Due to my age and health, I no longer decided to remain in my home and thought it was time to make a change. I moved to Lake City Place on June 1, 2014, have a lovely apartment, close to my children and very satisfied and happy.

I have found the staff to be helpful and supportive. It is small enough to be like home. We feel fortunate to have found a place like this for our father.

My mother has never been happier. She loves participating in the activities, enjoys her apartment and loves being with people her age. The facility is clean and well run with loving and caring employees. I'm happy to have my mother so close to me.

Lake City Place is a beautiful facility. The overall condition of the facility as well as the nice public spaces drew us to Lake City Place. Jack and Rhonda have been most accommodating whenever we have had a concern.

Lake City Place is a very inviting place. My Grandmother loves her apartment and loves that she doesn't have to cook or clean. The food is great, but the people are so amazing and friendly and make for great conversation. Keep up the great work!!!

Lake City Place is a wonderful place for my mother. It is clean. The people are professional. My mother has the freedom to come and go as she wants. She loves that she does not have to cook anymore. I just love this place!

Lake City Place is the best kept secret in town. We need to get the word out.

McKinney is a wonderful place! They have made so many changes in the environment, lots of new paint and accessories. The aides are caring and know the people living there really well.

We have been so pleased with moving mom to Christina Place. They were so helpful with helping us with the VA program. The staff already feels like family after a few months. It was the best choice for Mom.

The York Place is a wonderful Place. My Mother went there on March 1, 2013 and passed away Nov. 18, 2014. The York Place took wonderful care of my mother. They are very caring and kind people who run The York Place and all the workers there are great. I could not ask for any better care for my mother. The York Place is a great place. And it is a very clean and nice units.

We are very happy with Tesson Heights. They were a lot more reasonable than a lot of the other places, by several thousand dollars. They were comparable in quality, and they offered even more amenities than some of the more expensive places. Their food is excellent, and the waitstaff are so good, and friendly. The social aspect is wonderful, and all of the staff are wonderful.

Lynd Place was the only facility that I found which was willing to work with us financially. All other places have their set rates and will not work with you, but Lynd Place did, which made a huge difference in our decision. They were very good at keeping us informed and were very knowledgeable.

They have a very good mix of people with a clear-cut understanding of the needs of the residents. They are very well versed in the needs of different residents and how to offer them the specific care that they need. It has been a positive experience.

It was an easy process. We had to move my in-laws from Kentucky, and they were very helpful. They have adjusted in there very well. One really good thing - she once fell and broke her hip, and the physical therapist at Seymour Place has been great and got her walking again.

I toured this community when I was looking into options. I really liked this place. They are strictly Alzheimer's care. The staff was really friendly, It was a really nice place. I would definitely consider it one of the better places.

So far things are going pretty well. It's a clean place, and the staff is friendly. We don't have any concerns over how responsive or attentive they are. The activities are adequate, and we haven't heard any complaints about the food. We really liked the location that worked out good for us.

I am so grateful that Tesson Heights exists. It has become home for my parents who left their home of 40+ years just six weeks ago. Their apartment is spacious enough to allow them to have brought some of their favorite furnishings, but it's not so big that they find getting around tiring. The common facilities are spotless and homey, and the dining room is as nice as any restaurant. I hear the food is excellent. It's so nice to see my parents finally living a life free of the concerns of household maintenance. It's the best move we could have made.

Every member of the staff, starting with the Director of Marketing was very helpful to us. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, including our special needs sons. My mom is having increasing problems with confusion and the staff have been very helpful to her in explaining things. They are friendly and they also do an excellent job of giving the care that the residents need. It is very much like a family atmosphere.
