We were very surprised by how the value for the money was very reasonable. We could not really rely on our loved one to give good feedback about the food, but every time we visit the meals look to be really good. It did seem like they had a lot of activities, their schedule was always full. The staff are super friendly but we do have a concern when it comes to the care services. There is a big different between "regular" care takers and memory care - care takers. They are good but sometimes it seems like they could use just a little more training in regards to memory care

The main reason we went with The Village at Keizer Ridge was because of the overall appearance. We walked in and knew right away this was the place because it is not depressing at all, it looked like a nice hotel. Given with the amount of money it costs, I think it would be nice to have one specific staff member we could rely on who knows my loved one well. The facility is big and has a lot of residents and staff so it is not small or intimate. I would absolutely recommend them to others, especially for those who are more independent.

This is the perfect place. The care is great. This is worth the money for the care my loved one is receiving. The rooms are nice and a bit bigger than some other communities with nice views from the rooms. The community is beautiful and spacious. My loved one likes the food. There are a lot of activities for the residents to choose from. Bingo, movies, outside outings, outside entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from are some activities. The community will do up through Hospice care.

We love Heatherwood. The community has helped our friend accommodate to the community quickly . They are able to clean our friend's room and our friend loves the food. There are a lot of activities for the residents to choose from. This is a good place for the residents that have ASD as there are some other residents that are on the ASD. The community was recently remodeled.

I would encourage others to come visit and move in. The staff are great to work with. The food is delicious with a menu you are able to order from. There are currently no activities due to the pandemic. There is transportation and the community will take you to doctor appointments if needed.

We've had a great experience transitioning Mom to Keizer Ridge. The people have been helpful and responsive. The building always looks clean, bright, and happy.

I would tell others to come sign up. It's a great place. I'm still getting to know people, but so far people seem very friendly. The food is really good. I'm just now getting into activities, and they're great. I'm really happy here.

The staff are great, they are very compassionate and attentive to the clients needs and the family needs as well. They have activities like arts and crafts and also chair yoga for the residents to participate in.

This seems to be a nice community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Outings, book readings, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.

The staff and the care staff are amazing. They're very friendly and capable. It's a very nice, clean, spacious facility. I would recommend giving Fieldstone a call to see if it's right for your family.

The biggest thing that stood out to us was the administrator, he has gone above and beyond for our family, he has been very helpful and understanding. The activities are still pretty limited, but they are getting better. We do have to say given the circumstances they are doing the best they can.

We chose Fieldstone of Marysville because it was brand new and they had just opened up so it was very clean. It is also super close to our house. The room sizes are really big and they offer private and shared rooms as well which is nice if we want to switch. They have been great especially through covid . They work really well with hospice and we have had nothing but great communication with them. I would recommend.

They're awesome - the friendliness, the cleanliness, the independent rooms with their own bathrooms - it's huge for our loved one. We spent a lot of time looking around and this was our number one choice by far. When we walked in, we just knew. This was it. When we go to visit, we see the residents sitting around a table laughing, with books, puzzles, TV. So it looks like they're doing a good job of keeping them occupied. There's a courtyard where we see a lot of the residents out walking, and there are giant rocking chairs out there. It's just very homey and combatable. We love it.

I love this place and am very pleased that my wife can be here. She is well cared-for in an attractive, clean, happy place.

My in-laws absolutely love it here. The staff has made relationships with my loved ones. The food is enjoyed by our loved ones. It is in a convenient location for us. During the pandemic the staff has been very diligent and they were on top of things right away. They have stayed on top of things as well. They have tried to do their best in our opinion.

I would tell others that it is fabulous if you can afford it. The nursing staff was fabulous to work with. They were very communicative with me.

The community is a good place to be. The staff is wonderful The room sizes are good-sized with a great layout. The food good and they offer a good variety. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I have made my home at Fieldstone West for 18 months. I appreciate living in such a safe, caring and lovely community. All staff, no matter their position, are friendly, caring and make the residents feel special. If problems arise, they are dealt with promptly with concern until solved. If you move into Fieldstone, you will be at home.
