We lived this community. Not anything like we expected. The age range is 60-100 and many residents are very competent, independent people who have chosen the community to age in and not have to move again. This makes for a very active group. The staff is very caring and involved, providing a more interaction and socialization, which our dad needs. He loves to talk and visit with anyone. The apartments were very comfortable and homey. Only have about 5 2-bedroom apartments. Definitely go with at least a 1-bedroom. $500 deposit to hold, fully refundable. Community spaces are very nice, theater, bocce court, happy hours, great social events and activities. A couple men go play golf. They work to introduce people to others with similar interests. Care can be added menu style. Essentially 6 levels of care. Nurse practitioner heads up wellness. RNs on duty 24/7. No staff dr. 3 meals, but dining room staffed until 7 pm and residents can sit anytime for a meal or snack and someone will wait on them. Runs more like independent living giving residents more leeway for personal choice, but with support staff available whenever needed. We really like this model of living.

She has been a resident in this personal care community for almost a year and has adjusted extremely well thanks to the professional and compassionate staff who always go out of their way to assist her. Mom attends an exercise class daily enjoys dining with her new friends and is especially fond of the entertainment. With routine hair salon appointments there, she looks and feels good about herself all the time. Moving into Woodbridge Place has been a blessing for mom and our family. We know that she is safe there and all of us have a real piece of mind. We highly recommend Woodbridge Place.

Love this community! Everyone really cares about the people who live there. My mom has so much fun in activities and loves the exercise class and music. Our family couldn't be happier with the choice we made!!

I liked the facility. It was clean, comfortable and had a homey feeling . The Memory apartment was a decent size compared with others I have seen . I feel it is one I will consider for my husband.

This is such a beautiful and well kept community. The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful. There are always activities taking place for the residents to participate in. Every time we visit there are people spending time together in the cafe style lounge which makes it feel welcoming and warm. A lovely community for loved ones to call home.

Hi my name is [name removed] . I've living at Woodbridge for a few years. The best thing for me was when Woodbridge adopted Snowflake from a shelter. By the way I call her Snow. I help take care of Snow by walking, feeding her and playing with her. Snow is a great dog and friend. Everyone falls in love with Snow, I know I did. My days are fun, I like to tease the staff because I know they are my friends as well as care givers. I enjoy playing cards and board game, Wii bowling, Wine Down Wednesday, Social hour and cocktail and the monthly outings we have. On Thursdays we have music entertainment that we all enjoy. Some of the residents dance in their seats and those that can are out dancing on the floor. The dining room staff serve me what I like to eat. I can be a picky eater.

I have lived at Woodbridge Place for about 3 months. I chose Woodbridge, they accepted the huge task of helping me and I'm happy to be living here! Activities are well planned. I enjoy the weekly music entertainment and take advantage of the many outing choices. The high point for me is Bible Study classes, Hymn Sing and Church service. The dining room atmosphere is elegant with a homey feel, where I am able to sit, chat and enjoy my meal. I have made many friends with residents and staff. Oh I almost forgot one of the most important reason Woodbridge Place is the best place to live, (Snowflake) our house dog. She is beautiful and a gentle soul.

The staff is beautiful each and every one of them. Wine down Wednesdays are the best. Overall its a nice place.

Care manager [name removed] is fantastic! The maintenance team is so attentive and addresses concerns quickly. Snowflake the dog lifts everybody's spirits.

My grandmother came to Woodbridge in 2018 after living independently for 40+ years. The staff are always courteous and kind to her and often will just stop by her room to chat and see if she needs anything. She also needed skilled nursing and therapy services while there and the Southeastern nurse and Fox Rehabilitation therapists were wonderful! They got her back to walking safely throughout the community for meals, to sit out on the front porch, and activities. My grandmother also felt more confident, stronger, and energetic! The walking trail that winds around the building is also very nice for residents and their families to use.

Exceptional staff and leadership for Mom

Amazing community! My mom loves it there and couldn't be happier. She loves her apartment, the staff is very engaging. She loves all the activity and music they do, and has made a lot of friends. We are very happy and the best part is having her close!

My wife lived at Woodbridge place for 4 months while I was recovering from surgery. She received the most wonderful care there. The staff was friendly , attentive, and always available. My wife continues to talk about her time there and miss all her friends. Since we donor want to be separated as a couple when the time comes we both will be moving “home” together at Woodbridge Place

We have been so happy withThe Blake for our loved one and can’t enough good things ! All the personnel are so friendly and very helpful and they make it feel just like home!

Beautiful facility with numerous activities and amenities.So far this is the only community where the apartments for independent living provided full kitchens with stoves.That explains why this facility only offers two meals per day versus three. This facility is the most upscale and modern with prices that coincide. Of those we've toured to date this is by far the nicest. Also a great feeling of community throughoutas well as warm and friendly staff.

Everyone here has been so compassionate and helpful during our search for a memory care place for Mom. We’ve been able to navigate a very immediate crisis for need of care when Mom’s dementia took a sudden nosedive. My brother and I both live very far away, but during my trip back here in just a few days we’re almost ready to move her in. The community is very nice and clean, with friendly staff, who have helped tremendously with getting everything needed including calling ahead to Mom’s doctor to help setup a care plan. They’ve made a difference and helped me not feel stressed. I’d highly recommend Magnolia Place to anyone in this area.

This community has so many amenities and activities. From the heated pool and multiple exercise classes to the movie theater and all-day bistro- there is no time to get bored. The people here are super nice and the staff is exceptional.
