Just took my parents a while to adjust, but they have gotten used to the schedule, and the food is good. They like the staff very much and no issues that I know of.

My first impression from the first phone call was amazing. I had done lots of research and digging into the best place to have my mom. Greystone and the kind gal I spoke to by far made me feel secure that I was moving in the right direction and even helped me get in touch with someone who may can get me some VA assistance! My mom is not ready to make a move, but I can assure you that Greystone will be the place she goes when the time comes. The made sure to make it known that no matter how long it takes for her to come to a decision that they will be there alongside with us through all of it! The lady really takes a lot of pride in what she does and helping others.

Hearth & Home was the best from all of the facilities that I visited. We picked this community, because the facility is small, and accommodating. The staff is helpful to all residents. I would recommend to other families.

My experience at Wyngate has been 100% positive. I live in an Independent Senior apartment and love it! The staff is absolutely wonderful. The well maintained property is so lovely, safe, and perfect for this time in my life. Daily community activities, weekly outings and special events are offered for those who wish to participate. I have the privacy of my own apartment with great neighbors and a sense of community. Three daily meals are available in the dining room or can be enjoyed in my apartment. I have never been disappointed — the kitchen staff is more than accommodating. Living here has been a joy.

I would recommend Hearth and Home. I like the help and friendly service. They try to include residents in the activities.

During our loved ones stay things got better and better as time went on - the more the staff got to know our loved one the better the experience was and things just started to click into place. Our loved one even started walking with her walker where as before she was not able to do so. Based on the experience we had with Hearth & Home at Vandalia, we would for sure recommend this community to other families.

Staff went out of their way to help. They had activities everyday and also on the weekends. Housekeeping was top notch. I have already recommended this facility to friends and family and will continue to.

Overall we think Hearth & Home do a really great job, and we just love them. Based on our experience so far we would certainly recommend them to other families.

They were great! Mom was only there for a month for respite care! The activities director was excellent at getting her out of her room and involved. We really had no complaints. All the staff was extra friendly. [name removed]was very helpful and kind. Mom did not want to be there. We would use them again with no hesitation.

Overall everything has been really good. There aren't many alternatives for someone on a special diet due to health issues, but that is the only perceived negative that I can think of. The staff is excellent and been very good about answering questions

The Wyngate Senior Living Community is great! They're short staffed, as everyone else is. As far as being able to do everything they need to do, it's kind of hard, but they do their best! They do get him up and take him to the dining room for meals, which is a big plus because he wasn't going before (by choice). One thing that really impressed both my sister and I and helped with us deciding on putting him there, was the fact that he was out of state and they went and got him. They drove up to Michigan and brought him down here, there's not another facility out there who will do that. Since there are so many family members who are outside of this area, and if they are ever in a situation like we were, it was a major plus for us. A Place for Mom: I have been dealing with my Senior Living Advisor [name removed] for the last year. [name removed] has been absolutely phenomenal. She constantly called me to follow up on everything. Her heart is 110% in the right spot. She did whatever she could to help me with everything. With the loss of my husband and now dealing with my dad, she was just spot on. I appreciate her and the help she gave me when she did.

I am so thankful I choose Greystone for my mom in the independent living. The staff is wonderful and always go above and beyond. There is no doubt in my mind that my grandmother is being cared for. This is such a relief for me and my family! [name removed] made every step of the move in process smooth and has not disappointed us since she has been there. She is going on 8 months now and everything is as good as she promised it would be. Would highly recommend Greystone to anyone needing it or considering placement for family members.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was really good, all of the staff members were thorough, friendly and helpful.

It's expensive but did a good job. My loved one, was extremely well cared for. She was difficult, to deal with at times but they did their best to assit her. They kept the family well informed. Overall, I highly recommend this community.

I love this place and my mother loves this place it has been great. My mother really likes the meals and she is on a special diet. They are very friendly at this community and my loved one was able to take her pets and it has been great. My loved one says that this is better than being home alone. They have activities like painting, corn hole, connect four and more for the residents to do to stay busy. They sat the other day and watched movies and had popcorn, there is always something going on. My mother has also made some really good friends at this community.

The GlennPark Senior Living community has worked out for our loved one because at the time of our tour they allowed smoking in the rooms, however now they no longer allow smoking for new residents but the grandfathered our loved one in so our loved is still to allowed smoke.
