My husband stayed at this place for 2 weeks and it went very well and they were good with him too. He loved the food especially the bread! The community is clean and it was always kept very well. Overall I was happy with the care and I would recommend to family and friends.

If I start telling you my story when Gramps & Myself went to check things out at Vista Gardens Memory Care...This is going to sound like a paid AD...lol. 1st impression when I met with Elsy...I knew I was moving Gramps to Vista Gardens..and (I had been to 5 other places they were like moving Gramps to a institution) We felt comfortable here and my Gramps felt like He was at home..I adore everyone at Vista Gardens and the Grounds are Beautiful....Gramps moved in June 1st, He has 2 new buddies...goes out and plays at the putting green ( a deal closer), the food is good too...Everyone in the Staff to many to mention and I don't want to forget anyone they all are Fantastic ...even housekeeping & Front Desk..please don't waste or get overly stressed like I did...or your time like I did ... I love you all at Vista Gardens Memory Care!!!

The staff at this community is very friendly and attentive. My Mother-in-law seems to enjoy the food. She is not one to participate in the activities offered but she does like to go outside and visit. The community is clean and well maintained. She is currently in the skilled nursing are and we are hoping she will be moved to assisted living soon.

I moved my mom into this community about a week ago and so far so good. The staff seem friendly and I am impressed with how they are treating my mom. They get her out of bed and get her involved in some of the activities. The food looks good. The community seems clean and well maintained.

Cloisters of the Valley is a beautiful facility with the most caring staff ever. My 94 year old mother just moved there and everyone is bending over backward to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The grounds are gorgeous, the interior is gorgeous and the meals are delicious. I recommend this place to everyone who needs a safe and comfortable place for a loved one.

This was a good fit for my mother and we are happy. The community is very clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly and helpful with everything. She has made a few new friends and she says the food is great. She seems comfortable and happy. I would recommend for someone to take a look at this community. Just make sure the community you pick is a good fit for your loved one.

My husband is doing very well at Vista Gardens he really seems to like it so far. This was a hard process for me, and the staff has been very helpful with every step of the way. The community is very nice and very well kept, I haven't had any concerns with that. The food is great; I've had many meals and I love it. They offer great activities like beach trips.This is a community I would recommend.

My wife is at Vista Gardens and she is doing okay. It is a beautiful community. I would rate the friendliness a 6 out of 5! They are like family. I would say if someone is looking for memory care, this place is only memory care, not just a small unit, that's one reason we chose this place. The food is quite good. The kitchen staff is very conscious of nutrition. They do offer some activities. I saw a picture of her when they got her to decorate some Valentine's Day cookies. They have been very fair cost-wise. The management is very helpful.

I am very happy here, I feel like the staff here loves us and are very helpful. I just very happy here and have made good friends while here.

I have lived at Brookdale Rancho Mirage for 4 years to me its home. I enjoy the meals and activities. Its fun it’s like home.

This is a beautiful community with a friendly atmosphere. Very family oriented and willing to help when needed. The food is good. Could use more activities but otherwise great. I'd recommend to anyone.

I just love the cleanliness of the facility and how everyone is very friendly. Salome was always respectful always made me feel dad was well tooking care of, he has since passed but ever so grateful to everyone who made his life a bit more at ease. I would defitnately recommend Vista Gardens to my family and friends.

Assistance I have received here has been excellent. Everything in every aspect of this whole ordeal has been just perfect. They assisted in the whole moving process and the girl that helped me with a place of mom was the best. She is wonderful in everyway.

We had our step-mother in another facility where the price kept going up and the care kept going down. So we were given a list of 5 different places in our price range. In looking at the list we left The Manse to the last because we thought mom would like a smaller place. Upon entering the gate we were impressed with the grounds as to how peaceful and lovely they were. The building could use some maintenance. But visiting the administration convinced us this would be the place for mom. We live several states away and were very pleased with the communications throughout mom's stay. And what really impressed us was the staff and administration never knew when we would show up. But mom was always clean, hair cut. The facility did not have the smell of the other places we visited. The care was always first rate. And most of all the cost did not keep spiraling upward. We have been very pleased with the care and so thankful we found The Manse.

I am pretty happy with them. I would like to have a more explicit bill. The billing is hard to understand. They give you a bill with a lump sum on it which makes it hard to understand. They need to itemize the bill so that you can see what you're paying for.

So far the staff members have been very nice and have done all that they can. My loved one has not been there for very long, but they are trying very hard and the place is clean and warm and it is just a really nice facility.

They were always very friendly, from the first time to even now, both the residents and the staff. They try to be as helpful as possible and will do whatever it takes to help us. The food is outstanding and I like the way that they actually come to the table and serve us. I am very happy with it so far.

Our experience with Brookdale Carlsbad has been a very good one. It's a nice looking place, the staff is friendly, and they are taking good care of my loved one. We're entirely satisfied.

My mom loves it there. The staff is warm and friendly, very willing to help in anyway, and always happy to see you when you visit. The ambiance is like a fine hotel, from the furnishing to the linen napkins.
