Park Visalia Memory Care is a remarkable facility dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for individuals with care needs. As someone who works here, I can personally attest to the commitment of the team to ensure every resident feels respected, valued, and at home. The facility is beautifully maintained, with bright, spacious rooms and common areas that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every space is designed with safety and accessibility in mind, ensuring that residents can move around easily while feeling comfortable and secure. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, offering a peaceful environment where residents can enjoy fresh air and nature in a safe, enclosed area. What truly sets Park Visalia apart is the compassionate and skilled staff. The caregivers go above and beyond to provide personalized care, taking the time to understand each resident’s unique needs and preferences.

I was invited for a lunch tour because I am looking to place my dad somewhere. We were greeted by so many of the staff and people who live there and everywhere was so nice. The food was way better than I would have expected and it felt like we were in a restaurant. The head chef even came out and introduced herself to us. This place was impressive for sure.

We have seen staff members from all departments take the time to talk to the residents rather than rush about doing their jobs. The front desk is always so welcoming and helpful. The lifestyle team is fantastic. The male lifestyle member’s laugh brightens the room and we love it when he sings with the residents. The new director has been a great addition to their team. We have seen such a change in the community. Everything looks elegant, clean, and we enjoy seeing the door decorations they create during their craft programs.

This has been one of the cleanest communities I have seen and been to while visiting. The staff is extremely friendly, and truly care about the residents. I would highly recommend touring the beautiful community, as checking out there large and well maintained Courtyard- something you don’t see in senior communities often! Also the food is so yummy and seems really nutritious.

After finding that my dad couldn’t care for himself anymore and received a diagnosis of dementia, I searched the area for a place that would feel most homelike. The Artesian has been his home for almost a year now and we have come to appreciate the staff and community there. He always has the opportunity to visit with others through activities or gathering in the main areas, but is also able to spend time on his own when he prefers. The caregivers have been kind and accommodating to him and have become like family.

After much research about facilities in the area we decided on the Artesian of Ojai for my mom. We couldn’t be happier about our choice. They make fresh, healthy food from scratch. The staff is super communicative and professional. The caregivers are super loving and patient. We just have great peace of mind with my mom here. Just a great facility overall.

We have been absolutely amazed with the Artesian. They have been nothing but professional and wonderful since day one. They have taken great care of our loved ones. The staff is professional and loving. They address every concern we have immediately and the place feels so warm and loving. Our family’s search for the best assisted living community for our mother lead us to The Artesian of Ojai where our mother has been residing for several months. The Artesian has exceeded all of our expectations and hopes. With its Mediterranean style architecture and landscaping, and stunning mountain views, The Artesian’s grounds and setting couldn’t be lovelier. Additionally, we can rest at ease knowing that our mother is in a safe and secure environment. The property is fully fenced, with locks on all the gates, and a concierge stationed in the main entrance. Most importantly, the quality of care that our mother receives is of the highest caliber. Our mother’s care team and all of the staff go above and beyond to provide personalized care based on our mother’s individual needs and preferences. The Care Director proactively communicates and collaborates with our mother’s MDs, with other health care providers and with us. We are so grateful for the quality of life our mother now has!

Very caring and honest personel. Great food. Lovely court yard. Gourmet food, and happy residence. The young staff keeps things lively.

The Park Visalia location was close to my home. Nursing staff played close attention to the behavioral changes that took place when my husband's condition changed and needed medical care. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I wish I could have convinced my mom to move here a year ago. She would have been much happier, with all the staff attention, activities, and meeting new people. It would have made her life so much more enriched at the end of life experience. I cry every day because I miss my mom so much. My tiny mom, such a strong, independent, beautiful woman.

Park Visalia was a wonderful choice and experience for my father, who has now passed. Their workers were amazingly kind and attentive. They were so patient and helpful. Dad loved it and them. We would highly recommend. Park Visalia community to other families.

My dad has been a resident at Madonna Gardens for almost 3 years. We just celebrated his 104th Birthday. He's very happy and, we feel, well cared for. The new manager is very helpful. However, the carpet in his room could be cleaned.

It was time to find a new place for mom after 4 years in another care facility. I selected Carefield Pleasanton after evaluating 8 communities, and am continually pleased with the entire team’s care, commitment, and dedication to creating a stimulating and dignified community. Not only are the Executive, Community Relations, and Business Office Directors professional, efficient, and creative, they are also refreshingly involved with the residents and families. The Lightfinder program & Director are excellent from first evaluation to daily assessment, care, and response. This, coupled with the Lifestyle Director’s activities creates a vibrant environment that is palpable. The commitment to quality is topped off with amazing fresh foods created by their talented Culinary Director and team. From the moment you are greeted in the spacious foyer and experience the engagement in the great rooms, open kitchen, and outdoor space, you can feel this team has created a special place.

I am a very close friend of one of the residents at Carefield. I visit my friend at least every 2 weeks, or if time permits I try to come every week. The staff are very caring and genuine. They never fail to greet me and ask how I am. My friend’s dementia has progressed and it is something we cannot control. But the staff at Carefield makes it a point to have her engage in activities and making sure she ate. I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking for memory care.

It was a great celebration day at Carefield Pleasanton memory care Chinese New Year luncheon. Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming to everyone, lobby was so clean and smell so clean and fresh, I was so amazed by how staff were friendly and welcoming to all of us . Dining area was so nice and servers and care givers so caring for each resident. The foods was prepared by kitchen buffets style variety absolutely delicious and the interesting thing residents were able to pick whatever they wanted. Decorations included all the Chinese and dragon ?? flags and some of the symbols was so beautiful. It was a great experience also the chef invited us for Easter luncheon which is ver nice of him. I definitely recommend Carefield Pleasanton memory care for your beloved.

I work in the health care field and visit this facility about 2-3 times a week. The employees always seem happy to be there and having a good time. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. The seniors seem just as happy and it's always so clean and well decorated. The rooms are big and modern and think I'd live there myself if I were able to.
