It is convenient to everything, the staff is friendly. They have pleasant surroundings near the community. The meals are good.

The community gave a lot of attention to detail. The communication with the family was very good. If they didn't know the answer they would find someone who did. I had a very nice experience with this community. I would recommend the community to others.

I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. I have been impressed with everything that I've seen. My loved one seems to be happy at this community.

What we really liked about this community, was that the people there really did seem to care about each other, and the rooms are nice and clean. We would recommend the Autumn House West to others.

Most of my experience is for before February as that is the last time I saw my mom. We chose Autumn House because of the affordability for the care that she is receiving. We visited 4 different places and this was the one that felt the most homey. My mother has one of the biggest rooms and we have been very pleased with the size. The location of this facility is very convenient, it is by a lot of shopping in case my mom needs anything, I could just grab it and take it over to her. Overall, I would definitely recommend and already have.

We chose Oak Leaf Manor North because it seemed like it was going to be a good fit for our loved one. The room sizes here are adequate for his needs. I have not eaten here, but he has had no complaints about the food. The best part about the community so far has been the nice atmosphere. I would recommend.

We chose Oak Leaf Manor South because of word of mouth, we have a friend who had her mom in here and they had all good things to say. I have never heard a bad thing about this community. Her room size is great for her needs. The staff members have been great about communicating and keeping us informed with what is going in inside the facility, especially with COVID. I would definitely recommend this facility, we are very pleased.

It is the best place I've seen. My loved one is happy as she can be. The attention to detail about COVID in the community. The food is excellent and my loved one raves about it. The room was very nice for my loved one.

My Aunt lived here briefly until she needed more care. She absolutely loved it. She loved the outings with other residents, and also the food. I joined her for lunch a couple of times last Fall and I thought the meals were just as good as any restaurant. While she is now in Assisted Living, she was really happy with her stay while she was here. Thank you so much.

Excellent community for my independent Grandmother. The residents and staff are all very friendly, and the community is very quiet and peaceful with all the trees surrounding.

We think Oak Leaf Manor community is a very good place to live, however it is a little expensive. The care services are good. We have not eaten there ourselves, but from our understanding the food is good. Our loved one is living on the memory care side and her room is very nice. We really liked the overall look of this community, its very nice and kept clean.

Autumn House East was always kept clean, the staff was always so helpful. We really liked how nice and helpful everyone was when we first came to visit. The overall communication is fantastic. This community is pretty good value. We never ate their but our loved one said that the food was okay, sometimes it was really good and other days it was bad. Our loved one lived in a pretty small room,

Both of my parents are here. They communicate very well, anything that changes they let us know whether it be with COVID or with my parents. They bend over backwards for families. Before COVID, my dad would go to the activity room to do puzzles, bingo, games, exercise classes. Now since COVID, the activity director makes it a point to see everyone and goes to their room everyday to see if she can bring any activities to them. They are bringing live bands outside where the residents can go outside to listen. We chose this community because of the surroundings. It looked cleaner and classier than the other places we looked at. It was kept very clean. I would absolutely recommend this community.

We chose this community because of the location. It was very convenient to our family. The room size is perfect. The food is great and she loves it. My favorite part about this facility is the rooms and the activities. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly.

We love Vintage Knolls and my parents are doing very well. The staff is great and they communicate with us very often and have done a very good job with the Covid-19 pandemic. The nursing staff is very accommodating and more than willing to help with their requests. They are always there no matter what time of day to answer the requests of my parents and offer assistance. They are very prompt with addressing their needs. The community is always spotless and is very well kept. They always have seasonal decor for stimulation. Right now they have loads of flowers and plants and there is a vegetable garden the residents can go to. They have a licensed activities director who is very energetic and has even been doing daily activities like hallway exercise classes or self bingo during the community lock down. They had an outdoor concert at one point as well, which my mother very much enjoyed. Out of all the places we looked, we are very happy with where we ended up. This community, especially when compared to my mother's last community, is a very good value and they include a lot in their monthly costs including laundry and TV service.

Wonderful environment for seniors, either independent or assisted. Currently, nursing staff, caregivers, and administration all work to make residents comfortable! Beautiful building and wonderful amenities for all. Food service is very good with menu items to please. Couldn't be happier that Mom in such a caring place!! Very caring staff.
