Brookdale

My brother in law who lives there isn't happy with the dining room service. We know you are short handed in there and we try to explain that to him but at 93 years of age he is impossible sometimes. Other than that he is happy there.

I am the legal guardian for my oldest and dearest friend who has early-onset Alzheimer's Disease. When it was clear that she was no longer able to remain at home, I visited multiple memory care facilities. Brookdale Middleton Stonefield came highly recommended. The facility has more than met my expectations. The caregiving staff are kind, professional, and attentive. The administration staff go over and beyond to meet my friend's needs and respond to any questions from me. The physical setup is lovely too, including the individual "apartments". The residents are free to walk indoors or sit in the courtyard, but always in sight of the staff. I have watched my friend blossom here - making friends, engaging in social activities and having a level of stability and routine she was missing at home. Her level of anxiety has been greatly reduced. It was lonely and boring for her to be at home with one-on-one caregivers in a locked condo. The move to Brookdale has been wonderful for her.

One could expect that most facilities and staff members would be on their best behavior during initial visits and tours-only to return to a different standard once the decision to move a family member to that setting had taken place. Not so with Brookdale Rock Springs. It has been almost a year now since that first tour and my mother has received the same love, care and concern from the staff that was exhibited that day. At Brookdale Rock Springs, every staff member- no matter their job description-has consistently loved and cared for my mother. They have done the same for me-welcoming my thoughts, questions, concerns-encouraging and supporting me emotionally as we all have sought to help my mother accept and adjust to this season of her life. There is a genuine family atmosphere that is nurtured here-between staff and residents as well as among residents as they express care and concern for one another.

Mom has lived at Brookdale Mt Vernon for almost four months. She adjusted quickly to her new home. The Staff is kind And they take good care of mom. The Activities Director does a great job And management is friendly, mom receives A lot of love here and I am pleased

We knew some people who had chose this place for their loved ones , it was great then, it was 20 minutes from us and it was reasonably priced , everyone was so helpful , and kind. Highly recommend it

My mom has been a resident for about a month, and she is adjusting very well. The staff is doing a super job helping her get acquainted with other residents, and encouraging mom to get involved with all the many activities that are provided for the residents. Mom has also commented on the delicious meals provided and how friendly and helpful everyone is. I am so happy that we are a part of the Brookdale community!

It's a great place. By far the best of the four senior living facilities that I have lived at here in Folsom and El Dorado Hills CA. What has made it such a good experience is particularly the good food quality and menu choices, the numerous activities, and the friendly staff and residents.

I really like it here and am very glad I made the move.

My mom was there for a 2 week respite stay only. She has since passed away. I would highly recommend Brookdale Avondale to anyone who asks. Everyone was warm and welcoming and mom felt very comfortable there. I had no concerns with how she was treated.

Brookdale is a great place for mom. The food is very tasty and has multiple choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are activities almost every day for the occupants to do and the staff is very friendly. There is a great outdoor area in the middle of the facility with both screened in area and sun exposed garden with seating in both sections. The staff is also very caring about the well-being of all the occupants. Any changes with the occupants the family is notified and if corrective medication is needed there are doctors that frequently will help the nursing staff make the changes to ensure the best quality of life.

The staff go all out at the family dinners. Every dinner has a theme which makes for a fun evening. The food is very good and everyone has a good time.

The warm and inviting atmosphere, along with the amazing loving, and friendly staff is refreshing. The care is top-notch! I would have recommended Brookdale to others!

I toured this community. They were so helpful to me. The building was clean and smell great. Staff were helpful to the residents. They were doing activities and seemed to be having a great time.

We have lived here for just 3 months. We are extremely happy with the apartment, services, food services and all employees are very concerned to be sure we are happy and satisfied with this whole place! We love it here!

All 5! I am very please with where I am! What I like the most about Brookdale Glen Ellyn is the friendly staff and those living here. Those living here show interest in others. There are many ways to be involved. I have been involved in many ways.

From the moment that I was greeted at the front door I knew that Brookdale PGI was the perfect place for my Dad. I had visited numerous facilities from Lee County to Sarasota County. Many of the facilities were larger and offered more amenities but none of them offered the comforts of home like Brookdale PGI. You have to look through the “smoke and mirrors” and realize that the caregivers, office staff, nurses and chef are the most important elements. My Dad received excellent care. The caregivers were there for him and made sure that he had everything he needed. The nurses are exceptional. Everyday that I visited Dad he had a smile on his face.
