We have been absolutely amazed with the Artesian. They have been nothing but professional and wonderful since day one. They have taken great care of our loved ones. The staff is professional and loving. They address every concern we have immediately and the place feels so warm and loving. We love that they cook home style meals daily, we love the activities they offer and the grounds are so well kept. Everything is clean and beautiful. They are truly a blessing.

Our family’s search for the best assisted living community for our mother lead us to The Artesian of Ojai where our mother has been residing for several months. The Artesian has exceeded all of our expectations and hopes. With its Mediterranean style architecture and landscaping, and stunning mountain views, The Artesian’s grounds and setting couldn’t be lovelier. Additionally, we can rest at ease knowing that our mother is in a safe and secure environment. The property is fully fenced, with locks on all the gates, and a concierge stationed in the main entrance. Most importantly, the quality of care that our mother receives is of the highest caliber. Our mother’s care team and all of the staff go above and beyond to provide personalized care based on our mother’s individual needs and preferences. The Care Director proactively communicates and collaborates with our mother’s MDs, with other health care providers and with us. We are so grateful for the quality of life our mother now has!

Very caring and honest personel. Great food. Lovely court yard. Gourmet food, and happy residence. The young staff keeps things lively.

The Park Visalia location was close to my home. Nursing staff played close attention to the behavioral changes that took place when my husband's condition changed and needed medical care. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I wish I could have convinced my mom to move here a year ago. She would have been much happier, with all the staff attention, activities, and meeting new people. It would have made her life so much more enriched at the end of life experience. I cry every day because I miss my mom so much. My tiny mom, such a strong, independent, beautiful woman.

Park Visalia was a wonderful choice and experience for my father, who has now passed. Their workers were amazingly kind and attentive. They were so patient and helpful. Dad loved it and them. We would highly recommend. Park Visalia community to other families.

My dad has been a resident at Madonna Gardens for almost 3 years. We just celebrated his 104th Birthday. He's very happy and, we feel, well cared for. The new manager is very helpful. However, the carpet in his room could be cleaned.

It was time to find a new place for mom after 4 years in another care facility. I selected Carefield Pleasanton after evaluating 8 communities, and am continually pleased with the entire team’s care, commitment, and dedication to creating a stimulating and dignified community. Not only are the Executive, Community Relations, and Business Office Directors professional, efficient, and creative, they are also refreshingly involved with the residents and families. The Lightfinder program & Director are excellent from first evaluation to daily assessment, care, and response. This, coupled with the Lifestyle Director’s activities creates a vibrant environment that is palpable. The commitment to quality is topped off with amazing fresh foods created by their talented Culinary Director and team. From the moment you are greeted in the spacious foyer and experience the engagement in the great rooms, open kitchen, and outdoor space, you can feel this team has created a special place.

I am a very close friend of one of the residents at Carefield. I visit my friend at least every 2 weeks, or if time permits I try to come every week. The staff are very caring and genuine. They never fail to greet me and ask how I am. My friend’s dementia has progressed and it is something we cannot control. But the staff at Carefield makes it a point to have her engage in activities and making sure she ate. I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking for memory care.

The staff is very friendly and we're of great comfort to our family They went through several cooks etc and the food suffered dry tasteless etc I would recommend The facility for the most part

It was a great celebration day at Carefield Pleasanton memory care Chinese New Year luncheon. Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming to everyone, lobby was so clean and smell so clean and fresh, I was so amazed by how staff were friendly and welcoming to all of us . Dining area was so nice and servers and care givers so caring for each resident. The foods was prepared by kitchen buffets style variety absolutely delicious and the interesting thing residents were able to pick whatever they wanted. Decorations included all the Chinese and dragon ?? flags and some of the symbols was so beautiful. It was a great experience also the chef invited us for Easter luncheon which is ver nice of him. I definitely recommend Carefield Pleasanton memory care for your beloved.

I work in the health care field and visit this facility about 2-3 times a week. The employees always seem happy to be there and having a good time. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. The seniors seem just as happy and it's always so clean and well decorated. The rooms are big and modern and think I'd live there myself if I were able to.

My grandma lives at Park Visalia in the Assisted Living side and loves it. She said everybody is always so friendly and makes her feel loved. She also talks about the staff and how they make everything fun and that the Nurse is one of the friendliest people she has ever met. I'm glad my mom found this place for my grandma.

My grandma has been a resident at Carefield for almost 2 years. I must say, she had a lot of behavior issues before moving in to Carefield. She adjusted and was very social. My Nana loves the staff. We are very pleased with the care she gets. She was recently admitted on hospice. The caregivers always checks on her, even offering us a snack. The Director of care, [name removed] and the medication aids, always checks in and gives us support. There is always someone available in the management for questions and guidance. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place like a home for residents. Great staff with a lots of love a care for residents. I was invited for Christmas lunch party. Besides the food was delicious the crew in kitchen was fantastic, they were professional and always keep smile. The place was so clean and smells amazing. The chef I believe his name was [name removed], came to each table and greeted us personally. I had a chance to give myself a tour of the community and I was amazed by care staff saying hello and smile to me. I love the library. It was very cozy. One of the kitchen’s crew members came to me at library and offered me some drinks unfortunately I don’t remember her name. I met [name removed] the Executive Director she was welcoming and empathetic and very nice. I would like to recommend this place to anyone who wants to have their love one to be cared for.

My mom has lived at Park Visalia for about three years and I couldn't be happier with her care. The staff are always so friendly and it is exceptionally clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and fun place to put a loved one.

I did not have a scheduled tour but took my chance for a walk-in tour. The lady at the front called for someone to possibly meet with me. I was impressed that it did not take a long time for someone to meet me and give a tour of the facility. The Memory Director took her time to listen to my stories and showed me around. It was a great experience!

For the longest time, I refused to visit my aunt because I am worried it will make me sad and upset that she is at a nursing home. It took me 9 months to have the courage to come and visit. I was beyond amazed how great the place is. The ambience and the friendly faces of the staff. We did not announce our visitation and as we walked in, we saw her talking to one of the aids and was heading out to the courtyard. We met with the medication aid, the housekeeper who was busy cleaning my aunt's apartment, the activities person and the executive administrator, who gave us a tour of the facility. We were offered snacks while sitting out in their courtyard. It was overall a pleasant visit. There was a resident who was busy gardening enjoying the big courtyard. The courtyard needs some TLC, but overall, a very pleasant visit. I recommend this community! Thank you to the team of Carefield!

This facility has a lots of potential of care, love and support. The staff are so kind, helpful and energetic to the residents. I was invited by my friend for residents Christmas party on December 2023. The food was amazing by chef [name removed] who came to each table and welcomed all families members. I got chance to talk to chef [name removed] to let him know how wonderful the food and everyone is. I definitely recommend this place for your beloved. Also I met [name removed] memory director and she was very nice and knowledgeable about her work.
