The staff is good. The food is good. The building is good. The residents are very friendly.

The management is very responsive to the needs and "would like to haves" of the residents. For example - after a conversation with the recreation director I mentioned my birthday was coming up and I would really like to see the TV production of "Madama Butterfly". Lo and behold! I learned this Wednesday it will be shown on the large screen. The management surprised me by picking up the bill when some groups go to a restaurant to eat. It was expensive. Health needs are met and everybody is friendly!

This is a excellent community. I was very impressed with everything and [name removed] was very helpful in explaining everything regarding the community. Affordability maybe an issue but I am sure anyone would be happy being here.

When we needed the perfect most special place for my mother and father we found Harmony Village on Paramus. The staff was so warm, welcoming and kind in every way. Everyone there was supportive and made the whole transition process so much easier on our family. Harmony Village has enough love, kindness and respect for all of their residents. They were able to handle the different needs that my Mom and Dad have. Throughout the day, my parents are involved in activities and are enjoying the company of others. Most importantly, they are together and safe, secure and cared for in every way while still enjoying the company of friends and family that frequently visit. Harmony Village is a special place for care giving.

Harmony lodge - memory care unit -is very very clean. The residents are all kept very clean and are well cared for physically. The meals ( what I have seen - usually lunch) are quite good. The Harmony Lodge is comparable in price to another local memory care where my family member had previously stayed. I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful; the nursing staff & aides are friendly and are well trained to deal with dementia patients. The activities are quite good also and varied. The residents really enjoy the outside entertainers and art person who do come into harmony. I gave the activity section a four star only for these two reasons. The activity people are wonderful and really deserve 5 stars. The reason for the 4 stars is more regarding Care One policy for Harmony Lodge in two activity areas. 1. Harmony residents hardly ever are able to go out to see the outside entertainment that is offered in the Care One main activity room. 2. My hope is that Care one will purchase their own small bus with a lift ( which was mentioned to me months ago) to take out unit B and unit C Harmony residents much more often. Right now Harmony residents like mine are only able to go out on an excursion once or maybe twice a year which is pretty sad. I try to take my family member out myself for a ride or lunch every few weeks but it is quite difficult as they are wheelchair bound. Most other local care places have their own bus and take 8 or 10 members out with activity person & an aide once or even twice a week or more for at least an hour ride. The rehab in personnel Harmony are also wonderful: five star but there was no section to evaluate this. So far I am very satisfied with Harmony Lodge rooms, care & staff. My only wish would be for just a little quicker food service to residents . I realize that the aides all work very hard and have to wait for delivery of the food to Harmony plus they also must clear all tables before serving dessert. Many times some residents get impatient waiting for their meals and the dessert. Possibly using the tv with a short video or a cartoon might help ( just an idea).. or something to entertain them while they are waiting??? Otherwise I have no complaints at all about the Harmony staff or unit care.

My husband was there on respite Everytime I went I found him having fun singing enjoying games He was always well groomed and cared for The staff was great place cleaned food he loved it I truly have no complaints

I have to say this facility has definitely made changes for the better Food is beyond excellent My mom loves it The nursing staff has definitely changed for the best glad to see old ones go and new come one new nurse very attentive definitely cares smiling great addition Activities good but could be better I feel there are few activity staff so they could do 2 different activities at a time to give options more trip outing weekly would be great although staff very nice Executive Director is ultimate best she runs a great facility

This property exceeded my expectations. Immaculate facilities, kind and friendly staff, quality activities. [Name removed] is a gem and makes me want to work in this field. She really seems to make a difference and it’s clear that everything comes from her heart. If we can make this work financially, it would be the ultimate convenience and comfort.

Just recently had my great aunt who I care for at home stay at CareOne moorestown for rehab and they took care of her with with white gloves, I was truly impressed! I’ve never experienced anything like this a was confused and with the process and they made me feel comfortable from the hospital stay to the discharge at CareOne as well to going home. Every department was involved in her care and we got a chance to meet them all at the family meeting. I would truly recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab. It seemed like everyone was always on the same page and very friendly. Five stars! Will go back and recommend to others.

