I've been at Atria almost a year and am so pleased with my decision. The best quality of Atria is the people. The staff's main goal is to create a good atmosphere and respond to our questions, needs, suggestions. The residents are friendly. There are a number of active folks here, both mentally and physically and I appreciate that. On-site excellent physical therapy is a real plus. There are many activities including off site excursions. My apartment has an excellent layout and a private screened in balcony. The flowers and trees in my courtyard make sitting there a true joy. Atria takes our security seriously so I feel safe and happy here. This is a good place to call home.

This has become my second family. I appreciate that the staff know who we are and understand our issues. We have a lot of actives to keep us engaged. I really enjoy our seated Zumba class. Love it!

It has been about 14 months since my brother, [name removed], moved into the Village Green. Based upon the feedback that I receive from him, and my own personal contact and observations, the Village Green rates a "5" in every category. From the minute you walk in the door you can feel the warmth and friendly caring that permeates. I am always greeted by my name from whomever is at the desk. They also know exactly where my brother is without "hovering". Without sounding cliche, they go out of their way to see that my brother's needs are met and then some. The Director buys him pizza (his favorite) about once a month. For a recent local election, my brother was the only resident who wanted to vote. They took him to the polling place! I have noticed a remarkable improvement in [name removed], both physically and cognitively, since he moved to Village Green. He is very difficult to please, yet he refers to the staff at the Village Green as his "friends". While they are readily available for a call or visit, they take care of things without "bothering" me with every minor event regarding my brother. Perhaps my highest compliment would be to say that I don't dread going to the Village Green!

Atria Marland Place (Andover) was a fantastic experience for our Mom/Family. First, the team is top notch. They were always available, professional, and there to care for our Mom. The fact they were proactive at all times was extremely satisfying. The management team was always available to us for answering questions and accommodating any requests we had during the stay. The facilities itself were beautiful, and fit perfectly in the town of Andover. I would highly recommend Atria Marland.

I visit this community looking for some where for mom to stay. The staff and residents were excellent. The sense of family love was felt through out the community. The residents were very pleasant. We had an opportunity to have dinner with one of the couples living there. They were great and the food was too. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in comfort with a very supportive atmosphere.

I toured this facility in my search for a place for my step mother. It was light and bright, clean, and beautiful. They have a community garden used by the residents and a beautiful park with walking trails and seating.

Best is the staff is great and friendly, they care about the residents. Also the rooms are very good sizes. Worst is it's expensive, worth the money as far as value but still expensive.

I would recommend the facility. The staff is nice and courteous. The communication is good, they will let you know if an issue arises.

One of the best facilities because it is just the right size. Not too big and not too small. The accommodations, the staff and nursing aides are wonderful. The chef does a good job. Everyone that resides here is extremely friendly and understanding. I also love that it is dog-friendly.

It's not too big where one can get lost, but it's big enough to move around as well. Encouraging residents to eat in the dining room offers the opportunity for connection. I didn't find any drawbacks to the facility. Staff involvement engaging the residents was fantastic. It was good to see such a well coordinated team. They were professional and personable at the same time. And pretty unflappable if something happened.

We chose this facility over others we saw because it was Much cleaner, attractive, and the food is great. They are very involved with the residents and their families. Staff are also very attentive.

My mother is a resident at Atria and loves it there. She is always busy and has made so many nice friends. The staff is professional and very supportive. She always tells me how she loves the wait staff and the food. I know she chose the right place and so happy she made the move from her home of 60 years.

The manager is doing a fantastic job in every aspect of maintaining the facility. Plus, he is very professional and courteous and helpful in all aspects. The staff is very professional takes very good care of my mom. I could not ask for anything better. The meals are excellent and the service is excellent and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in staying.

My husband, daughter and I visited recently for a tour. We were greeted by [name removed] and she was so kind. We were touring on behalf of my in-laws who have asked us to check into independent living facilities for them. [Name removed] showed us the available apartments and the rest of the facility. We were greeted by several staff members with a smile and a friendly hello. The head of maintenance even shook my husbands hand! [Name removed] answered all the questions we had and helped us with some suggestions on things we hadn't even thought of. We have another facility in the area that we want to tour but so far Atria Willow Park is at the top. We will also have to do another tour with my in-laws because it's their future home to make the decision. Thank you for such a great experience!

I was at another facility and over paid above market value. Even though the previous facility was top notch, there were a number of vacancies. Why? HomeTown Atria has a waiting list. That indicates a very obvious important difference. It is called “VALUE”. There are 2 meals provided and I am gaining weight from the breakfast and lunch. The recipes are great to excellent, usually excellent! (Spoken from an upper Marriott Manager.) My Dinner is a simple salad from the complete kitchen provided. My family and friends are concerned why I am so happy. It is because of the “great dawg-gone staff and residents”. The ‘Front Desk, Wait and Room staff’ are a true complement to what was explained as I moved in. My one bedroom is spacious @ 65% cost of my previous studio apt. I could continue about the value that was offered. I was undersold and overdelivered. The sales staff is very supportive after the sale in this very safe environment.

I have live here for two years and I love it here. I get all my meals taken care of. The staff is great, excercise classes are wonderful. The PT staff is here daily and they are all very helpful. I have no complains.

I was trying to find a place for a friend who lived out of state, and visited this facility. All the employees I met were very nice, and the residents I saw seemed happy. The facility was clean. My friend and I chose this facility because I was very impressed with it, and it was closer to where I live than were some of the others. My friend has been living there for about a month and seems to like it and is happy there. `

Care for my mom at has been excellent! She resides in the memory care unit and has dimentia along with mobility challenges. The team at atria has treated Mom with the utmost care and compassion for Moms needs and has supported our family to work through obstacles with resolutions to help Mom navigate through her daily life as a resident. They provide daily physical and cognitive activities to keep her engaged and stimulated which are so important for people living with dimentia, plus they have a lot of fun doing them! We are grateful to have Mom in a place we know she is safe and well looked after. I would highly recommend Atria Merrimack place. We worked closely with [name removed] as we began our search for a place for Mom and he went above and beyond! Everyone from the office level to the nursing/anids are amazing and the facilities are impeccable!

I needed my mom to be safe and had to make the tough decision to move her into assisted living. Atria Summit Ridge made the transition for my mom and me a smooth one. From the friendly nurse to maintenance man to the business manager, we were taken care of from the beginning. The staff are caring and communicative. The facility even has an app to show the daily activities and menu options so I can ask my mom if she had a nice time playing a game or listening to a special guest performer. My mom is adjusting superbly well to her new home and I couldn’t be happier that she is at Atria Summit Ridge.

Yes, I would recommend to others. My mom and dad are happy at The Atria, and I am assured they are secure and well-looked-after. I would say it is a very good place to entrust your love ones. It was head-and-shoulders better than other places we visited.
