This is a amazing community, my mother is doing extremely well here. The community looks great, they do a very good job with keeping everything nice and neat. The staff is great, they have been super helpful and accommodating. Everything is working out very well. A place for mom was amazing to work with. Overall everything is going very well.

We moved our mother into Heatherwood and are very satisfied with everything so far. The staff is outstanding. Lisa, the manager, is exceptional and it was a pleasure working with her. The move-in went very smooth and all our questions were answered almost before we asked. All of the residents we spoke with were very happy with Heatherwood.

They helped me get her medications straightened out. They just can't help me enough with whatever I need done. Whatever I want or she needs, it has been perfect. As far as activities, I just don't know what they do, because I am not there enough.

We have had a very good experience there no complaints, due to resident passing away didn't spend any time in facility.

My mother has lived at Heatherwood for a few years. I am always so impressed with the quality of people working there, the excellent food in the dining room, the number and variety of events in and outside of Heatherwood they are involved in. My mother's toilet overflowed and flooded the room. Their immediate and thorough action was very encouraging. I have nothing but good things to say about Heatherwood.

I like the staff. Lisa and Rod are awesome and have gone out of their way to help with the transition. The apartment has a lot of storage and a fireplace, which makes it more appealing than many of the other places where we looked. The food is excellent and plentiful. Since it is independent living, we are not using any care services. The price is a little high, but workable. The location is perfect for us. The folks have only been in for a week or so, and it may take a little while for them to adjust. All in all, we're very happy with our decision and think they will be happy there.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community appears to be an excellent place to go. The only concern I have is that the care is top of line. It would be nice for the staff to be more proactive and interactive with the families to keep us updated on our loved one's care.

The price is more expensive than most, but they do offer a lot in the community. Communication was good between the staff and our family, and they were responsive and accommodating to us. I would recommend this community to others.

The food here is excellent, it is good quality and the chef does an awesome job running the kitchen. They provide a lot of activities and have a big variety to get more people involved and it always a change of pace. If you participate, you Heatherwood bucks and at the end of the month you can get things from the store she has and you can spend your Heatherwood bucks on. They have a nice walking trail that is about 1.2 miles and I enjoy getting out there and walking or spending time in the courtyard. I would recommend it to anybody looking for independent living.

My mother is doing very well at the Fieldstone Yakima. She is still adjusting to the changes, but they treat her very well and keep her safe. I am happy with the care she is receiving there.

great personal- great food- great place to be

The staff is great and they really helped us make the transition a smooth one. We never thought we would have to move her here, but it is a nice place. The other residents are very nice and the food here is good too.

Great place for mom to be independent and be able to gain new friends. The staff was very supportive and helpful very friendly. We were invited for dinner two nights in a row. Although the rent is doable my concern is the 5-6% yearly rent increase. We’re excited to my mom into her new home.

The staff are great & responsive when there's an issue. They're great in activities, food & interacting with mom. Weekly cleaning is great, and the tiers of support are working, as life changes..overall its a wonderful place.. we've had an issue, and have been working with the staff to get it resolved. They are the best place we could have her live & feel good.. mom's apartment has plenty of room and she was able to keep her pet. Everyone is friendly even the residents.

What we like the most about Fieldstone Memory Care is the community itself, the staff, location, the food, all excellent. Communication between staff for care is the only reason I don't give them a 5

Everyone is very friendly, staff and residents. The menu is very limited and changes are only made every 2 months.

The community is clean and safe. Most of the care givers and staff are very friendly and are watchful of your loved one. We visited Mom all most every day. She was there 4 months.

They have great staff. The staff is caring, food is good, the place is new and clean. On the downside, they lost a lot of my mom's clothes, blankets and shoes, hat, jacket, sunglasses. They don't have a good system for laundry.

Heatherwood is a great place to live. That being said, there are some limitations and logistics that can be frustrating. Right now, the facility is undergoing some maintenance improvements that is enhancing the comfortability for the residents and staff! It's important, if seriously interested in becoming a resident, if possible, request to stay one-three days as a visitor, to seriously observe with a "third-eye". Try to analyze the "culture" of the residents and staff, as well of its idiosyncrasies (all facilities have them) that is unique to Heatherwood! If you are a visitor, mingle at different tables, during meal time! Listen to the conversations and discuss your thoughts about moving into a senior living community.

For the most part, Heatherwood provides a nice housing facility and good outings and activities. Food is ok most days but occasionally a dry meat-loaf comes out. Staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and there is housekeeping weekly. The overall age of residents is about 75-80 I would say. Maintenance is a bit slow at times, but eventually gets to repairs. Other residents are fairly warm and friendly and come up and introduce self.
