From the first time we toured Fieldstone. We could see the care and love that is show to the residents. The staff are respectful of each other and the residents. We really appreciate the wonderful atmosphere. The facility is clean and beautiful. Our loved one's condition is communicated to us and we can access the website to see her participating in the many activities.

Have had many on hospice service here at the facility and they have received excellent care.

Wonderful people who live and work there. Great food! It's a smaller place but just wonderful! They even have a bus with a lift so people with wheelchairs and scooter's can go on the bus.

This is the best option in the area and the best value for the money. They probably have far more services than other communities in the area for the price as well. The staff are fantastic to work with if the family has questions or concerns about our loved one. Yoga, beachball volleyball, games, gardening club, cooking club, therapy dog, entertainment, and more are some of the activities for the residents to participate in.

It's absolutely a great place to be. Very professional team is providing excellent care. Facility has a beautiful interior and exterior, beautiful garden. Residents are getting balanced meals 3 times a day and it is healthy and tasty food. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has dementia.

It is a brand new facility and so it's very clean and nice. The price was actually less than some other places that we looked into that were older. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. Out of all of the ones I looked at, this was definitely the nicest facility. Overall the care has been good and mom really likes all the staff and they like her. It is a great location as far as Silverdale goes so I can take her out. I would absolutely recommend Fieldstone to others looking.

I moved my mother to Fieldstone 6 months ago. The satff welcomed her and our entire family, as we adjusted to her new home. She is well cared for, and as a family member I always feel support when I visit. There is a high level of respect and professionalism between staff, ressidents, and family members. I am very thankful we found the Fieldstone community.

The staff and mangement care is above and beyond. The love they express for my mom, and the expertise they have for taking care of the elderly is wonderful. The protocols, individualized care, and the activites are better than any memory care around.

My dad has been a resident at Fieldstone since [date removed]. We have been happy with the level of care he has received. He loves all the actvities at Fieldstone, and the weekly excursions. The staff have gotten to know him and always make a point to stop and visit with him. The meals look and taste good. The facilty is clean. The staff at Fieldstone communicates with me, if there are any issues. I also love that family is welcome, and they have made us feel that we are part of the Fieldstone family.

We went with Fieldstone Clear Creek because my husband was in another facility and we were not happy with it. Fieldstone had just recently opened and I went and toured it and I decided to move him here - he is doing so much better since then. The staff are always happy and seem like they really enjoy working there. The building itself is newer and open and inviting. I would recommend them to other families.

The Fieldstone Clear Creek community has been great so far they get 6 star. One of the things that attracted me if is if I ever were to need additional assistance I do not have to move, I can stay right in my apartment which I am very satisfied with. The meals and dining service here is excellent, the activities are fantastic there is plenty to do and so far there are no complaints at all

Fieldstone has been very very good. They are very open with what needs to be done. They also did an assessment prior to being admitted to the community. The communication with the staff and family is very good. The staff know who I am and they make sure to say hi to me when visiting my loved one. The staff is very pleasant. The pricing is done based on the care needed by your loved one. The community is able to provide the medication management for my loved one as well as bathing and dressing assistance. They also will help with assistance in getting in and out of bed to make sure there is no fall risk. My loved one has their own bathroom and room and it is really nice for them.

I like the community. I'm impressed with the cleanliness and the activities. We get daily pictures from the staff and it shows that my loved one is involved with activities each day. The price is better for us compared to the community before this one. The staff are very responsive to our questions and concerns.
