Wonderful staff, working hard every day to make my dad's stay there a great experience.

She was there a very short time and had more issues than I think we realized and they were so kind and helpful. I also was dealing with them a 1,000 miles away.

[name removed], the director at Brookdale Eagan has an open door policy and welcomes all input and questions. Also has established bimonthly residence council meetings. Easy to join either online or in person. It's facilitated by a residents family member. [name removed[], the activity director engages residents in a multitude of activities including frisbees, beanbag tossing, making May baskets, painting making cookies and more this keeps residents engaged and team playing. I can't say enough about the caring staff that are there for every need of the residents and that expands to family (me) and visitors. One of them got my wife dancing and they even had a dance party for her birthday where everyone joined in, staff and residents. Meals are more than adequate, the cook engages with residents to ensure they are enjoying their meals. My wife has told me many times that he is a good guy. Everyone is celebrated on their birthday and other milestones. There is monthly entertainment brought in including live music, visits (outside) with Llamas, ice cream socials and more. Brookdale Eagan is a wonderful community for residents, families staff, I could go on. The place feels like home with the best of neighbors. I could go on, I know I could say more. It has done wonders for my wife and wonders for me.

I rate Brookdale Russellville a 5, on all aspects. The people, all of them, were the friendliest, most helpful, most supportive in every way. They were willing to make any accommodation possible, to be sure we would have everything we needed. The facility is spotless and so welcoming. I don't have one negative thing to say about Brookdale and it's employees. I loved it.

My mother-in-law has been at this facility about 4 months now. I want to give a special shout out to [name removed] & [name removed] on giving my family our lives back! This place is AMAZING in appearance and how its ran. The patients are taken care of in exceptional manner! They also make the families feel cared about too during visits. My MIL is THRIVING! Her mental & physical health improved because of this place. [name removed] was the reason I showed up, and then [name removed] & [name removed] are the reasons I brought my MIL there. I visited other places... No comparison! THANK YOU isn't enough for the positive difference they have made for my MIL and the rest of our family. You feel loved from the time you pull up in the parking lot, and then throughout the whole facility. They keep the patients active and involved! My MIL feels she has a purpose there. This makes my heart happy. The way this place is managed needs to be recognized. Me & my family are so very grateful!

What stood out the most is they are Helpful, kind, caring staff, clean facilities, good food selection, many activities. The Location is safe, secure as compared to other areas in that city.

I just moved my mom into Brookdale Summer Ridge(Rockwall) senior living. This is the best place I can’t begin to tell you what a blessing this place has been for her. They are amazing there and my mom is going to thrive here. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the peace of mind I have. They truly care!

My visit to review the facility was very different than other senior properties I have reviewed. I did not set an appt to visit just stopped in for some information. Upon entering I was greeted by many smiles & friendly staff & residents. I was given a tour by two different staff members in which both were full od information & a joy to visit with. Every resident I met was very happy they live here.

This is a very nice place to spend the rest of my life. The people are friendly the food is great and the experience is wonderful.

We rate Brookdale a 5 rating as the experience from start to finish went very easy for everyone. I would recommend Brookdale as a good facility for independent and assisted living.

Also, I'd like to mention the care center in Morrison, Colorado is a horrible place! I wouldn't send my cat there!

My sister and brother-in-law researched and toured several memory care facilities for our mom and felt that nothing came close to the clean and at-home feeling of Brookdale. The director, [name removed] has made them feel that the care of my mom was of utmost importance. She was helpful and responsive to all my sister's needs and concerns and has walked us through the confusion as well as the emotional roller coaster a journey like this takes loved ones on. I have only experienced the facility in person once since my mom has been there since I live far away, but that experience was wonderful. No one knew we were going to be stopping by, but when we arrived the group of residents on my mom's wing were all chatting and were getting ready to do an activity which they seemed to have a lot of fun doing. The staff are not only kind, they are loving toward the residents. My sister visits regularly and has nothing but great things to say about Brookdale. My mom is safe, content and cared for.

Overall it's been great. Staff is extra great. the kitchen uses lots of salt in the butter and flavorings such as bouillon cubes overall- not a lot of choice for a lower sodium diet. Activities and value for cost would get a 10.

Brookdale has truly been the home away from home we were hoping to find for my mom when she could no longer care for herself. From the very beginning, our experience has been nothing short of a blessing. Every member of the Brookdale team; from administration to staff, has been consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide personalized and manageable daily care. The residents enjoy a variety of well-planned, engaging activities that bring joy and connection each day. We're incredibly grateful for the compassion and support our family has received.

My mom sadly has dementia and was rapidly deteriorating due to our inability to provide the constant care she needed. If left alone, she would sit in silence in her home with shades drawn, basically in a vegetative state. She was not able to make sense of anything or do anything for herself. We've had several caregivers, none of which did much to change her situation. I was incredibly torn about putting her in a "facility" and swore I never would. Then we found Roseburg Brookdale. I never imagined my mom would literally come back to life, but Brookdale has done that for her. [name removed] and her team are absolute saints and my mom is living the best life she has lived in many years. They have musicians, exercise classes, excursions around town, games, dancing, baking, socializing, beauticians, etc. It's pretty incredible to see how happy she is with lots of friends, laughing and giggling like little girls. It fills my heart with joy whenever I see her, I couldn't be more grateful.

The staff is very consistent with care, they do need more nurses than one. She cannot run over night staff or an entire facility while working days.

When it was determined that my mother needed to be placed in memory care, which was not an easy decision, Brookdale's assistance was greatly appreciated! I liked the fact it was the same staff which allowed them to get to know the resident, their needs and quirks. The response time regarding issues that would arise were dealt in a timely manner. Also I liked the fact that family members could come and go as they pleased during the day. I always felt welcome!

The staff are amazing. They are attentive, loving and catch when something just isn't right with the resident. The meals are very nutritious as well. I ate many meals with my Mother. The activities to keep residents engaged and active are fun as well.

My experience has been very positive working with the staff and preparing my mom to live at Brookdale. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
