This is a great facility! The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very friendly, and they are sure to cater to my father's needs. There are plenty of activities for my father to participate in. In addition to this, the location of the facility was great for our individual needs and preference.

We are very happy with the good care at this very clean community. We like knowing that the staff is caring and very friendly. The menu is outstanding and healthy. It is nice to know that he is involved with the activities. We would recommend this community for the good care and value for other families.

Everyone is so nice and always there to help him and the family adjust. They also keep the family up on what going on and progress.

Best in class. Residents live in individual cottages with all the amenities of home and more. They have all levels of care from independent to minimal, intermediate and advanced care. Its all there under one campus facility. Hospital and doctors are across the street.

My mother is doing well here, but there has been a bit of an adjustment period. Overall it has been a good experience. They have really provided me with a peace of mind. I know she is safe and receiving great care. I would highly recommend this community.

My father in law has been in Impressions since October 2015. The staff is friendly, and very professional. I like being able to visit on my time and always feel welcomed. Many great activities to keep him involved to the best of his ability. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. Knowing 'Dad' is there and under such great care allows us to go on with our jobs and know all is well. We are grateful!

New & contemporary feel to a development setting. Very excited about indoor heated pool with classes taught for residents from both campuses & outside community as well. Larger & more open layouts for room or house options. Beautiful, new, accommodating, well maintained. Both campuses have much to offer, and share their campus. Their mission of benevolent care offered for continuous care is a godsend. Staff kind, respectful, and warm with residents. A very upbeat, happy, & healthy environment.

It has been a really great experience with Springfield Residences and I would highly recommend them. They have responded very well to my requests for certain requirements, whether it be pertaining to food, or specific things to do to help mom. They have been very cooperative and always willing to do anything they can to make her happy and comfortable.

The staff at Springfield Residences is great! Very friendly and helpful, and they genuinely care. To me that is the most important part, and you definitely get that here! My dad has never had anything but great things to say.

Another outstand place. Two things that I love was NO up front Community FEE. Plus the elegant rooms with one or two bedrooms, plus balcony. You paid month to month. This also very good residence. Everyone was very nice.

This was a good place for my mom's respite stay. The staff were nice. They offered daily activities and she liked to play bingo. The food was ok. The community is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

They were nice. We never had any issues with billing or anything like that. There were some issues with them following directives. If a resident can only have certain things like pureed foods, they need to follow that.

My Mom is now living in a memory care unit at Springfield Residence in Wyndmoor ,Pa.From the moment I entered the property I could tell that this place was different.Every one we came across greeted us with a hello. The staff was very reassuring and answered all our concerns about my Mom coming from another state,Florida.The place is very clean and has a lot of activities which was important to us since we feel Mom needs to be active and stimulated.The residents were pleasant and seemed happy.The room accomendations are spacious and you can bring your own furniture which is a plus to make it more homey looking.Mom has been there for not quite 2 weeks and already she has made friends and she and her room mate are getting along fine,a perfect match.Would recommend to everyone that if they are looking in this area you would not be disappointed with Springfield residence

Overall, the experience so far has been positive. The RN is very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The staff answers her calls quickly, is willing to walk with her, and encourages her to walk. The room is a good fit. [name removed] picked out the room she liked mainly based on the bathroom configuration and grab bar placement. The community is very clean and is a pleasant space. [name removed] doesn't have much of an appetite and is a picky eater now. She tells me the food is the same as the nursing home, but to me it looks more appealing, and she is getting more protein. I ate with her one night, and the chicken potpie was tasty. She's had a fall, and they notified me immediately to let me know she was okay. There are activities available, but [name removed] has not participated yet. I am going to see if they can encourage her more. She is still adjusting, and this is not due to Creekside. They are still getting to know her.

Our tour representative was very knowledgeable about the facilities. First stop was in the office where the rep. explained and shared a brochure which had the answer to many questions we had. They explained in depth the financial obligations and answered questions we had regarding the community. We were very satisfied with the answers. We then took a tour of the apartments; there were two styles, open kitchen and galley kitchen. Open kitchen was exactly what I wanted. It was explained that the range, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and floor, would all be replaced before we moved in. We then toured the common areas, movie theater, dining area, activity room, etc. I was interested in seeing the pool, however it was being repaired. Although I enjoyed the facilities, I wanted to see people. We were invited back to have dinner when residents are around & see the pool. Although I'm still looking, so far Holland Village is at the top of my consideration.

Location works well for my stepdad & our family. They need additional staff-permanent & agency. The residents could use more 1/1 time w the staff, whether to chat w them, watch a few mins of tv, spend more time on grooming. There are times I go to memory care & I can't find anyone....the staff in the activities room/dining room are in their phones or no where to be found. I've had several words w management about leaving the residents without anyone around in the event of an emergency. We pay sufficient funds and expect our loved ones to have people around to help care for them.

My immediate response was that the facility looked tired on the outside. However, inside was very clean and bright. The staff we met were very helpful, professional, and friendly. As this was my first visit to a facility of this nature, I don’t have a yardstick to judge it against so please accept this review based on that.
