From day one the administration and staff were top notch. [name removed] showed us the facility and options to help us. The staff were very friendly and the residents were happy. It is clean with plenty of activities. The medical staff and Front desk made our stay feel like home. To [names removed] and everyone, thank you for making us part of your family

My love one is well cared for. The staff are always visible helpful, attentive and friendly. On my visits the meals that are served seem to be tasty and good as all the residents clean their plates. The pricing is very high in my opinion and difficult for most people to spend their life savings for care of their loved one. Certus is a very nice facility and I would recommend it for the quality care and attention they give to their residents.

Certus is amazing. Nothing but respect and support from the staff. They are all amazing people. They actually give a [profanity removed]. Which is awesome. Cost / value is extremely fair.

The facility and culture really stands out to us here. The staff loves my dad and he loves them back. I absolutely would recommend them to family and friends.

I was impressed when I toured at Certus at Orange City, but overall she didn't need all the services but was a great place for her stay. Very impressed with the quality and great staff with quality care showing they were very committed to what they did.

When I think of CERTUS the first thing that comes to mind is that the staff. Particularly the director and the front office staff, who are very very responsive. For example: CERTUS is in Mount Dora, Florida and I live in Huntsville, Alabama. I visit every 6-8 weeks to check on my sister and see how things are going. If I call or send an email, I'll get a response back the same day. I have emailed the business manager a question regarding billing at 7pm on a Friday night, and she replied within 30 minutes. There was an incident between my sister and another resident, so I emailed the director to ask what had gone on and she replied within an hour. This was on the Sunday night of a holiday weekend. It really means a lot to know there is always someone there who will answer my questions, day or night. Regardless of whether I'm checking on something or simply asking a question.

Vero does not have many options when it comes to dementia care. We have heard a few people complain about CERTUS but I wasn't concerned as that's all these rich old people seem to do in ZERO Beach. What mattered to me was the way I felt when I was in the community and let me tell you - it is second to none. Sure, they may have hiccups, but if you want your loved one to have the BEST memory care, this is it.

I toured CERTUS with my wife and sister. We all agreed it was unlike any other memory care facility we have seen. They use research and the community is set up to give my mom a great quality of life - not just care. We are very happy with our decision to move mom here and would recommend to others.

CERTUS at Mount Dora is a much better place than where my mom was previously. It's the perfect place for her situation and a really great community. They needed to fill some rooms, and there were a few promises made about evaluations that haven't been done yet, but overall things have been good. The communication between the nursing staff & head nurse and our family has been difficult. We've been trying to get information about what we should be doing for my mom, i.e. hospice, prescriptions, etc. We've been in the dark about that, and wondering "what needs to be done next"? We're a bit in the dark about medication(s) and specifically medical care. It's been hard to get the right answers. Overall, I would absolutely recommend CERTUS to others.

My loved one who's there was in two other places before and this is the best one. They seem to work with him a lot better. Overall they are above the other places and they tend to his needs. I would recommend CERTUS at Mount Dora to others.

Certus was a great experience, they treated my loved one and family like family members. They went above and beyond in caring for the residents. The community even went above and beyond after my loved one passed. Some of the activities included exercising, singing, and more for the residents to participate in. All the residents were smiling when I went to visit my loved one. The food smelt very good. I would recommend the community to everyone for their loved ones.

This community is very open, it is not a locked down ward so it feels very invited and homey.

We chose Certus because they were cleaner, they care about what they were doing, and the price point was good. They seemed to really want to provide my father with the best possible care that they could. The staff give the family great peace of mind and we would recommend them to others looking.

We chose CERTUS at Waterford Lakes because of the convenient location of the facility, everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and they also at the time had some compelling incentives. It has been a good experience so far and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

What sticks out most to us about CERTUS is the friendliness of the staff members. They are always available and willing to talk and answer any questions. They even send pictures of my husband when he is doing activates. He really enjoys the food as well. I would highly recommend to other families.

Our tour at Certus was really good. The facility was very nice. But it was geared more toward memory care and people who were a little more advanced in their aging journey than my dad was ready for.

We like the size of the community it is nothing to big or to small and the staff have been very attentive to the residents and keep up great communication. Our loved one seems to enjoy the meals and there are several activities for the residents to partake in.

CERTUS is a wonderful place and it was a perfect fit for my grandpa. We chose this facility at the time because we were in a time crunch to get him into somewhere and this ended up being better than the previous facility that he was in. We really like the way they handled things with covid, it was a lot less stressful for my grandpa. I would tell others that they take into account and the whole person and I would highly recommend to others looking.

We chose CERTUS because it is really local and it is a smaller community so it is not like she could get lost. The room sizes are very nice and spacious. They always post pictures of activities and they are always keeping the residents busy. They have a caretaker that comes once a week, but I would tell others to make sure to follow up with your family doctor. Overall, I would recommend them.
