Atria

Everything is great at this community. We have no complaints about it. My mother is receiving good care, and we are pleased. The staff is good, they are helpful, and kind. She is in good hands at this community, and I would recommend it.

My sister and I toured many communities with one being Atria Park of Glen Ellyn. The facility was clean and maintained well. The tour guide answered our questions and was friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

My mother has recently moved into this community and so far she is loving it and has had no complaints. I like that the facility is always very clean every time, its a very relaxing atmosphere. She has really enjoyed the meals as well as the dinning experience with the other residents. I am hoping she will get more involved with the activities shortly. I defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

Atria was a good tour, it was fine its just that my brother in law wanted to stay on the east side of town and Atria was more midtown. Also, they had rooms that were specifically for things instead of being an open concept with a more homey feel. Other than that, the place was beautiful, but it was not what we were looking for.

Felt very welcomed -- staff and residents went out of their way to welcome us. Older buildings ('70's construction) kept clean and orderly. Food was quite good -- menu similar to ours (currently). Common areas were functional; but not very inviting. Various levels of care and medication management available; not required.

In addition, I toured Atria Tamalpais Creek. I would not say my tour was 5 stars, there were certain things about this facility that made it not work out for my loved one. The tour guide that took me around was welcoming and informative, it was just not the best choice for us.

My loved one's stay at Atria is going great! We found that this facility was the best choice for my loved one because it catered to her individual needs and requests. The facility is clean and my loved one's apartment is gorgeous! There are also a wide range of interesting activities for my loved one to participate in, which was definitely a plus. My main concern is the fact that the staff do not respond to resident concerns in a timely manner and things aren't happening on time. I have also found that there were not enough follow ups with our family, as far as updates with my loved one.

Atria was a beautiful assisted living environment and [Removed] was extremely helpful. Although I was also impressed with the clean environment of the memory care unit, I have since learned that it is not an "age in place" facility. When it is time for Mom to be in a group care facility it will need to be a place where she can remain the rest of her life.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. All of the staff where very friendly and welcomed my loved one and I into there facility with open arms. I thought they had a nice floor plan that was easy to navigate through with lots of great amenities to offer all of the residents. i would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

They had a great floor plan that was east for my loved one to navigate through with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. Overall it was more of a location issue for my my family and I.

[Removed] was wonderful. The supervisory level is more indecent then mom. No touching. Can help load walker but can not assist mom. If she staggers no assisting.

I like the care here for my grandmother. The staff is wonderful and the community is very clean. They need to improve some of the menus They do offer activities with some of the other residents and hopefully she will want to participate at a later time. I would recommend this community for the good care and value

It was a hard adjustment but it has been getting better. The meals and cleanliness has been fine for us. It's working out well for my mom living in this community. The staff provide good care and they have good communication with me. I would recommend the community.

I'am doing very with my move to this community, everything is working out very well. This is a great community, with a great staff. The only concern I have is, it can take a little long for maintenance to come top to fix things in your apartment. They have a clubhouse where the residents can meet, and do some activities. They do a good job with keeping everything nice, and clean. It has been a great experience, and I would recommend this community. It is a great place.

Very nice tour of this community. Everything looked great. Everyone was kind.

My loved ones are liking the facility just fine. They seem to be doing better than at home. It's nice having someone check on them daily and preparing their food. Having good meals has really helped them. Overall, it has been a pretty good experience.

Atria at Foster Square has been a fairly good fit so far. The medications are the problem, they don't do injections and I need to go and take her to get the injections. They take good care of her and the place is clean. Everything else has been good, she seems happy.

My father is doing very well since moving into Atria. He likes the food and is partaking in the activities that they offer, He lives independently in his apartment which he really likes. The apartment is comfortable with plenty of storage. He even has a patio. It has been a good experience for him so far.

The food is so so at this community, however they did just hire a new chef and manager for the kitchen area so we are waiting to see if things improve. The staff are really friendly. The resident director is really good and responsive. The community is very clean. This community is good for someone that is very religious.
