The cleanest, most caring, and amazing facility I've visited. The staff is great, the food is good, and the residents are happy and well taken care of.

I came to open house and toured the facility. It was very interesting. I got a lot of information and would strongly considering using this in the future.

I visited this facility for Thanksgiving last year. The food was amazing. The workers were very friendly and the facility was neat and clean.

Mountainside is doing an excellent job taking care of my father! He would not have lived to now if staff did not care for him and see to his needs. I appreciate the friendly and family atmosphere I experience when I visit my father.

[name removed] is one of the kindest persons I've ever met. What a wonderful heart she has. The residents are in great hands with her. Set your mind at ease, for your loved ones will have exceptional care. And the food is the best.

The customer service is amazing. I haven’t met a member of staff that was rude in the slightest bit. The food served is top notch and the care given is beyond any I have come across.

[name removed] needed more care than we could provide for her at home. A friend and a relative had a very good experience with their mothers. The staff was very welcoming and we were able to place my MIL immediately. They have been wonderful. They are very caring and approachable. We are very comfortable with the care my MIL is receiving.

Best cooks around it’s like eating a home-cooked meal. Very pleasant cooks as well very caring always making sure you have what you need and trying to take care of you any way they can. Whether it’s with your mil or anything else you might need they’re willing to help

I was very glad to find a community so close to me. The staff all seem genuinely caring and we've been very happy with the decision to move my mother there. Mountain Side reflects the small town charm of Warm Springs.

I don't think there's any other place I would want my family member to be. I like the way they take care of her. She's happy there and very content. She just likes being there. It's a nice facility and very clean. They have a common area where the residents can sit and play cards/games. And there's no smell like you find in some places.

We loved [name removed] and [name removed]. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. We're excited for our mom to join Bethel Gardens. We already feel like family.

Bethel Gardens use to be a wonderful place for my mom and other moms and dads alike. They had carrying loving caregivers and almost no turnover in residents or staff. I would walk in and the staff new me by name and they loved my mom. They understood her moods and the way she liked things. If she was ill they were on the phone with me asking about her health and when she would be back if she was hospitalized. When Canopy lifestyle took over its management it became a terrible place. Virtually no communication with family. So much employee turnover you never knew who the caregiver was. Residents began to leave. I didn't move mom because I know how hard it is when seniors experience change. I wasn't able to see my mom due to Covid-19 restrictions, yet my mom caught the virus at Bethel and passed away from the virus on [date removed]. Not one person working at Bethel or Canopy has reached out to see how she was when she was in the hospital or after she passed away. I am so disappointed in the way this once fantastic senior facility has been decimated.

We chose Roosevelt Place because my mother-in-law lived a mile from the facility, so we wanted to keep her local. The room sizes are plenty big for what my mother in law needed. The food was VERY good. We did eat there a couple of times, the menu was on a dry erase board everyday. If the residents didn't want what they had, they did have other choices. The staff was really nice. Anytime we needed or wanted anything they were happy to help. I would absolutely recommend this facility.
