My grandmother came to Woodbridge in 2018 after living independently for 40+ years. The staff are always courteous and kind to her and often will just stop by her room to chat and see if she needs anything. She also needed skilled nursing and therapy services while there and the Southeastern nurse and Fox Rehabilitation therapists were wonderful! They got her back to walking safely throughout the community for meals, to sit out on the front porch, and activities. My grandmother also felt more confident, stronger, and energetic! The walking trail that winds around the building is also very nice for residents and their families to use.

Exceptional staff and leadership for Mom

Amazing community! My mom loves it there and couldn't be happier. She loves her apartment, the staff is very engaging. She loves all the activity and music they do, and has made a lot of friends. We are very happy and the best part is having her close!

My wife lived at Woodbridge place for 4 months while I was recovering from surgery. She received the most wonderful care there. The staff was friendly , attentive, and always available. My wife continues to talk about her time there and miss all her friends. Since we donor want to be separated as a couple when the time comes we both will be moving “home” together at Woodbridge Place

Beautiful facility with numerous activities and amenities.So far this is the only community where the apartments for independent living provided full kitchens with stoves.That explains why this facility only offers two meals per day versus three. This facility is the most upscale and modern with prices that coincide. Of those we've toured to date this is by far the nicest. Also a great feeling of community throughoutas well as warm and friendly staff.

Everyone here has been so compassionate and helpful during our search for a memory care place for Mom. We’ve been able to navigate a very immediate crisis for need of care when Mom’s dementia took a sudden nosedive. My brother and I both live very far away, but during my trip back here in just a few days we’re almost ready to move her in. The community is very nice and clean, with friendly staff, who have helped tremendously with getting everything needed including calling ahead to Mom’s doctor to help setup a care plan. They’ve made a difference and helped me not feel stressed. I’d highly recommend Magnolia Place to anyone in this area.

This community has so many amenities and activities. From the heated pool and multiple exercise classes to the movie theater and all-day bistro- there is no time to get bored. The people here are super nice and the staff is exceptional.

I brought my Wife to live at Atria in Scarborough after the first of the year. She is 59 years old with early-onset alzheimer's. She was first diagnosed in 2012. It was a very difficult time but I could no longer find a care-giver to stay in our home when I had to travel for business and she requires full care. Fortunately, I had visited Atria several times in the previous month and brought my wife there for the activities so she would get to know the staff and they would get to know her. As difficult as this period of time has been, I have been 100% happy with the staff and facilities. They have a warm and caring environment. I still use this facility primarily for daycare....I bring her in the morning and pick her up at night after work, but she has her own room and stays there when I travel. She is well taken care of and she loves it. Finding great facilities such as Atria is very difficult since there is a lack of online ratings for all facilities, but my research and up-front planning was well rewarded and I couldn't be happier. I would also like to thank [Name removed], [Name removed] and [Name removed] for helping my wife and I through this process.

We have enjoyed the heated pool, our balcony, the restaurant style fine dining and the new construction with granite and other high end material. The flexible meal plan in our Independent living is great and the activities are numerous. We would have liked a storage unit, but the huge closets made up for that. I am working with Somerby to find a place for "Shop 101" so we have a place to fix things that are broken.

Very nice place. Clean and well appointed. It was a little to far from my aunts church. This is a great start to our search.

Atria is the highest of establishments in regards to senior living!

We recently toured this community for my mother [Name removed]. My family was very impressed with the staff. Everyone seemed very nice and they all smiled and said hello. Unfortunately my mother passed away before we could have her move into Woodbridge. My mother would have called at home. It has such a warm, comforting feeling to the community and I know my mom would have been well cared for.

The building is always very clean. A warm family environment. They all make me feel like my extended family.

My in-laws lived in [date removed]. We have been very happy with Woodbridge. From the beginning we have all been treated very well by all. The care that my in-law receives has been exceptional. Their care needs have increased significantly and the staff continues to rise to help. We are very happy to a found a place so caring to have them live in during their final phase of life – which we are sure is to be longer because of the wonderful care.

A very caring community. I definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to retire to or a place for a loved one.

My grandfather is in this community and we couldn't imagine him anywhere else. The staff truly make everyone feel like family!

I have found this community to give my mom excellent service. Mom was in other communities except this one tops them all.
