I thought the nurses were very good. The business office was good to work with. The food was good. They switched the food service company while we were there and it got better. They have done a good job with Covid-19. The room sizes and layout of the community were good.

I am staying here at the harbour the people and the nurses and the rehab people are really good with the people they are helping and the food is good

My family moved our mother into Brookside a month ago. Our experience so far has been very positive. My mother was in another nursing facility and really wasn't happy there. At Brookside, she has made friends and enjoys the activities they provide such as bingo and live music. My mother was in assisted living for 2 weeks and is now in skilled care, so she (and my family) has had experience with both. We are especially impressed with [name removed] who gave us our initial tour of the facility and has been a source of information since. We have found Brookside to be very clean and the staff compassionate and friendly. We would definitely recommend Brookside to anyone needing care for a loved one.

We really like this facility, very clean, friendly staff. And was the best as far as location for mom.

This has been a wonderful place for my dad, who is currently 92 and in an independent apartment.

I have had a loved one in 2 of the 4 Cardon Facilities in Hamilton Co. I can say Carmel health and Living has the most private Medicaid rooms in the county. They are spacious and very accommodating.

Very nice accommodations and pleasant surroundings. Efficient organization and friendly staff.

Great community feel. Residents were pleasant and engaged. They have card making classes, a favorite of mom. Medicaid exemption.

I like the care at this community. The staff is helpful and attentive. The community is clean and we are happy to know that he is happy with the environment. The menu is outstanding and he likes being able to choose other options. We like that he is active with the other residents with the activities that are offered.We would recommend this community to other families for the care and good value that is received

I am unable to rate this place yet, however our choice was based on the room, location and amenities. We decided she should enjoy the independent living as long as she can.

Harbour Manor is the best rehab community in Noblesville!

I was at Carmel Health and Living for 4 weeks in rehab. I was very, very sick. They were wonderful to me. The care was excellent and the food wasn't too bad either. Therapy was exactly what I needed. I didn't want to go to a nursing home - I am glad I did. They got me strong enough to be back in my own home.

Beautiful facility with every amenity. Staff and residents could not have been nicer. The perfect fit for my 91 year mother!

My mother in law had great care! she came to Carmel Health and Living after a knee replacement. Therapy was wonderful! The building isn't the newest but the staff was so caring!

This is a new facility and everything is sparkling new, very sharp. My sister is living here and she likes the food it absolutely tasty and cooked properly. My sister finds several interests in the activities available. It has been good for her.

I think that they have done a very good job taking care of my dad. Overall, it is a clean facility. It is not your, how some might say "Grandmother's facility"; it is just not the stereotypical facility. The staff is friendly and they take good care of my dad.

Brown County Health and Living is such a great place! I had never heard a bad thing about the facility, then after spending time with my mother there, I can see why! The staff is very caring. The therapy team is amazing! My mother fell and broke her hip and they were able to get her home more quickly than I thought possible. The building is clean, and the staff really provides a high quality of care. I would suggest Brown County to anyone in need of care for their parents or self.

My mother got the very best care at Bell Trace....the rehabilitation was outstanding.

This is a very nice looking place. The building itself is a bit dated, and the food leaves a little to be desired, but the care our loved one received here was excellent. They are very well staffed, there is always someone available to help when you need them. The community is a bit on the expensive side, however.
