I am a home health provider and I had the pleasure of visiting the Gardens of Eufaula during National Assisted Living week. I have been to many assisted living facilities throughout my career and the Gardens is by far the best. From the friendly, attentive staff and Administrator to the beautiful atmosphere and the delicious food, the Gardens of Eufaula outshines them all (even the larger facilities)

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living community. It’s a smaller facility with only 16 residents, which makes it feel very warm and personal instead of overwhelming like some larger facilities. The administrator is truly wonderful—she sets the tone with her compassion and dedication, and you can see how much she genuinely cares for each resident. Her team follows her lead, and it shows in the way they treat everyone with respect, patience, and kindness. The staff is very attentive, always making sure residents are comfortable, safe, and engaged. They don’t just provide care—they really get to know each person, which makes such a difference. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job to them, it’s a calling. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated like family, this is it.

As soon as you walk in, it feels like a home away from home. The staff there treat you like family and make the whole process easy and stress free! I can’t remember the last time I felt the weight of the world off of my shoulders. Limestone manor is the place to be for your loved ones!

I have been a resident of the Gardens of Eufaula for four years. I am very happy here. The staff and other residents are so kind. The staff feeds us well and handles my medications so I do not have to worry about anything.

Limestone Manor seems to do very well in providing a warm, clean, caring environment for seniors who need assisted living. It appears especially good if the resident is somewhat mobile but needs help with daily tasks, values a smaller community, and wants to stay socially active. The staff seem to go above and beyond a lot of the time, and families generally are satisfied.

Very friendly and caring staff . Always going above & beyond to make sure residents feel like they are at home and comfortable. Facility is very well managed and clean . Appreciate all the staff for what they do here at the manor.

The facility is always clean and inviting. At every visit the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the amount of engagement seen with residents. Many provided activities and opportunities for socialization.

Limestone Manor is a wonderful place to visit. Upon entry you are greeted with a nice, friendly receptionist/ activities director who answers questions and directs me where I need to go. Always a friendly environment. The residents are always very active and having fun. They keep them very busy. This is a great place to live.

I would highly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone who is looking for their loved ones. Everyone at the facility is very knowledgeable of their job. They treat all residents like their own family. The facility has activities scheduled almost every day for the residents. I always see smiling faces every time I’m there!!

Everyone was so nice food was great!!

As a new member of the Gardens of Clanton, our family is very satisfied. Our Mom was very resistant to move from her home, but due to safety issues we insisted she live with one of her daughters or at the Gardens. She has been living at the Gardens for one month and is thriving. The staff are kind, friendly and make our Mom feel special. Mom enjoys participating in the various activities and eating the delicious food. Now when asked how she likes the Gardens she responses, if she can’t be at home, it’s the next best place to live, and that statement from our Mom is huge!

My mother was a resident at the Gardens for two years. She recently passed away. She loved the Gardens of Eufaula. She loved all the friends she made there and she told me over and over that she waited too long to move to assisted living. If she had known how much she would love it, she would have moved in sooner. The Gardens is a great place!

Today my sister and I toured the Gardens of Eufaula. Upon walking into the facility we were met with smiling faces and felt very welcome. They offered for us to have lunch and the food was very good. The residents were happy and the facility was clean and beautifully decorated. I plan to bring my mother to see the place soon.

I had a chance to watch a family member, that was a resident at the Gardens. To watch how she enjoy the staff and how they love and care for her, she truly enjoyed the many activities that they do there from sing along to gardening, to holiday parties, and lets not forget football. It all comes down to the staff and the care and love they show to all of them. I want to give a shoutout to a special lady’s who is an administration. She has a big heart and she gives and gives to all of the residents. It not because it her job it because their her family and she loved them all. Great Job to all the staff.

Working with the staff at The Gardens of Clanton as a Clinical Liaison for the last 20 years I have witnessed amazing care and love given to the residents by [name removed] and her colleagues. I love to visit the facility and see all the exciting activities and smiles and laughter!!!

The Gardens have a great facility full of love and care for your loved ones! An awesome staff who really care about their residents, and want to give them the best quality of life. The food is always delicious and there’s always lots of fun activities going on!! An all around great place for your loved ones to live and have peace of mind. ??????????

The Gardens of Clanton are always doing something fun with the residents, lots of family- involved activities. They keep the residents busy with exercises, games, and they all get along so well. The large front porch with the rockers and swings is the residents gathering place on a daily basis. The Administrator and staff are very involved with the residents and help make it a home like atmosphere.

Recent Management position personnel change has brought great changes to Silver Lakes Assisted Living! Some of the changes Residents enjoy the most are: 1. Updated food menu, taste great, more variety in choices. 2. Snacks, water, tea, ,coffee available at snack stations, each day. 3. Added common areas inside and outside with multiple benches and chairs for Residents to gather and socialize. 4. Arranging more on site Events for Residents to enjoy. 5. Updating decor inside and outside makes Residents feel like they live in their homes, in lieu of a health care facility. Residents are really enjoying the changes. Thank you, Silver Lakes Management for the positive changes being made! Residents appear much happier with the positive improvements! They feel at home and loved.

I am not an employee, nor a resident. I have been volunteering my services to help on campus. I have read the reviews and the 2 negative reviews I've seen are totally unfounded. I have worked behind the scenes of every aspect of this organization from food services, maintenance up to the center director herself. Also, may I add/mention that I too, have worked in large institutions similar to SLSL and know exactly how it should run, yes, every department included. My assessment conclusion to the above paragraph: I have never seen so many employees who care so deeply for the seniors. They truly love them. The Center director included. She works all hours of the day and night to make sure everyone has everything they need, including the employees. I've never seen anyone who was so compassionate about their job, helping seniors, and the employees. She has turned this place around in a very, very short period of time. This is the best assisted living I've ever seen.

We recently moved our grandmother into the independent living wing and she is loving it! She is thriving, getting nutritious meals and making friends through the various activities they provide for the residents. The staff truly cares and [name removed] is a wonderful executive director. We highly recommend Silver Lakes Senior living!
