We were looking for a place for mom towards the end of 2018. I visited 3 other places but chose Orchard Park for many reasons. The place felt warm & welcoming the minute you walk thru the front door. The staff was so helpful & friendly and best of all we were able take advantage of year-end promotions, which saved us quite alot. None of the other places offered anything close or any at all.

The tour and information given by [name removed] was great. The community is clean, reasonably priced, and I especially like the structured activities.

We were very pleased with the service and information we received at the onset of finding a place for my Mother. [Name removed] was awesome! Mom has been there since late Dec., and is extremely happy with everything, food, personnel, cleanliness of facility, many activities and for a very reasonable price. She loves her apt. and calls it home. What I noticed first and foremost, when looking for a place for Mom, and I looked at 3 other places, was the warmth I felt there. The entrance is so inviting...comfy chairs set near a warm fireplace. As I went on a tour, every resident we passed by all seemed to smile and say hi. Every employee seems to go out of their way to please Mom, even visiting family. The only reason I scored care services as a 4 1/2 is because no one came to show us the in's and out's (checklist) when she moved in. so we had to learn little by little via other friendly resident, who is now Mom's good friend.

The our and facility is great. I enjoy the smaller community size and personalized care.

Just wanted to say thank you for having such a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. Food was excellent and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Lot of new faces it seems including the E.D Our mom was very happy. She sure enjoyed her meal. The butternut squash soup was a hit with everyone! Complements to the chef. Very appropriate for the season. Well done.

Great tour. I was able to see how my loved one would live if they moved into the community. [Name removed] is very friendly and knows her community very well.

I really loved how much time I spent with us on the tour. She answered all of our questions and more! The tour was fun and informative. She reassured me that my mom would be in excellent hands. I also loved the fact that I knew everyone in this facility, and was very friendly with each and every individual!

[Name removed] gave us the tour tonight. We arrived late and she stayed to help us. The tour information was wonderful. [Name removed] answered all of our questions and helped us make the decision on the best placement for Mom. We could not ask for better.

It's a very clean, bright and airy facility. The rooms are very spacious and seems updated often. [Name removed] was very enthusiastic, helpful and friendly with me and the other residents. The care looks very professional and warm with the clients.
