Caring staff, clean facility and good activities.

The staff interacts well with understanding and compassion to patients/residents, with a wide variety of difficult problem. They are very responsive to my questions and to changes in a resident's status.

Azura has incredibly compassionate, friendly staff. They are so patient with the residents and truly want to make it a comfortable place. They show empathy, and that makes all the difference. I wish we would have found it sooner.

They treat my loved one like their own. She is still able to do the things she likes to do, as the activity people do a wonderful job!

We decorated our loved one's door for Christmas and were so pleased with the festive atmosphere and how the residents were involved with putting holiday decorations out. My loved one has been here a few weeks and is settling in nicely.

We needed to admit my dad's wife in the middle of Covid which made my dad very uneasy as he could not enter the facility. The staff was great with him and with her. Once he was able to actually visit her in person, he was thrilled with the facility and the staff. So attentive and caring.

When faced with the difficult decision to put my loved one into care due to his rapidly progressing Frontal temporal dementia, it was the staff at Azura that was an answer to my prayers. At only 58 years old, he was not the typical “dementia” resident. He was challenging, everyday. The entire team at Azura helped in his care and made a conscious effort to give him the best quality of life possible. The facility is beautiful and well kept, but it was the time and effort put into my loved ones care that shined. I am forever grateful for the love he was shown as this staff of strangers became like family to him in the 8 months he was there. Azura has a fantastic program and tailored plan of care to help each residents’ needs, and they became experts in handling my loved ones challenges that changed daily. I would tell others to take a tour , meet up with staff. They are so friendly and caring! It is very clean , modern and warm inviting.

Azura Oak Creek is an exceptional facility, resident care is very good. So glad we chose Azura Oak Creek for my wife's care

my thoughts of Azura - Oshkosh is a reality I never thought I would experience for our family and my husband of 43 years. When we began this experience there was so many changes of my husband. His behaviors and safety caused our family alarm. He was always a fun -loving - kind person. He is now sometimes non verbal, angry, and sad, not cooperative. I know he doesn't participate in activities and keeps to his room. The staff has tried to be engaging and helpful and supportive to him With me and our children working and staff trying to maintain home and children we find this a safe haven for him and we do not have to worry about his safety. Thank you for being there. We grieve and miss what use to be.

I was able to tour this facility when visiting Milwaukee and was amazed at how far memory care facilities have come! Such a homey feel for the residents and the caregivers seemed like they really cared and wanted to be there helping. There were activities going on and caregivers doing their best to engage the residents. Highly recommend giving them a tour if you have a loved one in need!

I have visited Azura Fox Point on multiple occasions and could not speak more highly of the community. I would most definitely recommend this facility to my friends, family, and colleagues. From the moment you step into the community you are greeted with a smile. Management as well as the carestaff, provide compassionate and person-centered care to their residents. The staff are ready to collaborate and are motivated to maximize the quality of life of the amazing residents they care for.
