Bethesda Senior Living Communities

Staff is employed by Bethesda and not an agency. Lots of tenure. They do weekly housekeeping (included), but charge to make the beds. They have 3-5 activities per day. Best facility so far and they have been at 3 others. Food is not elevated like other places, but they offer lots of options and are willing to customize if requested. Facility is older but going through renovations. Skeleton crew on weekends which seems to be when things go wrong.

Autumn View Gardens is a warm and inviting place staffed by friendly, caring people.

The staff were exceptional, newer facility, close to my house, activities offered, they made my Mom feel like family and they cared about her. [name removed] was my main contact and she was so easy to work with and accommodated my Mom's requests. I feel there is something for everyone there. So many activities and spaces to meet and mingle. It felt like a home environment versus a facility. Being able to personalize the room with her things and decorate her door made my Mom happy. All staff members knew the residents my name.

Our family had an in person tour and from everything we saw and the staff we spoke with we thought it was a really nice tour experience

Bethesda Gardens Frisco is an absolutely amazing establishment. The executive team is committed to providing the residents with a wonderful experience. [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] went above and beyond to ensure my father's needs were met. The caregivers and med techs treat the residents like family. My father passed in late November and the care and support provided to him was unbelievable. I would recommend Bethesda to anyone looking to place their loved one in a safe and loving space.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The grounds are well kept. Food is very good. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We picked Autumn View Gardens because of the staff - they have been there for a very long time and have very low turnover rates. The community itself is just very warm and welcoming and we love the layout. The activities director is just unbelievable. The activities changes all the time - great variety. The director actually gets involved with the residents, she dresses up for the theme of the week, she has put on a fun little auction, they had a ground water game during the summer time that was so fun to watch. They have bingo, wheel of fortune and all the staple activities. We have been very pleased with this community so far, our loved one has had more socialization ever then she has in many years.

They staff are very kind towards our loved one and she is well taken care of, we wish we found this place sooner because within a week she said to us - "I wish I came here a lot quicker." That was very important to us we wanted to find the right place for her. The staff do a really good job getting our loved one involved socially - they have something going on every single day and sometimes even on the weekends. We are very grateful to of found this community and we would recommend them to other families.

They've got a very knowledgeable staff that cares about their residents. They are helpful and it's clean. It seems like a fun place for older people to be!

My wife is very happy here. The staff is always very friendly and caring to the residents and the family - I know it can be a hard job so I really appreciate them. I have been here for meal times and the food looks to be good. I would absolutely recommend Autumn View Gardens to others.

ViewPointe is a clean, comfortable and elegant place. The dining and common areas look inviting and spacious. The staff is accommodating and attentive to the residents and the visitors. They have regular meetings with the residents, giving them a chance to voice any questions or concerns. I've spoken to residents that have lived there for up to 10 years, and they speak highly of the place. The accommodations range from independent living to memory care. The prices are reasonable for the quality they provide. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for assisted living/retirement residence.

I went in to the community to look around and was impressed with the community as a whole and how well they interact with their residents. It truly felt like they take great pride in their residents and look forward to serving the residents and their family.

It's a pretty good place. It's a good value with the size of the apartment and compared to other places.

So far, our experience with The Gardens at Barry Road has been great. They have a ton of activities provided for the residents and mom is getting involved and interacting with others which makes us happy. Whenever I ask mom how they treat her she says that they are all so friendly and caring, she is much happier here than she was at her previous facility. We have no complaints at all.

I have volunteered at Cambridge Court in multiple occasions during party events they have for the residents and their families. The staff really go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a fun and memorable experience during and parties and every day activities!

Cambridge Court is seriously AMAZING! My grandmother recovered from a knee replacement and everytime i went to see her i was so impressed. The staff members really try to get everyone involved in all the activities! They are so sweet and caring and are there emotional and physically when you can’t be. The business officer manager is also a ROCKSTAR and made the transition for my Grandmother so easy! Keep up the FANTASTIC work Cambridge Court!

My mother recently spent time there recovering from a complications from a knee surgery. The facility is absolutely stunning with the atrium, the rooms are great. I can’t say enough about the staff. The management is top notch, quick to help, nursing was amazing, kind and so caring, everything was just incredible. Thank you all for helping my mom get back on her feet again.

My grandmother recently lived at Cambridge Court after a knee replacement. She was only there for a short time, but it was well worth it to our family. It felt so good to know she was in a clean, safe, caring environment. My grandpa could come visit daily and he could bring their puppies in to see her too. She was able to go home after a few weeks of therapy. She has continued to tell us that "that was such a blessing and it was as close to being at home as I could get given my condition." Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for senior care options.

The staff care for the residents with such compassion and love. It truly is a great place with the highest care standards possible.

I am so proud of the team at The Gardens at Barry Road. Their dedication to serving our residents is second-to-none. So many of our team members go above and beyond their "job descriptions" to do whatever needs to be done to fulfill a need or preference of a resident. Every time I visit to check in on this community, I hear from multiple residents that they are most thankful for the people who care for them. Many residents even tell me that if a certain employee ever leaves, they are going right out the door with them. I hear this about multiple different employees from different residents. This is a community that is more like a family. I love it!
