I was so stressed and nervous just thinking about this whole process. However, [name removed] Was very caring, knowledgeable and supportive during the times I needed it the most. She was able to help guide me towards the perfect fit for my Dad. I would definitely connect directly with Natalie if you are in the Lehigh Valley, especially. She knew firsthand all of the different options and was able to help me navigate this journey.

Atria of Bethlehem has been a godsend to us! The entire staff is so caring and kind. The facility is top notch to the point where they steam clean carpets and provide a marvelous service for just about any needs. Atria contacts me when my stepfather is having issues so that I can assist and stay involved. My stepdad is so happy there, that he calls it home. I can’t rave about it enough.

My wife and I have toured six independent living facilities. Of the six Atria is the best in our opinion. No hall ways. When you walk out of your apartment you are in fresh air. You are not in a motel like hall. Food was great, residents and staff very friendly. Considering Atria for our place.

The first thing I noticed when I went to look at it, was the entire place smelled fresh. Not like disinfectant or medicine or old people. Just fresh. The staff is so caring and friendly and patient. The food is good and lots of activities.The grounds are clean and attractive. Just an overall nice place to live.

It was a very smooth move to Atria from my old place. The food is very good! The staff is the best I have ever found over the last four places I have lived in. I am very happy here and cannot say enough that the staff and food are very, very good!

If you are going to Memory Care you need to know how great the director Is. Others need to know about the Annual increase and I wish you Could minimize the yearly increase. Increase the weekend caregivers so that the ratio is higher. Ratio of caregivers to client is not good. It would be helpful for both the caregivers And the clients In memory care To have additional help. I would highly recommend this place for memory care and assisted living from what I've observed with the assisted-living people and the care they get.

The staff is very responsive. Housekeeping is great. Whenever we go there, everything is neat and clean. The facility is on top of things and communicates well with the family. They were very helpful during the move in process and also when we changed rooms a few months ago. The meals have been of high quality. I would highly recommend Atria Merrimack Place.

Many years ago, our dad was in the memory care community and lived there for about 5 years until his passing. The level of care was exceptional, the staff was experienced, compassionate, and attentive. I just visited a family friend in the assisted living and I was shocked to see so many of the same faces and they greeted me like family. This speaks volumes about Atria. My friend moved from a larger community and commented that she is not lost in a crowd and it really feels like home. From the executive director down to every staff member, the kindness to the people they care for could not be more apparent and I am thankful my friend is there.

The enthusiasm was strong while I visited and they were informative and helpful throughout the entire process. I visited a few other facilities that could not compare to Atria.

Following a challenging extended hospital stay our mother has found a home at Atria Woodbriar Park. The entire team from executive management to nursing staff to caregivers met us, answered every question and assured us of compassionate care. Living in another state we count on the assurance of excellent care in a caring environment. Visiting yesterday after 6 weeks of residence our mother relayed she felt that she was living in the best place! Thank you Memory Care Team.

The staff is very attentive to both residents and families. From my moms perspective, the food is a 3, but I do know they try!

I would definitely recommend. It has a very homey feel & everyone is so nice and helpful. Mom is in LG and is well cared for.[name removed], the director leads with her heart and the residents needs are her first priority, always.

When I first visited this place, it felt like home. The welcoming staff were very friendly, and the environment was exceptionally clean. In the living room, residents were hanging out, watching TV and some were engaging puzzles while upstairs, there was a full house participating in morning exercises. It was a great tour, and I can see how my mom would be fully engaged with her neighbors in this community.

Atria Maryland Palce's assisted living is wonderful. I no longer need to worry about anything. The meals are well prepared, my laundry gets done and my medications are delivered on time. there are lots of great activities each day to keep me engaged.

Overall Atria has been good for my Dad . Staff is very efficient , helpful and friendly. Location was the best option for me and the staff from the get go have always been helpful and willing to help with any concerns or questions I have had.

From the beginning, the Atria staff has been welcoming to our family...answering all of the many, many questions we have had along the way. This is a difficult decision to make for all families and once we moved our Mom to the Atria community, we have been relieved to find constant support and open communication.

Very professional. Facility was well run. Residents seem well cared for. Plenty of activities very caring atmosphere. Rooms are very bright, plenty of fresh air and sunshine. Very good menu, easy for residents to navigate.

The staff is respectful, caring, and responsive to my Aunt's needs. They are open to listen to any of my concerns and take corrective measures where necessary. The facility is well maintained. Each apartment is well taken care of. The maintenance and housekeeping staff is very responsive in a timely manner. There are always beautiful plants and flowers around and the meals are always satisfying and varied to all palates. There are monthly meetings that give the residents opportunities to give and get feedback from the Administrative staff. The Care Team works diligently to make sure that the residents are well attended to. The Front Desk is always welcoming and responsible They go out of their way to make sure residents, families and visitors are responded to with friendliness and care.

It's pricey but you get what you pay for. It's clean and random community members spoke highly of the facility

My mom had a wonderful experience here. The residents and the management team all treated her like family. The reason I chose St. Josephs was the family atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door. The activities are plentiful, well-planned out, and include everyone that wants to participate. It feels clean and safe. I would recommend this facility to anyone that asked!