Harmony Village was a perfect place for our family to place our father in good hands. We signed my father up as a resident in Harmony Village at the end of January. They were literally putting the touch up paint on the walls. My mom and I were given a tour of the facility by [Name removed] . He graciously spent time with us explaining all the aspects of Harmony Village. By the end of the tour mom and I decided this would be the right place. The design of Harmony Village is truly calming and so restful. There are no jarring colors and there is a welcoming feeling. Little did we know at the time of our tour that my dad would enter Harmony Village on respite care. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. [Name removed], in maintainance was one of the first people we met. [Name removed] and [Name removed], their nursing staff, were concerned and caring with every turn in my dads care. [Name removed], the activities director has positive energy to spare! Also, let me not forget [Name removed], who was in charge of the dining room. When my mom came in to see her husband she was taken care of as well. The staff has wonderful positive energy. Although my dads stay was short, he passed 10 days after entering with Hospice, he was in the right place. There is no doubt in our hearts. Harmony’s staff made a sad situation so much more bearable for our family.

My dad is 90 years old and has been getting progressively weaker. After a fall at home he was taken to the hospital. Luckily nothing was broken but he was in bed for 2 weeks with various health issues. My sister and I did not think he would ever recover any of his strength and mobility. He was transported from the hospital to CareOne in Wayne. On the first day he was taken to therapy and received PT and OT. The therapists were amazing. They worked with him and got him walking with a walker and riding the bicycle to work on his arm and leg strength, all the while treating him with compassion and good humor. It was always comforting to know that during his stay he was well-cared for by the staff of nurses, doctors, and aides. Every person that we dealt, from the administrative staff to the care givers, was professional and helped us through this very difficult time.

CareOne at Wayne is a lovely community with lots to offer their residents including a sub acute nursing floor if needed. The resident family contact was amazing and very knowledgeable. She went way out of her way to help me with my search and help find a place for my Mom.

Everything seems to be going well at this facility. It is a nice place and it’s in a convenient location for us. The staff team that cares for my love one is very knowledgeable and communicative. They do well to call me to give me any updates regarding my love one. The facility is good, the place is clean, and the food is also good. The rooms here are also nice, my love one has a view from the first floor, and it’s much brighter and comfortable for her. They also have a pretty garden set up in the back. Overall it’s a fine facility.

This place is very nice and I’m very comfortable with my Mom being here. I feel like she’s getting really good care and it seems like she is being kept busy with things that are appropriate to the level of Dementia that she has. She’s definitely active and well cared for and there’s always someone there ready to take care of her. If anything happens, I get a phone call right away so I really feel like I’m a part of what’s going on there as well. The community sends out flyers to our family to let us know about what events and activities they have going on so we can participate if we want to. For Thanksgiving we were even invited to the facility to have dinner with everyone. I would absolutely recommend them for others and in fact I already have.

My Mother-in-law, who has dementia, is here currently and so far the people at CareOne have been amazing. They just know how to handle her and deal with her and they just seem to be unfazed with the outbursts she sometimes can have. The staff is patient, kind, understanding, and they just seem devoted to helping the residents the best way they can. From the director down to every member of the staff, everybody just seems to know how to handle the residents. My Mother-in-law is on a Kosher diet so she doesn’t eat the food that they provide, though they try to do their best to accommodate. However, it does look good anytime I’ve seen it. They have, however, been able to give us a fridge and a small kitchenette so we can provide the food for her. The facility seems to be very clean and every time I’ve come to visit, it looks well kept. There’s always something going on activities wise – games, group discussions, and arts. I’m sure there are more, but my Mother-in-law doesn’t always take part in them. Overall, the whole place looks very nice. I can’t speak to the other levels of care that are here but I would recommend this facility to others who have specific memory care needs.

We absolutely love this facility. My mom started out up stairs for rehabilitation. She was up there for 3 months. The Nurses and CNAs are fabulous. I was as if they were caring for a member of their own family. Before my mom's rehab was up we were not quite sure that we could take care of her yet. So she went downstairs to assisted living section. This was also a wonderful experience. Any questions or concerns were taken care of immediately. We thank you very much and will recommend your facility highly.

I turned this community for the care for the family. The staff was nice and I was happy that they were able to answer my questions. They had a nice menu that is available. This community was not big for what we were looking for. Families might want to consider a tour

We are really happy with this community. The location is perfect for my aunt's friends to visit her. The property is beautiful very clean and smells great. The staff is nice and friendly. They are great with contacting us when they have any concerns or issues they are very caring. She hasn't mentioned anything about the food so I am assuming since everything else is good that the food isn't an issue. They have activities that my aunt participates in.

CareOne at Evesham is a wonderful place for my mom. My mother-in-law had stayed here awhile back so we knew this was a place where mom would receive great care. The food is very good, she is picky about breakfast but loves lunch and dinner meals. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. There is a courtyard in the back to enjoy the outdoors, seating available to relax and enjoy the view of the birdhouses nestled around the trees. We would highly recommend this community to friends and family.

I really liked Harmony Village but it was very expensive to live here. I had a positive tour and I learned a lot from the community.
