Atria

My tour of the Atria Sugar Land went well. They showed me where the residents gather, and where they eat. The place was very clean and the person that gave me the tour was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The food is delicious and they offer a variety of choices. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. They are so caring and attentive. The young man that assisted my father was so caring and loving. My only concern about this community is the issues involved in some construction. There is dust in the air and some of the flooring is uneven. It makes it hard for some of the residents to walk over. They are trying to keep the community clean.

The Atria Westchase was a very nice community. It was very clean and cheerful. The residents and staff all seemed very happy, and it was a pleasant experience to tour. The only reason we chose to go with another community was because of the price.

Atria is an upscale facility.. I have no doubt that when the time comes for my own LTC needs that this could be a great place for me. For my dad I'd say its a bit too high end no only in price but his lifestyle. Dorine was fantastic

This place has been a good fit for my father so far. He loves being able to eat whenever and not be regulated and forced to eat at a certain time. Also, he can take the food to his room if he wants. The place is kept very clean, and they have activities like bingo night and happy hour. So far it's been a good thing.

My tour of the Atria Carrollton went pretty good. The place was clean and well maintained, with friendly people. What I did not like about the place was that it was carpet throughout, and carpet gets stained very easily. It had an old style layout, with long hallways. We were looking for something a little more homelike.

The staff we met at this community seemed nice and friendly. The community seemed top notch. Pets are allowed at this community and they offer complimentary transportation.

We liked the staff we met at this brand new community. The community looked excellent. This community is not yet open and was a little farther away than the community we chose.

IT has been great for my aunt being here. all the staff are friendly and wonderful. They are providing the right care for her needs. She is in the memory care and it is wonderful it is clean everywhere and good. She has plenty of activities to choose from if she please. It does get difficult for her to talk with the staff but it is great the staff talk with her. Housekeeping is better than average. I picked them based on the staff, facility and everything else.

We liked this community as the staff we met seemed nice and it looked clean. They did not however seem to be as active of a community as we would have liked.

My mom has only been there a month and a half but the staff has been so kind and helpful, making her transition as easy as possible. The place is bright and airy, very clean and the new renovation is beautiful. Wonderful food and lots of activities and services along with an inviting community. We are so grateful to have found this place. My mom was only going to stay for a month while she was recovering but she liked it enough, feeling safe and well cared for, that she has decided to make it home.

Everything is fine and I am happy with the care my mom receives. I picked them because they are close to me it is very convenient for me. My mom she likes everything and they do a lot of activities. They have current events, work out sessions, walking and show or movies in the evening.

The staff where on time to our appointment of this community and where very welcoming to my loved one and I upon arrival. They gave us a great tour of there facility and showed us all of the different bedrooms and packages they had available. I have very few complaints about our visit, it was just not the right fit for my uncle

We have had a positive experience with a little issue getting use to my mom. At times her things are mixed with other residents. Otherwise all the caregivers are wonderful and caring, they become the residents family. Pets are allowed and if they like special meals it is accommodated. I see this resident eating filet mignon everyday. The facility is great with a great dementia program. They have a variety of activities and that is what I like, they keep her engaged through the day so she can sleep at night. The staff are good with medication and pick it up for her too. I liked that it is all inclusive and no surprise at the end of the month.

Great place. Most places are comparable to current home. No longer searching. They will budget other expenses. Thank you so much for all your help

This facility made it to our final list of top two places! After a second tour, my mother regretfully decided that her vision was not good enough to navigate the numerous outdoor paths between buildings. However, we are telling all of her friends about Atria Willow Glen because it is just a beautiful facility with many great programs and staff!

My father has only been at the Atria for a short period of time but so far the place is great. The staff has been trying to pull him out of his shell and encouraging him to interact with other residents and join activities.The staff is very friendly and happy, they engage with other residents that live there encouraging him to interact. The community is very clean and the meals are great, I ate there a couple of times and the food is in good portions, not over or under feeding them. The main reason we chose this place is the activities are more stimulating. They even have a professor \that comes in for a lecture.

This was a clean community and it was also a great price. The people I met were nice and this was one of my top three communities.

We visit Atria in Malden recently. It's a nice building with great common facilities. The residents seemed very content and happy. There were no vacancies when we toured. The occupied room we toured was very small and I'm not sure if others are larger. I feel my father would do well there but he's not ready for the move just yet.
