we like it very much! The entire facility and folks that work there or looked to have geniune "care" for the residents. Overall the area (closeness to emergency facilities), surrounding neighborhoods, facility itself with fire alarm, good lightning, hallway cameras; residents there, kitchen area, laundry area, beauty shop area, having an activities director and seeing "kids" thier like us our age trusting there loved ones to care at this facility spoke volumes of Excellence to me.

The staff is top notch, friendly, courteous and always is respectful. Wish that we could enjoy more places like this.

Silver Comet is a wonderful place with lots of good activities. Everyone seems happy and they have a good staff. The staff are very friendly, responsive, and attentive to the family's questions or concerns about our loved ones. Crafts, bingo, exercise, happy hour, theater room, games, outside activities, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from. The residents have the opportunity for breakfast and lunch and there are a choice of entrees and then a selection of soups and sandwiches as well. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the room. Snacks, meals, utilities, the apartment, transportation, weekly housekeeping, and changing of linens are included in the monthly fee.

My mom has lived here for 11+ years. There have been 4 admins during this time. I can honestly say that the current Administrators is great on several levels. The interior is better kept since she arrived. She courteous, thoughtful, and caring to the residents and staff as well as family members. She arrived a few months before the pandemic and has performed like a pro. She is old enough to have sympathy and empathy with the residents and she has a nursing background.

This is a wonderful place to live. The nurses and administrator [name removed] serves this home wonderfully. They are so helpful and caring. My only fault I have here is the food. I wish they would serve more often. They serve so much ground beef and I'm tired of it.

Love it people here. Food and actually don’t care of soup and salad at time.

I have a friend who is a resident and has been for a year. She absolutely love the small home like and friendly atmosphere. The staff and administrator is very warm and caring and seems to go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy and we'll cared for. [Removed]

I have a fellow church member who has been a resident at the Gardens for 1 year now. I have visited her on several occasion and found this facility to be very comfortable, clean and quite charming. My fellow church member states the food is very tasty. She enjoys the activites and looks forward to spending time talking wit fellow residents. Staff is professional and frienfly

Nice small home like environment. Excellent location and easy to get to local shopping. Very clean and comfortable living environment.

Very clean, food was good. Size of room is good. I wish Donna had not sold the refrigerator/ freezer we put in the room. We think she did it to upset [name removed]( her daughter). [name removed] in maintenance was great to talk to & appeared to really care. That means a lot to me. [name removed] was very easy to talk & explain things. The guests seem to like him & he enjoys his position in help & pleasing people. We wished [name removed] would be more social & do the activities that are available. She appears angry at life. Just my observation. Keep up the good work.

It's been fine so far. [name removed] and [name removed] are very helpful. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Mother is doing well at Limestone Manor. All the staff and especially [name removed], the director, are so helpful and caring. I think we made a great choice.

I have a family member that is been in this facility for better part of 2 months and have experienced firsthand the kindness of the staff and management. The environment is clean the food is outstanding and if you love your family member I promise you you will not regret this place.

I would say my personal experience is that I'm still happy I chose this facility. However, the common areas need some improvement as to the cleanliness of the furniture. (Leather for easy wipe off), as well as ensuring the staff are communicating with the memory care residents in a lighter voice and not a loud voice. And to revisit the dietary consumption of salt for more enjoyable meals for some who are not heavy salt intakers.

We have a terrific activities director. We always have things to do. the food could be better but the staff is wonderful! I love the piano they have! Also, I love our big library and snacks!

Other than my home, it is a nice place to stay.

My loved says the food for lunch and dinner is bad, but loves breakfast. So now I’ll repeat all this until I reach 200. Over and over and over and over and over and over again. You should replace this model to not make people be so lengthy in a review. Most reviews can be summed up in a few sentences instead of a dissertation. So I’ll keep going until I reach 200 words.

Dining was not good at best. The food was served cold and not good. staff were friendly and helpful .

Taking improve more people to work some of the workers are lazy they can improve their friendliness. Some them are rude. They can improve on the cleaning of the rooms. They're not clean up to standard. Some of them topped down to the residence is not needed is not necessary if they wanted a job then they should've took another job, but they don't wanna work. I actually have recommended people to come to this place so once the new changes implemented and people get better hopefully it'll change for the best.

McClellan Senior Living is a wonderful place. The care the residents receive is top-notch. We never have to be concerned or worried about the care our loved one receives. All of the employees are well trained and very caring.
