I cannot say enough about the quality of care my wife of 69 years is receiving at The Lodge in general, but particularly in their memory care facility. While I have occasion to interact with those who have their family member in assisted living, fellow visitors with whom I meet visiting their loved ones feel as strongly as I do. My definition of quality is the difference between what you expect and what you get. The Lodge is way beyond what I expected. From [name removed] the director on down to the staff in memory care, they all fawn over my wife. One of the front office staff even pursued getting us through the daunting task of dealing with our Long Term Insurane company set up and approving our claims. LTC insurance companies can be anal in the approval process, and from what I have learned, they are all that way.

The size was good and not to big. The activities don't have a good variety or exciting for the residents, this may have to do with the pandemic. We were told there would be snacks in the middle of the day, and that didn't happen. It would have been nice to have drinks available during the day as well.

We chose Windriver Place because it came highly recommended to us. The room sizes here are bigger than what we were expecting them to be. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend them to others who are looking.

The community is a really nice place and the staff is kind and compassionate. Communication is good between the staff and our family they keep us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We toured Foothills place and it was an excellent facility.

My loved one enjoyed the food, and it was the best the best they had. The staff knows people by name. In the times I was there not once did I see a staff member lose their patience with the residents. They were respectful, polite, professional, and kept repeating requests. if necessary The place was clean and there was no smell. People are willing to help you, even if it isn't their job to help in that area. The staff wanted to be there. The residents help and watch over each other. It has a nice mix of men and women in the community. We are thinking about going and getting a unit with this community. I will always highly recommend the community to others. I would put my dearest family member here again. The community is pet friendly.

We chose Foothills Place because we knew someone who was here in the past and when we visited we were intrigued by it. Then when my mother reached the point where she needed similar care, we visited again and had an even better impression the second time going in. I think the room sizes here are adequate for her needs. I think that they handled the covid crisis better than we could have expected. I would absolutely recommend them.

I really like their courtyard. It's a very cozy place, not high end but just very cozy. I liked everything about it. I was just a good spot.

Spring Gardens is by far the best senior living community. From the caring staff, to great management, fun activities, great food and loving residents you could not ask for a better place for your loved one to call home. I highly recommend you call and set up a tour today, you will not be disappointed.

I am very happy here, they do a wonderful job with the cleanliness of the community. The activities director is terrific she really is top notch. We have arts and crafts, exercise classes, movies and we sing. They even elected me Ambassador for the year so i can listen to what residents do and don't like within the community.

The activities are limited due to covid, but we do believe they are doing their very best to keep the residents engaged.

The care services would be a five plus, as well as the value for cost. Our loved one has a one bedroom studio apartment. the community itself looks like a hotel. The staff has been excellent during this time with covid, they have been keeping us well informed. We think our loved one is being taken care of better there that what he would be if living at home.

Windriver Place is like family. They treat my mom like she was a family member. The staff extends that same kindness to the family of residents. There has always been someone answering the phone when I call to inquiry about my mom.

Very cozy, clean friendly environment. Rooms are spacious, great activites. The guests look happy and relaxed.

Our loved ones first impression of Heron Place was that is was a very nice place, she really enjoyed the food, they had a lot of variety to choose from. The rooms at this community were fine, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

I think is was a great place. We chose White Cliffs because after visiting all of the communities I felt this one was top notch with everything. The food was good and they offered a variety in restaurant style dining. i would recommend this community to other families.

I think that most of the staff really cared for the residents and it showed. I really liked the way the community was self contained, its lay out, and the security of building. She wasn't terribly impressed with the food but they did offer variety At the end, when she wasn't eating a lot, they went out of the way to made homemade milkshakes for her. I thought it was a really nice size, not too big . I got the impression that the caregivers saw her as an individual person not "just another resident". It was the right place for her to be at that time in her life.

[Name removed] contacted me right away and was anxious to answer my questions about finding just the right place for my mother-in-law. She was friendly, assuring and informative. She even was willing to meet us to show us around outside Windriver Place, and let us look in the windows so we could get some idea in this COVID world of what their residence is like.

The staff at Foothills Place seems to really care about the residents. They have a lot of activities to keep residents entertained, even now with Covid -19 when they can not bring in outside entertainers like they do under normal circumstances, they are keeping them very busy. It is a very well run community. My mom seems very happy at Foothills Place.

I want to sing the praises of Foothills place. My friend needed a place of respite while she was waiting to go back to Mexico to her family She needed more time to recuperate after being hospitalized from a fall and not being able to return home alone. We found the place thanks to [name removed] from A Place for Mom who highly recommended Foot Hills Place. My friend required extensive assistance. At Foothills she received excellent care from the caregivers and nurses. My friend loved the food and finally started to to gain weight which she really needed to do. Thanks to the chef and kitchen staff. The receptionists and management was also very kind and ready to solve any problem. The maintenance staff also were always polite, and efficient at solving problems that arose. My friend and I both give a big thumbs up to Foot Hills Place. Thanks to everyone we encountered at Foothills place.
