Overall it has been a good experience. There have a been a couple of minor issues with a caregivers being unhelpful here and there.. But overall it seems like a nice atmosphere. I got to know the place having several different relatives there. They have a pretty good reputation, and our experience has been in line with that.

It is not a huge facility which we really like, it has more of that intimate setting to it. The admissions director [name removed] reached out to us a lot before and after the tour, we really appreciated all of the follow ups. We were very impressed with how much she focused on what we wanted for our loved one. So excellent first impression. The staff before our loved noe moved in would even email our loved one telling him how excited they were that he was coming - they have continued to be very welcoming. We have been able to get well acquainted with the head of nursing so anytime we have questions we can get her a call and she is always there to address our concerns. The meals and dining service is very good and even though our loved one does not always participate in activities they have a ton to offer. Our loved one is in the best place that he could be

We chose Cedarhurst because of the value for the money and also the location is great for our big family. The sales lady that we worked with was wonderful and made everything much easier. They have just turned over management companies within the last year and they have made many upgrades and it looked much nicer. They serve breakfast all day and have some neat things with their menu. They were actually on the news about how good their food is, my parents absolutely love it. Everyone here is extremely friendly. I like that they are in between independent and assisted living so if need be they can move up levels of care. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

This is a community you should checkout for your loved one. This has been a great experience for us so far. The staff are wonderful to work with, and they take notes to make sure all the staff know about what is going on with my loved one. They are good at trying to get my loved one engaged in activities. There is physical therapy and speech therapy on site. The food has been good for my loved one, and the times I've had a chance to eat with my loved one has been good for me as well.

[name removed] is awesome and an all around wonderful person. She has taken time out of her day off to speak with me on the phone. I give this facility high marks, we wanted our loved one to move here.

They are working hard to upgrade the things that need improvement, but right now they need more senior care helpers. We do understand they are understaffed, but for what our loved one is paying, they are not getting the adequate care and attention.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community itself is very nice. The staff are easy to work with. They are willing dietary restrictions if necessary. You have your own everything, and I would go there myself.

The tour with Cedarhurst was great. I did not find the staff to be as personable and it was more expensive.

It has been a nice experience for us at Cedarhurst. It's a smaller community with traditional treatment for memory care. The staff is nice. My loved one has a nice room. And so far so good. He's receiving much better care than at a previous place. Like all care facilities, they could have a few more staffers than they're able to hire, but overall we haven’t had any complaints They try to be attentive, and they do look out for the patients. One of the things I really like is that all of the aides and nurses seem to be able to call everyone by their first name, which shows that they've taken the time to learn a little bit about the patients, which is good. They don’t just call them honey or sweetie. They address them by name, which seems more respectful.

They have been outstanding. It is a smaller community and has a personal touch. It fits my loved one here. There are only about 45 rooms. My loved one enjoys most of the food. They have a lot of activities to keep the residents active. They have arts and crafts, cooking, games, balloon badminton and more.

We toured Cedarhurst and it came in a close second place. The building was very nice and it was beautiful inside. The staff here were all friendly and it is in a great location.

It is hard to tell about the community, since the pandemic. They have recently lifted their restrictions to allow residents to eat in the dining room, go outside, and be able to have visitors in their rooms.

Overall, we had a good experience at Cedarhurst of Columbia. One of my concerns were that sometimes it is hard to get a hold of them on the phone and get connected to the person you want to talk to right away. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We do know they are very interactive with our loved one when it comes to the activities. What we really like about this community is that they are very responsive to our request regarding our loved one. They will follow up very quickly which we really appreciate. The cost is higher, but we are happy.

Chistina Place is a very friendly community. I have had a good experience here for my loved one. They also have taken great care of my loved one. This is a good option for your loved ones and they are pet friendly.

Waterford is an amazing place. We call it mom's Lakehouse becaues the facility is beautiful and she has a lovely view of the lake. The staff is incredible. We feel so fortunate to have found the perfect place for our mom.

Our Mother has been at Emerald House for over 9 years. We are so grateful for the care that she gets! Everyone is kind and respectful! Our Mother has thrived at Emerald House, and we couldn't appreciate the staff more! they are friendly and know each residents likes and dislikes. The food is excellent! The staff does a good job making sure everyone is happy with their meals and encouraging socialization. We couldn't be happier having our Mother at Emerald House! 5 stars in every category!!

Great at caring for my parents health needs. Wonderful at getting my parents involved in activities. I no longer have to visit everyday like I had to in the other facilities. I can sleep at night knowing they are getting great care.

Lake city is the perfect place for my Mother in Law they are so kind and caring and she loves it
