Dear [name removed], As you probably know, I moved my husband into Pacifica Senior Living on Friday and everything went very smoothly. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming, and I feel certain he will be well looked after there. Thank you again for helping me find just the right place. I had been looking for a nice place for my loving 80 year old cousin. I feel blessed to have found Pacifica Senior Living. [Names removed] went out of their way to make [name removed] feel at home and to make the process smooth for me. [Name removed] had been in the hospital out of town and they both helped me deal w not only the paper work, they helped ease the emotional impact it had on both [name removed] and I. I am also thankful for the amazing staff they help get all the residents up and out to engage or take in the activities. I am there often something is always going on, live music either the residents making music or guest bands and signers. They keep it active and also clean, [name removed] loves the food. When I forget to bring him cookies [name removed] always finds extras in her office. :-) Lori one of the nurses on staff has been wonderful always keeping me in the loop! Pacifica is a nice place for me to visit, the staff makes a difference. [the rest cut off]

My mother loves living in this community. The residents and staff are friendly, the food choices are wonderful and the food tastes great. She is given her meds regularly and checked on throughout the day. She loves her apartment and her caregivers. We are so happy to have this facility for her.

My mom has lived here for 2 years and I feel very at ease with entrusting the staff to take care of her daily. The care staff have been very attentive to my mom's needs. My mom can be very demanding at times and the staff still assists with a smile. Thanks for all that you guys do during this difficult phase.

I have lived in this community for 8 1/1 years and have always found the staff directions and service employees well qualified and extremely friendly. The activity's offered are many. The food is extremely good. My intentions are to stay here as long as they will have me.

Friendly staff, clean areas. Front desk is welcoming and management greeted me with a smile and hand shake. Very impressed!

On [date removed], I visited Pacifica Senior Living in Union City, CA. The Community Relations Director [name removed] gave me a very nice introduction and tour. The facility is very well managed, clean and neat. Employee/caregivers are friendly.

My mom [name remove] has been a resident for 2 1/2 years and I love all the med techs, caregivers and especially [name removed] for the good care you give my mom. Thank you for loving my mom!

I love to come to play as the grounds seem to enjoy and they sing along with me. It is a pleasure to see them tapping their feet and singing

My 91 year old mother lived in Memory Care here. Staff and caregivers are loving, nurturing and have beautiful smiles. The meals are very good. All of the activities are fun and engaging. The holidays are celebrated with music, dancing and snacks. Many fun Fridays with music!

I recommend this place. They have a good care for the residents they treat them like family.

Beautiful home like atmosphere with kind and loving care givers. Facility is clean with beautiful gardens that are easily accessible. Caregivers work hard to accommodate individual needs. Their memory care program is dignified and respectful. It is not crowded or noisy. A comfortable place.

My dad moved to Pacifica 5 months ago and is very happy there. The staff treats all the residents like family. He is well taken care of and that is such a blessing to us.

My mother-in-law loved at Pacifica first and thrived here, so I was confident my own mother would also be comfortable and well cared for in this warm and loving atmosphere. The staff in every capacity gives mom the attention she requires and adjusts to her changing needs.

Very pleased the care, environment, and staff at Pacifica. I feel that my mother is safe, looked after and has been able to adapt well into Pacifica. They provide a myriad of activities that other facilities we looked at didn't offer. I would recommend Pacifica to anyone looking for assisted living for a loved one!

I come here almost every day and I can say Pacifica is a very nice facility. They took good care of the residents and it's a very clean place.

After looking at many memory care facilities in Bakersfield, I chose Pacifica. I'm so happy I did. My mother is well taken care of. [Name removed] and [name removed] have made her feel comfortable and loved. They have a loving staff that also show they care. I feel blessed daily to know my mom is in the best place she could be in.
