The staff made my mother in law feel comfortable when she had her respite stay at CareOne. They were warm and friendly. The food was good and there was a good variety to choose from. The community was clean and well maintained. We would use this community again.

So far everything is working pretty well for my mother here at this community. I haven't been to see her in a month, because they recommend I let her get adjusted first. She has made some new friends, which is a big plus to me. In the first time in many years she seems happy. The community is well maintained. The staff is very considerate and accommodating. This is a really nice community.

My grandmother was recently a resident at Care One at Morris in Parsippany. I am not one to really review items and places online however, after seeing a poor review I felt that It would be unjust to let my extremely positive experience go unsaid. My grandmother recently stayed at Care-One Assisted Living for a respite stay. She had been living on her own and was 95. Unfortunately, living alone in a home with may steps led her to have an unfortunate fall. Her Stubbornness was unbearable at first but it did not take long for Vincenzo and his staff to win her over. She absolutely loved the food, Entertainment, outings and especially the personalized care. The staff at Care One is the most dedicated group of individuals I have ever come in contact with. they were so attentive and really made my grandmother and our family feel as if we were Home every time we walked in. I can not say enough about the experience. The community was extremely clean and well decorated. My grandmother loved that the staff would always put snacks and small cans of soda in her kitchen in her room. This is the best kept secret in Morris County!

I am very happy and pleased with the care my mother receives at Cafe One @ Morris. The aides are loving and attentive. Mom came in with some medical issues and was supported and attended. She came in very weak and with low interest in life. Now she beams with excitement telling me "I saw a wonderful show, 2 hours long!". I came to visit her and instead of meeting her in her apartment as I entered the assisted living entrance large room I saw her across the room, eating a snack. Since the sun was out I took her outside, found a chair on the porch like area. Then I asked her if she would like to go to see my car. We enjoyed looking at the beautiful planted l flowers, hearing the birds, then we came up to the vegetable and herb above ground garden. Mom had to smell each herb. We walked around the whole front of the building. I pushed her wheel chair and I walked , she is in a slow process of getting stronger to use the walker. At 92, my mom is very happy here, so of course are my sister and I.

The only thing I would rate a 4 on with this community is there has been a small issue with following up. CareOne is very clean and the upkeep is great. I have tried the food and I am very pleased. The staff is great and very attentive to the residents. My mom likes the live entertainment.

Beautiful facility. Pricing better than what we have now, but not better enough to move her to a location a lot less convenient than Sunrise

* Note that this is a review for the assisted living community not the skilled nursing or rehab. * Our family member is adjusting well to the assisted living community at CareOne. The staff has been so supportive and helpful. The residents are caring and welcoming to a new member. From the first day, the residents of CareOne's community, welcomed our family member into their home with warm smiles and friendly hellos. The staff, both nursing and support, welcome us when we visit or call and go out of their way to be helpful to whatever the needs are. Two major factors that made CareOne stand out above the other communities we visited. One is that every apartment has 3 emergency pull cords in the most strategic places, we feel that our loved one is safe at all times. Beside the pull cords, each resident wears an alert necklace that is an added layer of safety. The second stand out factor for which we decided CareOne, was the layout of the community. The common areas are smack in the middle of the building with all the rooms surrounding it. This is a great feature to encourage activity and socialization. CareOne was the best choice for our loved one!

We recently moved my aunt into Care One Evesham after several months of surgeries, rehab, and returning home to live independently. My aunt did not want to leave her home but as a family we felt her safety and well being had reached a point that she was not able to live independently. The staff at Care One Evesham has been extremely helpful, professional, and caring in the process. They have worked with us regarding the finances which was an important aspect of the move. Last week we moved my aunt in and she is responding well to the move. We know that it is a big transition and will take time to fully adjust. We feel confident that Care One is a great place for my aunt considering her needs at this stage of life. I would highly recommend Care One Evesham.

