of the tons of activities they offer. The food tastes good and they offer a variety of healthy choices.

We are very happy with the care this community gives to my dad. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I have no complaints about them. My dad has been doing physical therapy through the facility. My dad must like the food because he has not complainede yet.

I selected VAL because of its location (10 minutes from home) the amazing welcome we received from staff AND the residents, the variety of activities, their ability to shuttle her to her doctor appointments so she can keep her primary care doctor, their experience with dementia sufferers, the amazing 1/2 price for the first 4 months (!) Incentive, and most importantly the fact that mom reacted positively. She has liked it so far! I am concerned that for such a large facility, there is only one nurse on premises over the weekends. Also, mom gets turned around trying to find her way which is easy for me to do given the layout. Not easy to navigate when your older. But it is clean and welcoming so all in all a good pick for the first (and hopefully the last) such decision.

My parents are doing great here at this facility. They are caring for them very well. It is very nice looking community, they do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is great. They like the food. They offer many activities. So far everything is working out well.

This is a nice community and my tour went very well. Everybody was very nice and friendly. The staff was nice and very informative. The facility looked fine and well-kept. They have many activities, but for my mother at the stage of life she is in, she wouldn't be able to participate. It is a good place with very kind and welcoming people.

Very clean. Everyone is very respectful of the residents needs. The food is always great. deserts are delicious.

I had looked at other places, but did not feel comfortable at any of the other places. But, when I walked into Meridian, it felt like home. I'm really satisfied living here. You won't get bored here. Always something to do. Food is great. Staff is great. If you have any concerns they will always help you.

The facility is beautiful, very nice, and the people are wonderful. Lisa is an angel. The one thing I've been having trouble with is the billing, and I have had a little trouble with people getting back to me to get it resolved.

Our experience with Five Star has been a good one, so far! The facility itself is always well kept and clean, the common areas look nice and they do a weekly cleaning of my loved one's apartment. The staff here is friendly and professional. They respond to situations very quickly, and they've always gotten right on top of any issues we've brought up with them.
