The people that work are so kind, try to take care of the needs here. The food is good and tasty! Really clean, and smells fresh. I enjoy coming in!

We considered this before we made our final choice. We liked this it was nice. The rooms were a little smaller than another place we were considering, and because it was assisted living rather than independent, it was also more expensive. We didn't need the assisted living, even though we liked the location.

We toured here when we were looking for options. It was nice, and we liked it. This was going to be our first choice until our location changed. This was no longer the area we were looking in. It's a very nice place though.

Very friendly, happy atmosphere! My husband is well cared for. He seems very contented here. Clean atmosphere the food could be better. Jim could eat alot more than he's given. More deserts and snacks mid-afternoon. Activities are good. Request for Jim to participate more.

One year contributed to better health, more energy, and a sense of safety. My preferences were respected by leadership and staff. Management staff ensured that my needs were met or considered. The recent past was not as pleasant as could have been, due to my sense of employee grief and discouragement.

I have lived in this facility since June 2015. Wile I know it's hard to cook for such a large number of different people with different appetites, I think we might have meals that are not such a repeat of others and could have some veggies while they are in season.

Olympus Ranch is a very friendly and cheerful place to live. The food is pretty good. It could be better, but it could be worse. As far as places like this go, the food is pretty good. I'm very happy here and would recommend it.

My father lived there and the staff was very friendly, they definitely provided assistance beyond what would have been expected in independent living. In that regard it was wonderful, the difficulty we had was with the hospice people. We had to contract them to get hospice care and the people we contracted were atrocious. They were horrible.

This is a pretty decent place, the staff does their best and it is a good value for the money compared to other facilities.

They seem to really care about their residents. They always want to know if there is any problems with the food. My mother is happy there. She likes it. My main complaint would be the food. I think my mom would be happier with another cook. The staff seems real caring and friendly. They are always available to discuss things with you. Everything has been going well at the Garnet Place. It has been positive.

They have done fantastic. It's very clean and it doesn't smell. The staff is very friendly. Very nice it's small. I think they have done a good job. The food isn't the greatest, but they have a good menu, and they have plenty of food. Overall I have been very pleased.

I like the size of the facility. It's not too large. You get to know the residents and staff easily. The administration is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. It is close to local hospitals. The is one of the main reasons why we chose this facility. We have had only very minor issues. Overall, we had a positive experience at the LaChateau at Brickyard Place. It is a nice community.

The facility at Copper Place is very clean, and the staff there is very friendly. The issues are that the caregivers need more training as too different levels of care for residents, seems they are not equipped with knowledge or resources for more advanced care.

They have done very well in getting him in there maintenance guy as well as staff very helpful. They have have made every effort to get him out and about and control the urine smell from his incontinence. The food is very good. There has been some communication regarding insulin pen felt it wasn't something they needed to help with until I talked to them. Resident was still asleep when sister came to pick up for doc appointment that I had told them about earlier.

Things have gone well so far for my loved one at Garnet Place! We haven't had any problems with the staff for the services that they provide, and my loved one seems to like it here.

We met with Brian Thursday 1/15. Rooms were nice. A one level facility is a plus. Many of the residents were out and about.

The staff at Copper Place has been very friendly and real helpful. Mom was allowed to bring her dogs there, which was a real bonus. They have really tried to get her involved and knowing and interacting with the other residents, which I very much appreciate.

It would have been nice if they had some sort of ambassador, someone to help get him oriented and familiar with the place. I think that would have made it a more pleasant experience and smooth transition. Other than that everything has been great. The place is nice and clean, the people there are all very friendly, and they have plenty of good activities (even though dad does not participate in them).

My father, who has Alzheimer's, has resided at The Summit at Sunland Springs since the end of May, 2014. We could not be happier with this accommodation. The building is new and built to resemble more of a hotel than a typical nursing home: it is clean and calming, the halls are wide, the furniture and art upscale and in great shape. There are plenty of lounging areas, and a large patio. Everyone has a private room and bath. The staff are as friendly and helpful--and as amazingly patient and compassionate--as they could possibly be, helping us get the services my dad needs and personalizing their care for him. The folks conducting the various recreational activities are enthusiastic, creative and flexible. Families are welcomed and invited to be involved. Patient safety is a top priority. The dining room food is very good, with a talented chef providing nutritious meals, and family members may eat as well. I can think of nothing to complain about, and highly recommend The Summit to others seeking dementia patient care.

I chose Olympus Ranch for my aging father to live in. He was moved from Colorado to Utah so he could be nearer to family. Olympus Ranch is an independent living facility. That being said, I would've preferred what other communities called a resident ambassador. There were other facilities I looked at that had a resident who would be an ambassador, to accompany the new resident to meals and introduce him to other residents for the first week or two until he felt comfortable. Olympus Ranch does not have that, and he's done fine anyway. It is a very nice facility. It's clean and the meals look good. It's organized and they bend over backward to deal with doctor appointment transportation. If I had to choose again, I would choose Olympus Ranch.
