The community has wonderful caring staff. Everyone is friendly. They provide meals for the residents. The community is clean. Overall we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I understand the food wasn't so hot. I've never had any myself, just an observation.

I spent 6 months living at Fieldstone Cooper Point in Olympia. I was comfortable and enjoyed the caregivers and staff. My reason for leaving was to move closer to my family. The Assisted living community I moved to is much like Fieldstone. Friendly staff members who address everyone, including the residents by first name—— always with a smile on their faces. Fieldstone staff on a whole are slightly younger but appear to be well trained and caring. They work together well and respect each resident as individuals. The two young women who co-ordinate activities at Fieldstone are energetic and enthusiastic and fun to be around. Weekly we had 2 Bingo games, a " Bucket List “ Travel Log, a special seasonal craft session, on Thursday afternoons they have an outside musical group perform (usually with a yummy snack, treat and beverage from the kitchen), often during the week they have an ice cream social, and perhaps an outside speaker. Besides all that there are usually 2 movies shown every day. Unlike most assisted living communities I'm aware of Fieldstone does not have set hours for meals. Their dining room is like a restaurant. They have an interesting menu from which you can order what you would like for meals. The dining room is open from 7:30am until 7:00pm. I found it very nice to be able to eat when I felt like eating. I was surprised to find I generally ate only twice a day. I would recommend Fieldstone Cooper Point to most anyone I know.

Fieldstone works hard at trying to offer loving care for their residents. Sometimes it seems that they are short staffed for the number of residents needing help, as we have to wait for several minutes to get help with a need. The activites coordinator does a fantastic job creating fun and active games. Activities for residents, always providing refreshments afterward. Meds are always delivered in a timely manner. Fieldstone provides a friendly and loving environment. Thank You!!

I toured Fieldstone Memory Care and it was a nice tour. The facility was nice and new. It was pretty spiffy. I toured several in the area and this facility was one of the newest ones.

Keizer Ridge was a nice place also that I toured. Most all were compatible, it's just so sad and disappointing to see so few residents out and about in the common areas during the day, all the places seem so empty of activity, but maybe that's the norm. The more independent residents probably do more to get out and do activities

Personally, I think that their initial evaluation for acceptance into the facility should be better done. I did not think that my dad qualified for that type of Residential Care, his needs were more complex. The staff were great. [name removed] was awesome, she really knows her job. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Fieldstone of Marysville seemed great. I would have chosen it had there had been room available at the time. They provide memory care only, which was very important to me. The Executive Director was great. The staff to resident ratio seemed very appropriate. And when I arrived for the tour, the caregivers were busy doing activities with the residents. Overall I got a very good feeling about Fieldstone.

I've admired the kindness and patience that you all show my mom and dad. You all have helped me gather information that I had needed to help provide for my mom. Thank you.

This is a good place for mom. We are happy with most things. We know the work of keeping an eye on everyone, is next to impossible.

We did not even tour any other facilities, Fieldstone Clear Creek was a slam dunk from the second that we walked in. It is absolutely gorgeous and has a cruise ship feeling top it - it is bright and inviting. The staff we spoke with were great and the activities calendar looked plentiful. The food is amazing, I would give that a 10 if I could. The staff seem to respond quickly and fix issues the second that you point it out so that has been wonderful. The facility is brand new and there have been some communication and documentation hiccups. It seems like the people who give the care do not send that information back up the chain for other caregivers to see and notate. Overall it has been a wonderful experience and if we had to do it all over again, we would still choose Fieldstone. My advice to people would be to just keep track of your loved ones care for the first few months that way you can cross check it with the staff there.

Fieldstone of Marysville was very nice. The facility looked new. But I didn't get a real cozy feeling there. And it was much more expensive than other places we looked at.

We do not have first hand experience with the meals and dining service but from what our loved one says - they are not gourmet but they are high quality and have a wide selection of options. They have had to navigate through the covid restrictions and different lockdowns so the activities have been pretty limited and the residents have not really had that opportunity to get involved with things. However they are starting to open back up so we are hoping the activities do to

I would give the staff a 6 out of 5 if I could, they are just so friendly. The facility is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The management has been great. I would 100% recommend Fieldstone Clear Creek to anyone looking.

This community was really nice it just did not have the availability when I needed to secure a spot for my loved one.

I wish they had better communication. We are always the ones having to reach out to them with concerns, and then they don't get back to us. We live out of state, so the only way I can see my loved one is through Zoom. Their Zoom has not been working for over a year. They're a big company. They need to make that a priority. That's huge, and my biggest issue with Fieldstone. And they don't really even care. They say "Sorry, we're aware of it. Same firewall issue." Like there's nothing they can do about it. My loved one does seem to like the staff. And they do make a point to get the residents to participate in activities, which we appreciate because I feel like otherwise she would sleep all day. They do all sorts of different things - fishing trips, painting, crafts, getting their nails done. I have no problems with activities. Overall we're happy and she's doing well there, but like with any place, there are some issues.

My loved one's experience has been during the pandemic. I would tell others that if you have a senior who is very independent, they will do very well here. If your loved one needs more assistance, I would look for a smaller community.

We do think the people at the front desk are extremely nice and friendly, unfortunately our loved one has moved in during the pandemic so she has not really been able to experience everything the community has to offer.
