Todays Luau was a success! The entire staff did a great job. From decorations, food & entertainment it made it truly a treat for my mom as well for many of the residents alike. You could see it in their faces. Great job.

Food is good, and the people are nice.

I've volunteered here & saw the way the caregivers treat the residents. they always make sure the residents come first and are always trying to make them laugh!

We have good people, good friends, and the receptionist is nice, pretty and helpful to everyone. And we have many employees who are always here to help!

My aunt lives in this facility and is better than ever since she is around people who have similar interests as her. I feel insured knowing she's safe and sound and most importantly, HAPPY!

This facility is so nice. Particularly their marketing [name removed]. She's always involved and takes good care of everyone, especially seeing her with my grandma.

[names removed] are such a big help when it comes to activities. They make all residents their first priorities. They enter Pacifica with smiles always and are very positive role models to the volunteers that come in.

I know [name removed] is new but she's doing an amazing job trying to get everything back on track!!! She has helped me so much with payments regarding my Auntie [name removed]! I appreciate her a lot! Thank you so much!

[name removed], our daughter, and I toured [date removed] with The Marketing Director, [name removed]. She covered everything. We enjoyed seeing the residents having a great time. We thought they were having a celebration with food, music, and beverages, but [name removed] informed me that was their weekly happy hour. This is a very nice community.

Great staff who know what kinds of things to present to residents. They engage with us in simple basic ways. Staff retain their calm when residents get difficult. Activity was enjoyable and useful.
