They are just excellent, very thorough! They are very efficient. They have excellent physical therapy. It's a regular dining room with table cloths. This is really nice, and they are building another wing on. It's real clean and they're really friendly. They are so helpful. They've got everything, the skilled nursing and the assisted living. They take care of her, and they have the special hydrabath so they don't get bedsores, and it's really, really, nice.

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was a VERY nice looking community, and was our second choice. The rooms were a little smaller than what we were hoping for, and it was not located quite as conveniently for family members, so in the end we went with another community. But we were very impressed by what we saw here, and would recommend looking into it as an option.

My mother has been a resident of Hamilton Trace since May 2013. It is her third care facility in less than one year as her health continues to decline. The staff has been excellent. We have learned a lot in a year and now know what to expect and appreciate in nursing care. We have monthly care meetings so there is good communication between our family and the staff. My mom is very happy at Hamilton Trace. It is very conveniently located for our family so someone drops by every day to see Mom. I would definitely recommend it. I know several people who also have loved ones at Hamilton Trace. That means a lot to me too.

Our family had an in person tour, and the community was very very clean. However we did not choose the community because we did not really get a feeling that the encouraged the residents to get our of their rooms and be active. Another facility we toured was encouraging them, and interacting with the residents which was so good to see. The feeling with got with The Reserve is that if you are someone who really does not want to interact with anyone and just want to be alone, this would be the place for you.

My mom was in Rawlins house it was beautiful and the staff was so great. As she got worse they went out of their way to make sure she was taken care of and when things got harder for her they found ways to make sure she could get help if she needed it. That was one decision I will not regret... Thank you to all the staff...

The Lodge has a great home like feel. It has a very welcoming fire place as soon as you walk in. I've been looking for a community for my father and I recently tour The Lodge. The thing that stood out to me the most is the apartment; very spacious with a full kitchen. I went to tour later in the afternoon while they were having Happy Hour in their Pub. My father loved that feature! It's a small community that was not too overwhelming for my father. They had great variety of food in their dining room with a salad and soup bar. My father and I were able to have lunch and he decided the next day that he wanted to move in. What impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff when we went by and how alert the residents were. We are moving dad next week!

They have a caring staff, the place is older, but clean with large widows, that keep the room bright. The price is lower than most. It was a good experience.

Three things, I think. The many and varied activities available, the quality of the dining experience, and the layout and staffing of the facility.

Partly convenience/proximity to Anderson, IN where most of their doctors are. The apartment he has was remodeled for him- new flooring and new cabinets. The apartment also has a small electric stove. Rooms are nice size and there is lots of storage/closet space. They have a nice meal service too. Relative says food is pretty decent. Transportation to shopping is scheduled to various places on a rotating basis each week. Downside is lack of "as needed" transportation. Has to be on Thursdays and scheduled in advance. Which is difficult for sudden need. Walls are a little thin. Can hear noise from next door and phones ringing. It's less money than others with much smaller 'apartments' with no stove. Some were so small I hate to say it was an apartment. And they cost more than FC! But they have more other amenities which was not as important to my relative. So FC was it.

Overall it's been a good experience. Staff is very helpful. They are very concerned about the well being of their residents. The food overall is good. The main menu varies from day to day. If the main special isn't to someone's taste they always have hamburgers, chicken strips, BLT's and more to accommodate the residents. The building is clean and seems to be well staffed. There are at least 4 sizes of apartments available. From studios to one bedroom apartments that range in size from small to large.

4 would be my overall. I would add that the Lodge does accept Medicaid waiver. The condition is availability and is not a private apartment. I do recommend the facility. We have been more than pleased with the administration and accommodations. I would live in the facility, which means a lot. Maybe a title based on all values of life from an over 55 apartment with meals and all offers of activities, but limited nursing needs to complete attention care - and everything in between. Offers everything from independent living to last stages including Medicaid waivers.

My sister is in Independent Living, so she is not really being cared for and she hasn't participated in activities. My sister moved into a home that had just been renovated with new flooring, new appliances except for a relatively new refrigerator

Some of the staff are better than others. Room size is good. My father doesn't like too much space. Food is hit or miss, some days it looks great other days it doesn't.

What we like the most about the Aspen Trace community is that our loved one is very well taken care of and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

There is a person in the Rehab Unit at Copper Trace that deserves recognition for her superior care of patients. She is kind, compassionate, and gives her entire self into caring for her patients. It is obvious that she truly cares for those she has in her care. Thank you [name removed] for all you do with a smile on your face.

We have had a good experience. The staff is friendly, Director of admissions was very easy to work with and explained all the policies and the evaluation process very well. We picked Altenheim based on staff, activities, services, location and cost.

My loved one is a resident at Altenheim. I'm not sure how often they clean, but could empty trash and sweep especially the hardwood floors more. Communication with the family is great. The move in process was smooth. From what I have observed, the food could be better. Each time I have been there, it has been cold. Overall, I would recommend the Memory Care unit to others.

It is all I need. If it wasn't I would leave. I have 4 children in the area. They wouldn't let let me stay here if I wasn't happy. It is my Home. As I told you we are like a family here with the staff and those who live here. We are there to talk to and help each other as much as we can. The community of Pendleton is also involved in showing that they care. Just this week an eighth grade class came to visit us. They made and brought beautiful throws for us. They stayed an hour to interact and visit with us. For Halloween the children will be knocking on our doors for treats. We have a great activities Director and we have time everyday together.
