The room size for one person is great. They do have quite a bit of staff changes. I'm not sure about activities as my brother doesn't participate. I know they have a church group come on Saturday to sing and preach Food is ok for the most part ,there again my brother is picky and doesn't eat a lot and at this time his dementia has worsened and he is bed ridden for the most part From what I have seen the food is average for a hospital/ assisted living facility. I have eaten with my brother at times and what they served was good The facility is clean and well Maintained, my only issue is with laundry service where things get lost and takes a while to get returned to the correct room Overall I am pleased with the facility and thankful my brother has a secure place to live.

It's clean, but the rooms are really small and it's new and not many people around so it was really empty feeling. Sometimes it is hard to find people on the weekend. The meals are solid, not spectacular. Not many snacks available. Some of the activities were great, others meh. I'm surprised they didn't have much rehab at all. I also did not like that there is no outdoor area

My mom is safe. I wish the care staff was more friendly with the exception of 1 sweetheart during the day but intake was smooth and the professional staff is friendly and very helpful when possible.

Mountainside of Warm Springs is a great place for memory care patients. The facility is affordable and clean.

The facility is always clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful and overall I feel that this is an excellent place for my mom to be.

This was an okay community with an informative tour. It didn't feel like the right fit for our loved one.

Our loved one was there for respite care and overall we thought the value was really good, the staff members were friendly, the community was clean and we would recommend Mountainside of Warm Springs for other families.

Mountainside Assisted Living has been home for my Mom and Dad for 5 or 6 years now until Dad passed this week. They have always had great foods and treats and fun times of fellowship with other residents. Dad always enjoyed rocking out front in the rocking chairs.He also enjoyed ice cream sundaes day.He and Mon had a lovely large suite for two with a private bath. The staff is so friendly and so helpful and we feel blessed to gave them care for them.

We chose Enrich at 519 because we were in a time crunch and they had availability and the value for the money. I also liked them, because of the director, she worked with us to make sure the price was right and was very accommodating. The location is also good, it is very accessible. It is also a secure facility, there is a rod iron fence around it so no one can get out or come in without notice which is something we were looking for. The room sizes are perfect, it looks like it used to be a hotel room. Communication has been ok, I do have to reach out to them more than they reach out to me. She has had to have repairs done to her room and those have not been accomplished yet. I would recommend to others looking.

This one is going to be beautiful! Not open until the first of the year.

The staff members were very helpful, I was interested because my Best Friend had chosen this to be best place for her mom, but she passed away before she could move there. I Like Norcross, however it would match what my Mom expects.

The place is nice but seems more like a nursing home according to my dad and his wife. I like it but the room is smaller than what they have now.

Nice facility, close to home. Director was very friendly and gave a good tour. Rooms are a good size.

Very good facility & services. Rooms are good size large bathrooms. Each room has its own bathroom. Very little add-on fees which makes this facility competitive. Religious services held twice a week. Hair & Nail salon on-site.

Have some good people working there. Housekeeping isn't the best.

They've had a lot of employee turnovers between director's and employees; therefore, the facility/resident's are the one to suffer. But, each director has tried in their own way to do what's best for the quality of life for its residents.

I would recommend.

Spring House has been wonderful.They have been understanding, helpful, and even attended a Dr appt on my behalf because I couldn't be there. They don't have a lot of residents yet but really want to be there for them and care. We recently had to call in hospice for extra support and they have been really good with them coming in. Staff is friendly, of course everyone has their moments that you wish or know they could do better. The director [name removed] has been great to work with.
