Recent Management position personnel change has brought great changes to Silver Lakes Assisted Living! Some of the changes Residents enjoy the most are: 1. Updated food menu, taste great, more variety in choices. 2. Snacks, water, tea, ,coffee available at snack stations, each day. 3. Added common areas inside and outside with multiple benches and chairs for Residents to gather and socialize. 4. Arranging more on site Events for Residents to enjoy. 5. Updating decor inside and outside makes Residents feel like they live in their homes, in lieu of a health care facility. Residents are really enjoying the changes. Thank you, Silver Lakes Management for the positive changes being made! Residents appear much happier with the positive improvements! They feel at home and loved.

I am not an employee, nor a resident. I have been volunteering my services to help on campus. I have read the reviews and the 2 negative reviews I've seen are totally unfounded. I have worked behind the scenes of every aspect of this organization from food services, maintenance up to the center director herself. Also, may I add/mention that I too, have worked in large institutions similar to SLSL and know exactly how it should run, yes, every department included. My assessment conclusion to the above paragraph: I have never seen so many employees who care so deeply for the seniors. They truly love them. The Center director included. She works all hours of the day and night to make sure everyone has everything they need, including the employees. I've never seen anyone who was so compassionate about their job, helping seniors, and the employees. She has turned this place around in a very, very short period of time. This is the best assisted living I've ever seen.

We recently moved our grandmother into the independent living wing and she is loving it! She is thriving, getting nutritious meals and making friends through the various activities they provide for the residents. The staff truly cares and [name removed] is a wonderful executive director. We highly recommend Silver Lakes Senior living!

My mother moved into the Gardens of Eufaula last year and it’s been the best decision we could have made for her. Not only is she thriving, my brother and I are able to work, go out of town, etc without worrying about Mom. We know she is very well taken care of at the Gardens

The Lodge is very clean and friendly. The staff helped my family with moving things into the room and helped momma meet other ladies that resided there. The food looked delicious and everyone was smiling and enjoying each other's company. Overall, this is the place to be!

I really like the small environment that the Lodge offers. The residents seem very happy and catered to. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. The Lodge was clean and smelled good as well. Overall I am thrilled that my Great Aunt is there.

Very nice, friendly and warm environment. Everyone was helpful and kind during my mom's transition to the assisted part of the lodge. I appreciate the extra care and attention she is receiving which is helping her adjust better.

My dad has been there for about 6 months now. He is very pleased with his life now, as are we. He’s been more active since moving in. He has made friends with other residents. The employees help with anything he asks; whether it’s help with care, maintenance issues or even questions for the Administrator. Everyone works together to make sure his needs are met.

I toured Gardens of Wetumpka with my mother. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. It must have been around lunch time because the food smelled amazing. I am putting my mom on the waiting list. We both agreed it was a cozy environment.

They provide excellent activities for the seniors in a clean living environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. My aunt is a resident and she is very happy in her apartment. There is always a nurse on duty.

My family recently toured the Gardens of Eufaula in search of a future home for my grandfather. We live out of town and when we visit we see subtle changes that are beginning to concern us. We were impressed by the welcome we received from the staff and Administrator. The facility is decorated beautifully and everyone was very friendly.

My grandmother recently passed away after residing at the Gardens for 12 years. There was no place she would rather have been than the Gardens of Eufaula. Not only did it feel like home, she always said it felt like family. Due to my profession, I have been inside many long term care facility and the Gardens of Eufaula is by far the best I've seen.

Wonderful friends staff is great ; everyone treats you like family here. The care is the best you can ask for. A nice smile can make your day ! I would recommend to anyone ! I tell all my friends how much I love it here

I am a volunteer at silver lakes and I can not say enough good things about the staff. I enjoy walking in and seeing all the smiling faces. Everyone is always so eager to help assist in any way. The care partners go over and beyond giving car services to each and every resident. I just love my silver lakes family!

I went from 3 years of worrying about what was next for my 85 year old Mother, to peace in my heart for my Mom's life. PFM held my hand through it all. Always willing to help. Help me find the perfect place for her. All the ???? A place for Mom should be the first place to go for helping the ones you love the most.

To start , the staff here from the director to the chefs to the nurses are AMAZING. My mother and I came out for a visit on a weekend unannounced, and they still welcomed us and did a walk through of their facility. I like the small size because it means individualized attention which is what my mother needs at this point in her life. I'm so excited and happy for her to be part of this, and for them to be part of her journey.

This is one of the most genuine communities that I have been in, the staff is nice and friendly, residents are happy and smiling and the community is always nice and clean. They do an AMAZING job!!!

This is a great place to live and work! Staff is always friendly when I come to visit friends who live there. I come for bingo on Friday’s and enjoy being there so much! Activities are top tier! Care partners [name removed] and [name removed] have the sweetest personalities!

My mother has been there nearly a year now and I couldn’t be happier. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken excellent care of my mother. This is the best I’ve seen her in the past few years. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for assisted living needs to try this place out.
