The way the building is laid out made it feel like home the minute I walked in and my mom loved her aides so much ! They were so supportive and caring.

We love how the building is divided and organized. The staff is very kind and friendly. It's clean and plenty of events. This was our last stop of 3 choices. As soon as we walked in. Meet some of the staff. Took a tour and knew it was home for our mom. She is thriving there. Best decision.

I am very happy I have chosen Brookdale mainly that meals are included in the rent and the space for what is needed! I'd rather have someone else do the cooking!

Staff is generally available, some really have an interest in the residents, kitchen has done a pretty good job working with us to match his Diabetes diet. Staff has listened to and assisted in any blips on medication, ordering and stock. The maintenance team helps with anything and even provided some helpful items left or donated by prior residents.

5 for all these categories experience was wonderful I was temporarily taking care of my partner very clean excellent staff quality of care was excellent food was great activities as well on the high side for cost but excellent care

I feel like I've found home. The safe the people mainly other things I just love being in this place.

Brookdale in Sevierville TN has been a God send for my Aunt. I am the co-caregiver of my Aunt. I would recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for a care center for their loved one. Excellent care, food quality, cleanliness and staff have all been more than adequate. I have no worries for my loved one.

The employees were all very helpful, and always responded in a timely manner if you needed help or had a question. All took good care of my mother they were very conscientious in doing so .

My mother resides at your facility in Russellville Ar. We are well pleased with the care and attention to detail the staff provides and I personally operate on the mental awareness of green yellow and red flags. We, my family, collectively, have had absolutely no yellow or red flags or concerns about our mother's care. We have noticed that at meal times that ALL staff, kitchen nurses janitorial driver even admin has to pitch in to make each and every meal happen within a reasonable time frame. From the director to front desk. With this being said serving hours seems to need increasing at this location so less stress on staff. Thank you so much for the care you provide.

Brookdale is a wonderful place. My uncle loves it. The staff are very friendly and nice and the residence are awesome. Thank you for the referral. The food options is wonderful. They also allow us to come in and eat dinner with them as well. I would recommend this place to anyone that is needing a loved one to be somewhere that the staff cares about. I don't have to worry about my uncle being lonely he has a lot of activities. This community does a lot of things to keep them occupied.

My Dad is super happy there. [name removed] has been a huge help with the transition. The restaurant staff is amazing and very friendly. We have had no problems at this point

The staff truly care about their residents. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. It is great to see how many residents participate in activities and enjoy each others company. I would highly recommend visiting Brookdale.

My sister, mother and I toured 3 different assissted living places all in one day. Brookdale was our last appointment and by the end of it, all 3 of us knew it was the best choice for mom. The whole staff is wonderful and willing to help in any way they can. The atmosphere there is bright, fun, and friendly, it is also very well kept and clean. I recently retired from teaching, but if I wanted to go back to work, I would want to work at Brookdale.

Brookdale at Punta Gorda was an amazing place with amazing staff. My mother in law felt well taken care of there.

Welcoming staff and residents!!!! Brookdale has so many wonderful activities, services and events that bring the residents together. The staff who helped our mother get acclimated is wonderful. They are ready to answer any question which really said our minds at ease. They are still involved and making sure that our mother is doing well. The on-site physicians are fabulous. I couldn't have asked for a better medical staff to care for our mother. I would name names, but every single person is Wonderful!! Anyone considering senior living for their loved one should stop here first. Grab a tour with CeCe or Don! It took us only one tour. That speaks volumes. Thank you Brookdale!

Everyone that works there is very kind and professional and willing to work with the family. My grandmother was a hard case but the staff was patient and kind to get Her to adapt to the facility. She is doing very well now and thriving.

The patients seem happy and well cared. The employees seem to genuinely like the residents. Hugs are given and received. They know how to interact and help them feel at ease. The entire facility is clean. It doesn’t smell like covered up grossness. It is clean. The one young lady that I see the most constantly makes sure everything is spotless. Their laundry is clean, folded and returned to the room. I have received pictures of current activities that include my husband. He loves the food and every time I have been there at dinner time, he cleans his plate. I could not have dreamed of a better situation for my husband to spend his final days.

We found the staff to very caring & loving individuals and they offer a sense of community for residents. Communication with family was great!

My mom has been here for about 4 years she's 91 and I love it they take very good care of her staff is amazing friendly attentive and clean I would recommend this place for anybody who has a family member with memory issues!