I had a live-in aide with mom at her home for the pass year. But her needs were increasing. She had become totally non-ambulatory with no weight baring abilities & could no longer assist with transferring into her wheelchair. Her dementia had progressed and she was sleeping more & more. I felt she and the aide had become more & more isolated. Neighbors & friends had either moved or passed away. Once the decision was made that mom needed more care than I could provide I toured 7 assisted living communities. Out of the 7 communities 2 were immediately crossed off the list. One too long a waiting list and difficult to get into, the other in very poor condition. 5 I returned to to be interviewed and scheduled to come out to evaluate mom & her needs. One never contacted me after, one wanted me to also hire an additional private aide for her, one immediately said no they would not take her. My mom refused to talk to Care One the fist time they visited. I had to work so my husband was there and the aide (who now was more like a family member). They spoke with my husband & the aide and offered to make a 2nd visit - because of their understanding, patience and knowledge of the situation. No one else showed such sincere kindness nor spent so much time with mom to get to know her. Mom has now been at Care One for 4 weeks. All the staff is respectful, caring and responsive to mom's needs. Despite the amount of care needed she is never not included in any daily activities. I can tell the regular caregivers have gotten to know her because of things they tell me. I am never made to feel uncomfortable when I make a request or ask a question. They respond to every phone call, text and email. I requested PT and they've provided. We discussed the need for a newer wheel chair & they saw to it that she got one. After 2 weeks a meeting was arranged to discuss how things were going and to answer questions and address concerns. I have become a better advocate for mom because they listen, they care and they are proactive. I've had more peace-of-mind these past 4 weeks than I've had in a long time. Great new building! My aunt and uncle moved in and are doing great. She was very resistant before making the move, so we started their respite program on a trial basis. Within a week my aunt wanted to become a permanent resident. We liked the rooms, but also the fact that they have rehabilitation on site and nurses 24 hours a day, which we could not find elsewhere. The family is spread out, but CareOne is central to everyone and we can get there pretty easily.

My mother has been at Care one for over 2 years. I can only say that this community was the "right fit" for my mom and her needs!

My mother Dorothy moved into Care One at Livingston Assisted Living and she was displaced because her current living situation was no longer safe for her to be there. My mother is a proud, independent lady, who has always been able to care for herself and was a social butterfly. After her current apartment building was damaged and she was moved unexpectedly, I realized that I needed to find her a safe, secure, and social environment that would meet her needs and put my mind to rest. Since mom has moved in she has flourished and is meeting new friends, involved in the activities, and has adjusted extremely well to her new home! She is back to the person she use to be! My mom came along way here at CAREONE...1 week is all it took~

Well my mothers Respite stay just finished and I have to say that she had an amazing time and was well care for. It gave us peace of mind knowing that while we were away she was being well cared for and having fun! Kudos to the team at Care-One Morris. She said it was like being on a cruise! We will defiantly be using them again.

R I really felt great about touring this community. I liked that all of the people who lived there had smiles on their faces. I had a chance to have lunch with their director Bill. We liked the food. My mom is typically very picky but she ate 95% of the food on her plate and even had dessert. The nurse we met, Dawn came to say Hi and assessed my mom while we were in a comfortable setting. We are still looking, but Care One is definitely at the top of our list.

We used CareOne for a brief respite stay for a loved one, and overall our experience was a very positive one. It's a nice looking place, and the staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I'd give them top marks across the board!

The staff is amazing and caring.

It's great so far. The staff is incredible. They took someone, who was just out of control from the previous place, and got the medication management back on track and everything back to normal. The care is like night and day compared to where we were before. I like how great the whole community atmosphere is, I just can't say enough good about CareOne Harmony Village.

It is a wonderful, brand new facility. The nurses and caretakers are very nice. Since the administrative team is all new there have been several miss communications on what needs to be signed and when. But that aside the care my parent is receiving is great!

Our experience with CareOne at Morris has been good across the board! The guy who showed us around, Bill Brottman, was very informative, and a big help throughout the whole process. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff all seem very friendly and professional.
