My mother is doing well here, but there has been a bit of an adjustment period. Overall it has been a good experience. They have really provided me with a peace of mind. I know she is safe and receiving great care. I would highly recommend this community.

My father in law has been in Impressions since October 2015. The staff is friendly, and very professional. I like being able to visit on my time and always feel welcomed. Many great activities to keep him involved to the best of his ability. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. Knowing 'Dad' is there and under such great care allows us to go on with our jobs and know all is well. We are grateful!

New & contemporary feel to a development setting. Very excited about indoor heated pool with classes taught for residents from both campuses & outside community as well. Larger & more open layouts for room or house options. Beautiful, new, accommodating, well maintained. Both campuses have much to offer, and share their campus. Their mission of benevolent care offered for continuous care is a godsend. Staff kind, respectful, and warm with residents. A very upbeat, happy, & healthy environment.

It has been a really great experience with Springfield Residences and I would highly recommend them. They have responded very well to my requests for certain requirements, whether it be pertaining to food, or specific things to do to help mom. They have been very cooperative and always willing to do anything they can to make her happy and comfortable.

The staff at Springfield Residences is great! Very friendly and helpful, and they genuinely care. To me that is the most important part, and you definitely get that here! My dad has never had anything but great things to say.

Another outstand place. Two things that I love was NO up front Community FEE. Plus the elegant rooms with one or two bedrooms, plus balcony. You paid month to month. This also very good residence. Everyone was very nice.

This was a good place for my mom's respite stay. The staff were nice. They offered daily activities and she liked to play bingo. The food was ok. The community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

They were nice. We never had any issues with billing or anything like that. There were some issues with them following directives. If a resident can only have certain things like pureed foods, they need to follow that.

My Mom is now living in a memory care unit at Springfield Residence in Wyndmoor ,Pa.From the moment I entered the property I could tell that this place was different.Every one we came across greeted us with a hello. The staff was very reassuring and answered all our concerns about my Mom coming from another state,Florida.The place is very clean and has a lot of activities which was important to us since we feel Mom needs to be active and stimulated.The residents were pleasant and seemed happy.The room accomendations are spacious and you can bring your own furniture which is a plus to make it more homey looking.Mom has been there for not quite 2 weeks and already she has made friends and she and her room mate are getting along fine,a perfect match.Would recommend to everyone that if they are looking in this area you would not be disappointed with Springfield residence

Two of the front desk staff are no longer employed at Holland Village and the place is hurting because of it. The apartment size and location of the community are very good. I wish they would make the front desk more welcoming again for both residents and visitors.

Visited and viewed one model apartment, which we thought was a bit too small for two of us. Will be returning to view Cottage alternative and look at model apartment which my wife's mother lived in when she first entered [community removed] ~30 years ago.

Nice sized rooms, good activities, good laundry service. I would recommend.

Our only frustration was finding more economical places, but finding Impressions was amazing. Impressions has great ratio of residents to staff, very clean, nice size. I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I found the staff, from the administration to, especially, the individual caregivers to be committed and caring to the residents. They showed great patience and kindness to the residents.

We were very happy with our experience at Manatawny. [name removed] was very helpful and worked with us to be able to place [name removed] even though he was in the edge of not being able to be placed. We were so thankful as we could tell it would be a much better fit for him, as he was not getting proper care at the previous center. She listened and arranged a FaceTime video so that we could evaluate his state before he was placed and instantly they could see that the previous center was not being honest and caring. [name removed] was happy to have us text for any questions or concerns and was always quick to respond. When he was placed, they worked with us to setup and handle his hospice, which was also very helpful.

Understaffed. New management changeover and not notified. When calling "cell" number listed in voicemail, it is directed to a different person entirely. Cleanliness has recently been an issue.

What we like the most about the community is the food, and the rooms are a nice size, activities all day even though some residents in horizon can't really participate due to advanced dementia.

There needs to be better communication between the food service staff and the nurses about residents' dietary needs because it's not realistic for dietary to rely on the residents (who are aging, and may have memory issues) informing them of what the can and cannot eat.
