My friend was very happy to be living here. The staff were very caring and some became like family to her. Everyone went the extra mile to see that she was well cared for and happy. She especially looked forward to the activities, whether is was making pizzas, playing bingo or going to the casino, she enjoyed them all!

Friendly helpful great food and bingo! My mom enjoys all the entertainment that comes in and the people that live there are great too.the only thing she would change is that She would like to play more games. She is a gamer! Thank you for all you do for her and the residents!

I would give them all a 5. I was very happy with the place. Unfortunately we were only there for a month, but it was a wonderful experience. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. They are remodeling and it is beautiful, they are making many upgrades to the building. It is comfortable and warm. I would recommend Atria San Juan to anyone who is looking.

You gotta see this place and tour it. So far this is a very comfortable place to live. I picked this community because of the staff, amenities, price and location.

Coterie Memory Care is the perfect place for my sister. I have watched her settle in, feel secure in a beautiful environment. My highest praise goes to directors and staff. Exceptional leadership and communication by the directors show the way. All are competent, compassionate, skillfully caring for each resident, their unique needs and behaviors. It is clear they how much they care. I see this daily. They not only care for the residents but also for their families. It was so difficult when my sister was diagnosed with dementia, difficult to understand and to know how to handle. Their actions and words are teaching us. Monthly support groups add needed advice and experience sharing. My family is learning how to be with our loved one, how best to respond to her. Administrators and Directors are visible, accessible, responsive. When I had a concern, they really listened. We worked together for the benefit of all. My sister is happy at Coterie, calling it home.

The care and staff have been helpful and cooperative. Everyone including residents are friendly. Very Comfortable.

I moved my 83 year old mother all the way from Los Angeles (where she had been living in her own apartment in Brentwood for over a decade) and was so worried about whether she'd be happy at Atria Riverdale -- in all respects it's a big life change... She is totally happy. She loves her 1 bedroom apartment there, it's clean and well appointed and homey; she loves all the activities and the staff is excellent. She has everything she needs.. I had been researching so many independent living properties and my mom was so grateful that I helped her find the best one for her. On logistics, it's perfect - close to the city, close to Westchester, and easy to get to for me either driving or by train. Thank you!!

All of the staff at Atria Carrollton are extremely helpful to the customers and their families. They do offer many different apartment sizes - a studio, one bedroom as well as two bedroom apartments are available depending on what you are looking for. The amenities are extra. This is a great choice for a loved one.

I would recommend this facility to all the facility is clean and the employees are very caring.fff The staff always answer all my questions and the food served untime and the halls and common areas are always clean.

Unfortunately, our family recently had to place my mother into a residential care facility which featured a memory care unit. With the help of an agent, we were directed to three different facilities. Although the other two residences provided viable options, once we entered the Coterie property, we were greeted by the staff as if we were checking in at a four star hotel. The property itself has the feel of a luxury hotel with the three restaurant options, full bar and movie theater. Our collective opinion after the tour of Coterie was when can we as an entire family move in. We quickly decided to place my mom at Coterie, and the staff made our mother’s placement seamless. As stated previously, the amenities at Coterie our first class, but in reality, our primary goal was to place my mother in a community where she could thrive with a dedicated staff. Coterie exceeded our expectations with the exceptional staff in the memory care unit who have made her feel like she’s never left home.

We are extremely satisfied with the involvement of all Coterie management levels (Executives, Directors, and staff members at all levels/shifts) in caring for my sister and augmenting our knowledge as caregivers. My sister joined the Coterie Cathedral Hill Memory Care community on [date removed] I visited her over 40 times at different hours of the day, primarily during meals. The Memory Care directors and staff encourage everyone and they actively participate during meals, in exercise classes , and various entertainment and educational activities to maximize community satisfaction. We also appreciate the monthly support group meetings; primarily the opportunity to interact and learn from Coterie management and the other caregivers. Lastly, we are thankful for the overall quality of Coterie care, their dedicated management efforts that justify our investment; and knowing that my sister is contented.

My wife and I chose Atria Chandler after touring several locations. Primarily based on the the fact that most of the staff had been at this location for several years. [name removed], Sales Director, was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She showed us three floor plans and arranged for us to lunch with a few of the residents. Now that we have moved in those same residents have become our friends. We were welcomed from day one by the entire staff. If you make Atria Chandler your first property you tour, you find yourself comparing all others to it as we did.

5 for all categories. Very happy so far with my aunts experience here ?? I haven't come across any staff that hasn't been super nice, friendly and helpful. There always seems to be some sort of fun and creative activity for the residents to participate in . My aunt is always doing something . The facility is impeccably clean . The only complaint my aunt has is they feed her too much LOL. I am so happy we found the Atria for her because she really is living her best life.

I have only positive things to say about Atria! The staff is amazing…. Attentive, knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, happy, caring, supportive! From the first day my mother was a resident she was welcomed and encouraged to get involved… until her last few weeks when hospice came in when she was lovingly and gently taken care for. As a family member Atria was there for me too, keeping me informed of mom’s needs and getting to know me. I highly recommend Atria… they have great activities and food, beautiful interior, location and courtyard…. And the best people!

The staff was fantastic. That is what really made the place great! I wanted her to have the best for short time she had left.The staff was exceptional. Place was very clean. We felt she was very safe there.

We toured Village Walk at Patchogue when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility itself was great! However, not a great fit for our loved one and her needs. The location was not ideal for us personally, but again, great facility!

For two and a half years my mom got excellent care from the entire staff, from management down to the cleaning staff, could not imagine being in a better place.

The staff is super friendly abd u would definitely recommend this place to others. Great food, super friendly staff, and emmaculate building. It didn't feel like a nursing home.
