This is truly the best place for parents. You have warming smiles welcoming you into the facility. Not only that the staff is amazing! They do a wonderful job taking care of the residents as if it was their own grandparents.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care provided here. Every team member—from nursing to dining to administration—goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The staff takes time to learn each resident’s preferences and routines, which has made a world of difference in our loved one’s happiness. Highly recommend this community to any family looking for compassionate, dependable care.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with this assisted living community. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to residents’ well-being. I visited my grandmother recently and as always she had nothing but great things to say about the gardens. She kept going on and on about all the activities that they get to do and lovely environment.

My stepmom has been here for almost two years. She came to live here after my father passed away. The staff here are very kind and helpful. They know all the residents and their families. I am very glad we have this sweet place for our mom. The residents are allowed to come and go, and that makes it easy for us to take her places. I highly recommend The Gardens of Pelham.

Several months ago we moved my 93 year old mother-in-law in to the Gardens of Pelham. Before moving in, my wife & mother-in-law visited the facility. The staff was very welcoming & provided us with all the information needed to make a "life" decision. This facility clearly meets my mother-in-law's needs.

Our mom has been a resident here for quite a while and the care level is excellent. The staff is friendly, compassionate and understanding. The facility is well maintained and clean every time we have visited.

Gaedens of Pelham is a nice clean quiet facility. Mom has done well here. She has made new friend's and is safe and secure. She does wish the food was better sometimes. All in all it is a great place.

Our mom moved in here in April and it has been wonderful!! The workers are so good with all of the residents! Very cheerful! We are so happy that she is well cared for. She is very happy here and we are relieved that we don’t have to worry so much.

I recently visited this community to see an old neighbor and this place is absolutely amazing The staff was friendly. It was very clean and the administrator and her assistant was very friendly and pleasant. They are very helpful and answered all questions that I needed to answer. I also watched them do activities and the activity director is very friendly and hands-on with the resident. I love the way she interacts with them. The kitchen style was very friendly. I ate lunch with my old neighbor and she introduced me to the cook and he’s very nice and he’s a very good cook.

I moved in the first of April and Love it here! Everything is always so nice and clean. The food is tasty ?? The people here go out of their way to take care of all the resident's needs with no complaints. So many events to enjoy. They make every day special in some way. Big Adventures on occasion to spice things up. Big Thanks to The Gardens of Pelham!!

Everyone was friendly the staff was amazing. I felt right at home when I walked in I love how the staff pay attention to who comes into the community and how the interact with the residents. I would recommend this place I hate my mom needed a higher level of care

We recently moved my Dad here and we love Silver Lakes! From the moment I first visited, I could feel how at home everyone felt, definitely like a family community! It sits among the beautiful North Alabama mountains and even has a Senior Community Center around the corner. We highly recommend Silver Lakes Senior Living to anyone looking for an assisted living or memory care home for their loved one.

My grandma has been living at the Gardens for a year. There have been some changes recently, but they were definitely for the better. The Director, [name removed], is wonderful! Extremely communicative, well educated and caring. The facility is clean with good meals and a friendly, down home environment. I would not trust my grandma living just anywhere and this has been a great place for her to sadly live and still maintain her own space and privacy.

Excellent facility for my mom. Small enough for personal attention and big enough to handle all of her needs. She is very cared for and has everything she needs. The staff is wonderful and dedicated to helping the residents. I am able to enjoy my time with my mother during my visits instead of spending all my time cooking and cleaning up after her (while getting frustrated and exhausted). This place is a Godsend because it is only 5 minutes from my house vs. 1.5 hours from her house.

When I did my visit I noticed how everyone was happy and outgoing.The young lady named [name removed] was spending time with the residents and doing activities with them, they all seemed very happy.Made my day to know the elderly was active & having a good time

The atmosphere is very pleasant. The meals and medications are spot on. Seems to be nutritious meals prepared. Very glad to see the church service on Sunday and Wednesday. Nice areas to set outside, rain or shine. I am so grateful to have found this place. My father has settled in and truly enjoys being there.

The building looks great. , staff seem happy , and the resident also looked so happy. The place looked great and festive!!!!!!!! I’m excited to see what else the new NHA will do!
