It is a beautiful community. I would recommend the community to others. It is a great location and great community. The buildings are great as well. I think they care for the residents. The communication is good between the staff and families. I believe the nursing staff could be more detailed oriented on medication and physical devices.

Our experience has been wonderful, and during the pandemic we were not able to see our loved one so we relied heavily on their communication which they did a great job with. When our loved one was passing away, they helped our family through the hospice experience which they were wonderful. It is a very nice place, our only issues was with the financial department. We know they were probably impacted with covid and being overwhelmed, but other than that it was a very nice place and we had no complaints.

Clean, lots of activities, warm atmosphere, price and unit perfect for needs. Hope a unit will be available when we are ready pending sale of a condo. This is our first choice.

We have had a very good experience with Bridges of Bent Creek. They do a wonderful job with keeping us informed and the staff works really hard, they did an amazing job during covid and did not have the volume of cases that other facilities had in the area. They have a new memory care director and she has been wonderful and so helpful. If she needs anything or if there are any questions, they call right away and they are very responsive if we ever call for anything. They did just hire a new activity director, she is very energetic and has a lot of fun ideas. They have been able to get my mother in law out and participating in some activities which has been great. Each and every staff member we have talked to has been very polite, kind, and helpful. We are very happy with Bridges of Bent creek and we know that she is safe and would not want her to be anywhere else. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking.

The staff members at The Enclave are very friendly, and we just really like the community. Our loved one says the food is good and they are feeding her plenty. The activities were limited but now they are bringing them back. They play bingo, go outside to garden and bring in live entertainment. They also used to only allow visitation in the dining hall, now they are allowing guest to go to their rooms.

[name removed] sat with us and discussed my mothers situation and then we toured the facility. We met with the wellness director and discussed options going forward. After careful consideration we chose the enclave of Scarborough. Wonderful amenities fair price and a beautiful location.

They've always accommodated everything we've needed. The staff are great - they follow through. They have housekeeping come in to clean once a week. They're not the best but do a decent job. They do offer a lot of activities, and the activities director is wonderful, very upbeat. They have trivia, music, choir, a lot of different things. For the holidays, they just really decorate it really nicely from St. Patrick's Day, to Easter, to Christmas, to Thanksgiving. It makes it very upbeat and cheerful. It's not gaudy, just festive and really well decorated. My loved one seems good with the food, coming from a picky and healthy eater. They give different options, for example baked vs. fried. They also gave the option once the dining room reopened to continue to bring meals to the apartment, depending on what the resident felt comfortable with. Or they could come down and pick it up as well. She also likes the apartment overall. I was impressed that they had CVS come in to give vaccinations in the apartments room to room so the residents didn't have to wait in a line of people. They distributed the paperwork a week before so everything was in place. It was a stress-free situation, and I know the staff did a lot of work to make that happen so smoothly. We've been very happy here and are looking forward to Covid restrictions lifting. The front desk staff are fabulous, very detailed and helpful. The marketing person is real and genuine, and trustworthy. She made the initial process easy and smooth, was very accommodating, and I felt comfortable with her. The staff call my loved one by name, and they've obviously taken the time to get to know her.

We chose Bridges of Bent Creek because it was recommended and when I checked into them they were half the price of other places. They do a great job here, none of their residents ended up with covid. They made a lot of accommodations so we could visit with our loved one. They took great care of my mom and she had around the clock care. Her last few days here some of the nurses who had the day off came to sit with her and when she passed they sent us beautiful flowers for their condolences. We could not have asked for a better place and I would highly recommend them.

We have been very happy with The Enclave of Newell Creek. We chose this facility because of the convenient location as well as the fact that we had been inside the facility before when looking for my father in law. They have dogs that come in and a lot of nice activities for the residents to do. I would recommend them.

Our loved ones apartment was excellent, it was really nice and we would recommend this community to others after covid.

We are really happy with the care services. They are doing some activities, and right now they are having the residents decorate for Valentines Day.

The community was kept really clean, and the value was good.

The staff members at the community are really great and considering covid we still have some activities. They bring in live entertainment, and through parties for various events. One time we had an Italian party with Italian food, and we also have move nights. Before covid other residents told us the amount of activities they offered were incredible

The staff really do care about the residence. They want to make sure the residence are thriving not surviving. They have on-site medical staff for most of the residence needs. They have a swimming pool and a gym with classes. I would definitely recommend this community to others

I am very pleased with this community. I'm happy that we have in our area. It was just what my mother needed. I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. Somerby has lots of activities for the residents to choose from.

The cleanliness of this community is very good, and the staff members are absolutely wonderful. I do think it is a good value, and overall the place is nice, but the only problem i do have with it would be their rental policy. The activities are wonderful, we have happy hours and ice cream socials. The activities director is fantastic. there was two things that attracted me here, first was the residents and the staff, they are were very friendly. Second would be the facility itself, it is very nice and as well as the amenities.

I would recommend this community to others. We are pleased with the care our loved one is receiving. They have allowed us to have visits outside with our loved one. There is now a specific room for us to meet with our loved one in person. You do have to a schedule an appointment for this visit.

This community is reasonably priced, and it looked brand new. It was really beautiful and we could not of been treated any better. If you have a problem, they take care of it right away. When our loved one was in assisted living her room was beautiful, however she has now been moved to memory care and due to COVID we have not been able to see her new room.

Due to Covid restrictions, we can't get in to really see what's going on all the time. But my sister has been there for 8 months and she seems to be getting excellent care. The director of the Memory Care Unit, [name removed], is positively wonderful. She is always cheerful and so kind to my sister. And the nurses that bring her down and pick her up are always so kind, as well. I am sure it is not an easy job to stay patient and smiling all the time, but everyone manages to do that. I give the credit for that to [name removed], as well. She treats my sister like a dear friend. Also, my sister raves about the food. The pictures look delicious! We have not seen her room, since she was admitted after the Covid lockdown, but the rooms we saw ahead of time were very nice. All in all, we are so pleased with everything at the Enclave. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for great care.

I had a tour of this property although it was COVID limited. [name removed], the sales manager was wonderful. I was able to see a studio apartment and received information on the other units and pricing. She gave me great information and answered my questions. I really liked the property and when I’m ready to make a move; The Blake at Baxter Village will be a top choice. I like the location very much.
